I’ve been using Drayton Boiler services for years for various jobs and am very happy with them. They are efficient, friendly and really give a personal service. This was my annual boiler service visit this time and all as expected was done perfectly.

Drayton Boiler Services Ltd were recommended to me by a neighbour who has used Drayton for many years. I required two boilers to be replaced by a Combi boiler. I did not get quotes from other companies as I decided to go on recommendation. From the initial survey to quote and completion every thing went like clockwork. I had been anxious about having this work done and concerned about the disruption and mess that it would cause. I need not have worried. I have no reservation in recommending Drayton Boiler Services to anyone who requires similar work done. Friendly, Helpful, Efficient covers it all.

I am having house improvements done which involved fitting a new boiler and moving it to a different location.This was a major task but was done with total professionalism from the planning stages to the finished project. Being recommended by a local plumbing company probably says it all but I would truly recommend Drayton's boiler services from the experience I have had.

My old boiler had broken and I had been without heating and hot water for almost 2 weeks. I needed a new boiler installed. I had been quoted by other companies and the cost for a new boiler install were astronomical! I called Drayton Boiler Services Ltd on the off chance before committing to the spend and Boy! Am I glad I did! Every aspect of my dealings with the company have been 100%! From initial quotations, being respectful of my budget and what I needed, giving me options.. I felt no pressure to commit nor was I made to feel 'stupid' during the initial inspections with questions raised. From initial visit to start of installation was 2 days and the job was completed in 3 days - plus they bested previous quotes by over £2k! Very happy! Everyone I dealt with were superb and friendly and the installers were absolute gems. They were professional, quiet, respectful and friendly. They kept us informed of progress and took time to answer any questions we had. These guys have guaranteed my continued custom - with annual servicing -and I have been telling everyone, who did my installation. Simply cannot recommend Drayton Boiler Services Ltd highly enough!

I have had efficient, professional service from Drayton Boiler Services for over 14 years. This has included two boiler installations, one very recently, and 14 annual services. All aspects of their work is always carried out professionally by friendly, competent technicians. Recently, when I had a Vaillant Boiler fitted, the quote was competitive and detailed, the engineers arrived as planned, the work was carried out efficiently and in the time scale as quoted. Everything was kept clean and tidy with dust sheets laid down. After the work was completed and checks made, the old system was cleared away and every where was left clean and tidy.

Drayton have installed a new boiler not only at this property, but also my parents and my partners, they also take care of the servicing on all three. The engineers always arrive on time, they are always friendly and polite, and always leave everything clean and tidy when they have finished. Services are very reasonable and new boiler installs cheaper than expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A first class service from start to finish. What started as a casual enquiry at the office turned rapidly into a site survey and subsequent boiler replacement. All aspects of the work was carried out professionally by friendly technicians over the scheduled two day period and included replacement of pump and valves as necessary together with a full system flush and final commissioning. The call the day before to confirm the appointment was a reassuring touch. Drayton are highly recommended in all respects and we plan to use them for future plumbing and heating associated activities.

After contacting many gas/boiler service companies I felt I had to leave a review. The Drayton company were great from the friendly service from the receptionist/office, the quickness in being able to come to my house and provide a quote. Steve was friendly and explained the issues very easily to me. Not only that the quote came back the same day allowing for the work to be carried out in the quickest time possible. With a boiler breakdown/new installation needed this is paramount. I had contacted 6 other companies that either did not call back, or did call back then did not contact me back again when they realised it was an installation job and not just a standard service. Really good to know there is a company that do things properly

During a routine service visit in February 2022 by Drayton, a local firm, my 10 year old boiler was identified as having serious faults and uneconomic to repair. Drayton managed to source a new Worcester Bosch boiler quite quickly, at a difficult time. The installation and commissioning was done in 2 working days, including flue modification. The work was carried out efficiently so I was only without hot water for one night. Drayton arranged for the old boiler and all other material to be removed on the second day. A very efficient job, so I am a happy customer.

The guys from Drayton fitted a new boiler for us and, as part of the job, had to flush a small part of the system that didn't get much heat and had been problematic for years. Doug the engineer was very thorough and cleaned all the pipes out with his power flush machine so they were nice and free, in fact he kept at this until he was satisfied that they were as clear as possible. The old boiler was removed and new boiler and flue were fitted very neatly and with no mess, they tidied up as they went. Their work ethic is excellent, the team are polite and understand their trade completely and do exactly what they say they'll do. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. The whole job was done in a first class, quality manner.

