Danny was friendly, professional and happily talked through all the stages of the work he was carrying out while performing a service on my boiler and heating system. The timings to engage him was tricky as he was very busy and I was equally busy. But when we eventually met up what a worker!! He was friendly but professional . He knew his trade. It did mot take him too long to make the accurate diagnosis of the problem.He legantly demonstrated that the cause was due to sludging of the whole of the water circulating system in the rads. The cure? It is going to require pump flushing of the whole system which is an all day affair. However he was able to'balance' all the rads .So for the first time in several weeks I have goodheating FROM ALL the13 rads in the house. and this 'old vulnerable lady 'is happy and comfortable again while she considers the next steps. Efficoent polite, and clean worker.the Thank you Danny. He even called the next morning to check if all is well. And all is well. Thank you Danny.

I highly recommend Danny's services. He did a fantastic job fixing our boiler and flushing the radiators, going out of his way to ensure every single one in the house was working perfectly. His approach was truly professional. He was punctual, incredibly tidy (cleaning up as he worked), and even made time for us on a Sunday. To top it off, he followed up after the job to ensure everything was still running perfectly. Excellent, top-notch service.

Danny came recommended by friends and lived up to his reputation of reliability, good service and quality of work. He managed to fit the aircon-heater in our garden cabin within a week even though it would mean him working till late in the evening after two earlier jobs, and that shows his dedication to get the job done. He is good with planning the wiring and piping so that the outcome would be most aesthetically pleasing. The whole installation, from wiring to putting up the machines, was done neatly and quickly. We had Danny install our AC unit last week, and it was an excellent experience. He communicated clearly about traffic delays and arrived when he said he would. He was friendly, pleasant, and really knowledgeable. The installation was seamless, and he worked well with the electrician. It was much less disruptive than expected. He was very clean and left the room tidy, and his installation was tidy as well, all wiring hidden away. He gave great advice for future units if we add another. Danny fitted my Worcester Bosch boiler on behalf of Glow plumbing and heating. He arrived promptly, had a good understanding of the product and was polite on the job. He was creative in his problem-solving, allowing us to use the old flue pipe set-up rather than drilling a new hole unnecessarily. The job turned out to be trickier than anticipated, with a pipe upgrade needed to get the gas pressure up to standard. When Danny came back to carry out these works, he was once again careful not to damage any of our floorboards and cupboards and found an innovative way to connect the boiler around the quirks of the old property. I'd definitely recommend Danny to anyone looking to replace or service their boiler.

I cannot fault Danny (Gas engineer). He went way beyond his 'Call of duty' with a couple of small hiccups with parts that we received from the company. He remedied the situation straight away, which was not in anyway his fault and only made is job harder. There was no moans and groans, just complete professionalism and stayed way over time to complete the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Danny. He is a credit to his profession.

Danny fitted our gas fire today, Christmas Eve. He was very professional and clean and tidy. He had arranged for the chimney to be swept yesterday and then made special arrangements to install our fire today so we could have it ready for Christmas Day. He even picked up a carbon monoxide detector for us. We will definitely be using Danny for any other gas related work and also other projects around the home as he has many other skills.
