Duncan and his team have installed a new boiler, radiators, new piping and laid my lead pipe replacement with new stop cocks. I've used Duncan twice now to fit a new boiler, in different properties. Never had an issue with my previous boiler, it was still working perfectly fine 8 years after installation when I sold the house. DT heating notify you of annual services and come do them. For our new house we had some tight deadlines to work with as we were moving into a house undergoing renovations. He has come out and spent long days making sure we had heating when we desperately needed it. The team doing the renovations have also all said they enjoyed working with Duncan, clear communication and helping each other out along the way. Will continue to use DT heating for years to come. It's nice seeing the business grow taking on more apprenticeships.

Callum arrived on time snd carried iut a thorough service on our central heating system. I have always used a national company to this. The service they provided usually lasted a maximum of 15minutes! Callum checked every aspect of the system and dpent two hours doing so. He was polite and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending DT to others.

We have used DT Heating several times for boiler service and other central heating work, they gave you date and time, and text ahead on day to let you know when they expect to arrive. Callum did our boiler service and cleaned out filter, plus he sorted the stuck pin on our kitchen radiator. Polite, friendly and excellent service.

DT Heating fitted a boiler for me last year and I had no hesitation in asking them to return to put new thermostats on my radiators. Duncan and Callum work together as a team and they are both very professional. They always arrive on the appointed day and text 30 minutes before they are due to arrive. Once in the home, they are very courteous and tidy and take very few breaks, meaning that the work is always completed on time. Nothing is too much trouble and I have every confidence in their ability to complete the job. I asked DT Heating for a quote on the strength of the reviews and was impressed by them on the first meeting. I would thoroughly recommend the firm.

Gave excellent advice and full explanation of the work needed to be done to replace my old existing boiler, Quote sent within a few days and accepted. On the day of fitting arrived on time, laid down dust sheets to protect carpets and fitted the boiler to a very high standard, agreed price and schedule also thoroughly cleaned up after completion. The team were professional, polite and explained the controls and how to operate the new boiler and answered all my questions in depth. I will be using DT heating for yearly gas checks and boiler servicing in the future.

Callum did a great job today on my annual boiler service. He was able to come earlier than planned and contacted me by text to make arrangements. He worked quietly with no fuss, very professional service. Card payment was quick and easy, and I was sent a receipt and service report by email straight away. Definitely recommend, thanks Callum!

My brother, who lives alone and has a learning disability, had a broken boiler and it's Xmas! I live 300 miles away so needed to arrange and contact somebody ASAP. DT responded to my request for help very quickly and visited my brother within a day. Callum called me to explain what needed to be done/checked, and serviced the boiler at the same time. Have used DT Heating twice for my mum's boiler & now her gas fire. Very high quality work each time, clean & tidy, accommodating and a fair price. Will of course use again.

We've been using DT Heating for a few years now after a recommendation from another Engineer we used who was retiring. Never regretted it. Duncan - and now Callum's - work is of good quality, they are reliable and good at explaining things. They are also good at communicating. Inevitably sometimes plumbers get delayed when jobs are more complicated than they originally thought. But D & C will let you know the score; rather than just leave you gazing out of the window wondering when a plumbers van will come into sight!

Duncan & Callum responded quickly and effectively to identify the technical problem affecting a section of our heating system and putting in place arrangements to replace the faulty part.

Callum was polite, friendly and efficient. He quickly found the problem. He left everywhere clean and tidy after servicing the Flavel gas fire. It works better now than it's ever done. He asked if there was anything else he could help with. He listened when I told him my 8 year old boiler needed replacing and I would like a Vaillant. He suggested I looked at the Vaillant brochures. Hoping to use DT Heating again for new combi boiler.

Happy with Duncan’s standard of work and his communicating of what I needed to know. I had two quotes and DT Heating’s represented very good value. Would commission again.
