Helpful and friendly
We called out Draintec to inspect our drains in order to determine whether we need a build over agreement for our extension. They came promptly and gave us free advice which was extremely helpful and saved us money as didn't need to get a survey. They were very polite and helpful and I felt that I could trust their advice. Would call them again for any drain needs.
