We needed a gas safety check as a condition of our house sale. Duncan and his assistant came out really quickly, and were friendly, professional, efficient and tidy. The certificate was emailed immediately.

Had three quotes for a new boiler, DT Heating were the most competitive, and am glad we went with them. Lived up to reviews, very friendly and polite and just got on with replacing the boiler without any fuss. Work all done within a day and cleared up after themselves so you wouldn't even know they'd been. Good comunnication from first contact; ontime for apointments. First impression gave me confidence they had respect for my home and the knowledge to carry out the work I had requested with detailed explanation to the pros and cons of my requests. I decided on a new combi boiler and radiators throughout the house. Kept to the date and schedule that had been arranged. First job was to protect my carpets and rooms from dust and debris, then worked through each room cleaning as they worked. When finished everything was explained to me with a few tips to get the most benifit fom my new system. All the Guarantees and registration paperwork was completed by Duncan. Callum came to do an annual boiler service. He text to advise of ETA for the job and was punctual, polite and friendly. He did a thorough job, kept us informed throughout and when he found a potential problem, he rang up our boiler manufacturer to check info before advising on any potential work needed. He advised that we need to ring Worcester back to potentially get a new plate fitted and suggested it would be more cost effective to do it this way, rather than them doing this for us. My impression was that they pride themselves on doing a good job, keeping customers happy and providing the best advice for the customer, not just quoting for work when another option may be available. Overall I am happy with the service provided and will be using DT Heating for our next annual boiler service. Thanks :)

Callum came to service my boiler yesterday that he and Duncan at DT Heating installed last year. All the work has been carried out efficiently and with courtesy and a pleasant manner. Duncan is very helpful and responds to all my questions and queries. He made a follow-up visit after the installation and everything worked perfectly.

I have used D T Heating twice this year, once for a boiler repair at home and more recently for a couple of landlords gas safety checks with boiler service and repairs. On both occasions I was absolutely delighted with their service. The home repair turned out to be quite a complicated matter but Callum was able to sort it out with great efficiency and kept me completely informed of all the necessary actions to complete the job. His work was clean, neat and tidy and the price was for all parts and labour was very agreeable. As a landlord I needed a repair on a tenants boiler and at the same time I had two gas safety checks due. All I needed was one phone call to D T Heating where I spoke to Duncan who immediately took all the hassle away from me. He took all the details from me and then contacted the tenants directly to arrange access / follow up visits etc. This saved me a lot of time and effort and I would certainly recommend any landlords to use them for this service. Duncan was extremely easy to communicate with and his charges were more than competitive. I will certainly be calling D T Heating as my first choice the next time I need any of their services.

Duncan installed our boiler about 4years ago and we’ve used DT heating for an annual service. Duncan and Callum are always efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with. From the installation of a Worcester Greenstar boiler in 2018 to the most recent annual service, all aspects of the work undertaken by Duncan and Callum has totally met my high expectations.

Callum from DR Heating has been replacing all aged radiators at our property which had caused pressure to go down on reasonably new Worcester boiler. Callum is an extremely hard worker. He was quick to diagnose and explained clearly what was needed. The system was obviously way overdue for flushing through hence was quite challenging job. Duncan attended to help with largest of radiator and has been booking my jobs in. I find them both to be very police and courteous. I will most definitely recommend their work to family/friends.

Have used DT Heating Ltd regularly for several years now, and can't praise them enough for the work they did for me recently. Had a boiler service done on Thurs 17th Oct (overdue - my fault!). Callum did another really diligent job and pointed out that there was unfortunately a problem with the heat exchanger. He explained and showed me the fault, which was sadly going to result in a new boiler being required (not unexpected, it was rather ancient!). Knowing I would therefore be without heating and hot water, he spoke to Duncan and within 20 minutes, Duncan had provided me with a full quotation for a new boiler, and had offered to come and install it just 3 days later, on Sunday 20th Oct. He turned up on Sunday at 9am as advised, worked solidly all day til 5pm, and did a fantastic job getting the new boiler in, and re-arranging some of the pipework. He was extremely tidy and efficient and took the old boiler away with him, and left everywhere spick and span. Duncan and Callum have always been polite and courteous, and always keep me well informed by text and email. Have always found their customer service to be excellent.

We contacted DT Heating back in April 2024 to give us a quote to replace 3 radiators and remove an old gas fire. Duncan visited to see what needed doing and provided us with a quote. The on-line quote arrived a few days later. We chose DT Heating because we found Duncan to be polite and courteous and not bossy like some other heating companies we approached, and because we felt the quote was reasonable for the work we needed doing. As we were having other work done at the same take, Duncan was very considerate and was happy to delay and work around the other work. Duncan and Callum arrived on time on the day arranged and did a professional job. They got on with the job and were not on their mobile phones all day, unlike some other workmen. They were polite, clean and tidy covering all the areas they were working in, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. We are really please with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them the friends or family.

Callum came and fitted new Kitchen mixer tap as the old one was leaking and loose. He had to fit additional pipework as it was a different size pipe to the new taps. He then re-caulked the bath, and fitted new shower head and mixer taps, where he identified a small leak on the waste pipe, which he has said he will return to fix next week. DT heating are always reliable and keep me informed, and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I hsvr used them several times in the past, and always use them to service our boiler and would recommend them thoroughly.
