DT Heating Ltd is a family run business based in St Helens with over 17 years experience working for British Gas specializing in all aspects of domestic gas appliances. We pride ourselves in giving good customer service, affordable prices and reliability.

Callum came to do an annual boiler service. He text to advise of ETA for the job and was punctual, polite and friendly. He did a thorough job, kept us informed throughout and when he found a potential problem, he rang up our boiler manufacturer to check info before advising on any potential work needed. He advised that we need to ring Worcester back to potentially get a new plate fitted and suggested it would be more cost effective to do it this way, rather than them doing this for us. My impression was that they pride themselves on doing a good job, keeping customers happy and providing the best advice for the customer, not just quoting for work when another option may be available. Overall I am happy with the service provided and will be using DT Heating for our next annual boiler service. Thanks :)

I had DT Heating fit my boiler several years ago and they have been coming back ever since to do my annual inspection. Their useful annual reminders that my service is due is great as I always forget. They clean up after themselves and provide advice when needed. Everything is still working from 2018 and any issues these guys are quick to respond to help sort it out. I would recommend to anyone else looking for a reputable company.

We use DT heating to carry out our gas safety checks on rental properties. They are always on time, professional and do a great job. We also use them for any gas jobs on our own house. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

My boiler broke between Christmas and new year I phone Tuesday 3rd of January and 11.00 am that same day DT came out looked it over ordered the part and returned Friday 6 January great work and not a rip off will definitely recommend

We've been using DT Heating for a few years now after a recommendation from another Engineer we used who was retiring. Never regretted it. Duncan - and now Callum's - work is of good quality, they are reliable and good at explaining things. They are also good at communicating. Inevitably sometimes plumbers get delayed when jobs are more complicated than they originally thought. But D & C will let you know the score; rather than just leave you gazing out of the window wondering when a plumbers van will come into sight!

My brother, who lives alone and has a learning disability, had a broken boiler and it's Xmas! I live 300 miles away so needed to arrange and contact somebody ASAP. DT responded to my request for help very quickly and visited my brother within a day. Callum called me to explain what needed to be done/checked, and serviced the boiler at the same time. I have used DT Heating a number of times over the last 5 years with the jobs including a full boiler replacement, servicing and tap replacement. They have been easy to deal with, turned up at the arranged time and the work has been of a good quality with no issues. Prices have always been competitive. Why won't my Flavel gas fire work?

Callum was polite, friendly and efficient. He quickly found the problem. He left everywhere clean and tidy after servicing the Flavel gas fire. It works better now than it's ever done. He asked if there was anything else he could help with. He listened when I told him my 8 year old boiler needed replacing and I would like a Vaillant. He suggested I looked at the Vaillant brochures. Hoping to use DT Heating again for new combi boiler.
