I contacted Dave after having seen the reviews on Which trusted Trader, and am happy to agree with all others have reported. I needed help with a dripping tap and faulty ballcock. Dave gave a well priced quote and we agreed a date and time for him to visit. He arrived promptly and quickly completed the work. Kitchen and bathroom were left clean and tidy

A very impressive company, not just as regards technical competence in replacing my ancient gas boiler (I guess that competence is probably to be expected of any Gas Safe engineer qualified to install potentially dangerous equipment) but most particularly in light of Dave's ability to explain and provide innovative solutions in order to preserve existing features and to make good the structure and the finishing on completion - floorboards and fitted carpets restored, internal plastering infilled, and even external stonework made good so effectively that it would be difficult to tell that any disturbance had occurred. Dave and Brandon were punctual, extremely hard-working, diligent in minimising disruption, and pleasant company throughout their time on my premises.

Had a problem with kitchen 'mixer' tap - the 'hot' had completely seized and the cold tap was dripping badly. Easy to make an appointment for the chap to pop over and to get a quote. On arrival, didn't expect him to say that he could sort out the problem there and then, which was great news. Agreed that a new mixer tap was the best solution (as the seized tap was ancient and beyond repair) as well as sorting out some of the under sink pipework. Mixer tap was quickly purchased from a local store. Job was done quickly and professionally, adhering to all Covid protocols and at a fair price too. Invoice was correct as per the quote. Great attitude and workmanship, highly recommended. Cheers Tim

Quick response time to my email . Ryan came out to fix the problems we were having with our toilet flush. Explained what he was doing very clearly, very efficient, good value and wore a mask throughout. We are asking them to quote for more work. I definitely recommend this company.

Dave and Ryan came to fit a new boiler for us and clean up our system. They were very efficient and kept us informed of what was going on. They were able to answer all our questions about other aspects of the plumbing and heating. When the pressure in the system dropped a few days later, they assured us that this was normal, but Ryan came out anyway just to double check.

I rent a small flat to a tenant. DRH Plumbing & Heating have serviced the central heating for me on several occasions and we have discussed the age of the boiler. My tenant reported that there was no hot water, so I asked Dave to see what the problem was. He attended very quickly and told me that he could fix the problem, but that I would need to replace the boiler soon. He was very clear about costs and I decided to replace the boiler, rather than risk future problems. He obtained the parts, arranged a date to suit my tenant and carried out the work efficiently and with as little disruption as possible. My tenant is very happy with the work and the way in which it was done.
