Booked Dave in for 3 days work replacing all my radiators , bathroom taps , bathroom shower and to service my boiler. Had a few plumbers in the past but Dave is by far the best he done a amazing job, turned up on time explained everything that was happening step by step , was spotless and tidy no mess what’s ever his work is very very neat and tidy , takes pride in his work , would highly recommend Dave and will be using him in the future for sure, top man Dave thanks again

I emailed David at 15:29 and received his quote at 19:16. The following day I suggested two possible dates and David replied later that day confirming the date and time. On the day, David turned up on time (15 minutes early) and explained what he was going to do. Before starting he checked our mains supply and found out that we shared it with our neighbor! David was affable, competent and thorough. He did the work and tided-up afterwards. To top it off, he charged us less than his quote.

David and Bradley fitted three radiators for me and serviced the boiler. David responded promptly to my initial enquiry and came to look at the job within a few days. I was immediately impressed by David’s friendly manner, and the questions he asked of me when I explained I was obtaining the radiators on-line. He supplied a competitive and detailed quote which I was very happy to accept. On the day of the job, David and Bradley arrived promptly and started work almost as soon as they stepped inside. They worked tidily and efficiently, and clearly knew what they were doing. They both took the trouble to explain what they were doing as they went along which was refreshing. In particular, the boiler service which David carried out was remarkable for its thoroughness and again, he explained exactly what he was doing, and why. I will be using him in future, rather than the company I had used previously. I am absolutely delighted with the results, I am very pleased I made that initial contact, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

We had an old gas back boiler in the chimney which needed replacing. David’s quote was very reasonable and we were impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail. His assistant was off work with an injury so he had to do the whole job on his own and still managed to complete it on schedule. He minimised the disruption as much as possible and tidied everything up as he went along. We were very pleased with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dave and his team gave an excellent service. Friendly, great communication throughout, very punctual and efficient, and very good value for money. Will be highly recommending!

I'm very happy with the service provided by David and Ryan. I've been unlucky with tradesman in the past but a friend recommended DRH and I'm very pleased she did. They arrived as arranged and fixed the main problem with minimum fuss (needed a new pressure relief valve). They also highlighted broken plastic control knobs (tread was gone) which should have been picked up before and following their work the boiler has never worked better. I was also shown the most efficient settings for the boiler which I hadn't been shown before and which will save me money when it's most needed. The cost of the repairs needed was explained in advance and itemised on my bill so there were no surprises. Overall I'm very satisfied and plan to use them for any future plumbing work.

The team fitted a new radiator, removed a gas fire and an old back boiler, and moved a magnetic boiler filter into the loft. They were punctual, polite and friendly. When they originally came to provide a quote, I immediately picked up that they were very knowledgeable, honest and take pride in their work. They were a pleasure to have in my home. They kept me up to date with what was going on and answered any questions that I had. They left the house nice and tidy on completing the work. I highly recommend them.

Dave was clear and helpful from the start and enabled me to make an informed choice about what kind if service to book. I opted for a full service but in the event he felt that wasn’t necessary and told me that. He and Brandon were prompt and courteous and he clearly talked me through each stage of what they were doing and what was (or wasn’t) needed next.