Following a regular boiler annual maintenance visit in December the engineer, Cameron recommended that I have the heat exchanger thoroughly cleaned and a replacement burner gasket and electrodes fitted. I had the work carried out on 31January. Cameron was very competent and diligent but also quite happy to explain what he was doing and why. The total job, including fitting a new thermostatic radiator valve was satisfactorily and professionally completed within 2 hours with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience. I have used Drayton for all my heating and plumbing work since 2010 and would thoroughly recommend them.

Drayton Boiler Services fitted a Vaillant boiler in the same place as my 12 years old Potterton. All aspects of their work, including the preliminary survey, were performed thoroughly, efficiently and professionally. The work, which included power flushing the entire central heating system, was completed within the two scheduled days. This was despite a fault with the “smart” gas meter which delayed the final commissioning. A new meter was quickly fitted (by EON) and Martyn (DBS) worked into the evening so that the new boiler could be used on the second day. A new programmable thermostat was also fitted to replace my old one. The disposal of the old boiler system was promptly arranged by DBS as was all the paperwork associated with the boiler guarantee and the buildings regulations. I have no hesitation in recommending Drayton Boiler Services.

Steve visited our house to assess precisely and explain what was needed to replace our creaking boiler. It also had to go into an area where a new and smaller utility room cupboard would be installed afterwards. New piping would be needed and be kept back far enough to be boxed in. Steve recommended that the new filling loop would be plumbed into the airing cupboard for ease of access but would be an automatic filling loop anyway. The exhaust pipe that went outside of the house through a brick wall had to be replaced and moved to a different location on the roof. The existing wall hole was expertly bricked up with bricks supplied by Steve. Martin arrived with Steve to start the work. We were supplied with two heaters. This initial meeting proved to me that Drayton was a professional outfit. Further such meetings took place. Martin was outstanding and a credit to Drayton. His work ethic was exceptional and his professional skills were first class. Ollie the apprentice helped Martin complete the installation on day three. The professionalism was rubbing off on him too. No other people were involved in the installation. Our Vaillant boiler is up and running. Well done Drayton Boiler Services.

Starting from getting the quotation, Andy has demonstrated his professional knowledge in the field. He gave us practical suggestions and addressed all our concerns. The quotation was very clear, with every single item of work included. We could easily refer to what needs to be done and how it would be done. On the day of the work, James and Terry were very pleasant and helpful. Their work was clean and they aimed at not only getting the job done, but giving us the best of the job. They revised how to fit the condense pipe in the loft which saved us some money in the future. The whole team did a great job.

Was recommended Drayton by a Vaillant employee. Drayton have done a brilliant job, they reinstalled a boiler for me and were very clear what needed to be done before taking the job. They bought in experts in electrics and plastering rather than having boiler engineer attempt it all. They were on time and budget and kept me updated on progress. The boiler engineer who did most of the installation was really professional and tidy. I'm really happy with the outcome of this reinstallation, wish I'd used Drayton in the first place! I recommend them and I will go back here for servicing.

We had a new boiler, water tank, radiators, hive system and a combi mate fitted. Our engineers were Doug and Aaron who were both very friendly and polite and carried out their work with great professionalism and regard. Everything was kept clean and tidy throughout with dust sheets being laid down. The work was done within the agreed budget and schedule. Andy came and did our quote. He then made sure everything was going as it should once the work was started and came back to check that we were happy when everything was finished. All the workings of the equipment were explained to us with an assurance that we could call the office if we had any questions after they had left. Drayton Boiler Services are a thoroughly professional company and I would highly recommend them.

I very rarely leave reviews but the service I received from Drayton was exceptional. From Steve turning up at the promised time to do our quote to Martin the engineer with his brilliant professionalism I can't praise them enough. Nothing was a drama and any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our old boiler was removed and the new one situated in a different place. New pipework, radiator, all remedial and electric work taken care of and not so much as a mark on the carpet or walls. Dust sheets everywhere!! The job was completed in the time frame promised and we were given full run down of how to use our new boiler before Martin left. I would recommend Drayton Boiler Services to anyone and would like to thank Steve, Martin and Gary for doing such a great job with the minimum of fuss. Must add that the work was very competitively priced and came with excellent warranties.

Although the booked date was many weeks ahead this was not their fault but due to current workloads. When I phoned to confirm that it had not been forgotten a few days before they immediately phoned back and verified the appointment.
