Used DT Heating now for the last few years for our annual boiler service and they have always been professional, whether Duncan or Callum conduct the job. Would always used them and would recommend.

Duncan and Callum fitted a new boiler for us. They were polite, professional and prompt, letting us know exactly what time they would arrive and exactly what was involved. They did a brilliant job with no mess at all and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend

Duncan did a great job in correcting a previously poor installment of my central heating. Great communication throughout. Took his time and I'm more than happy with the results. Would definitely recommend this company . All the reviews I'd looked at on here were spot on.

Callum came to do an annual boiler service. He text to advise of ETA for the job and was punctual, polite and friendly. He did a thorough job, kept us informed throughout and when he found a potential problem, he rang up our boiler manufacturer to check info before advising on any potential work needed. He advised that we need to ring Worcester back to potentially get a new plate fitted and suggested it would be more cost effective to do it this way, rather than them doing this for us. My impression was that they pride themselves on doing a good job, keeping customers happy and providing the best advice for the customer, not just quoting for work when another option may be available. Overall I am happy with the service provided and will be using DT Heating for our next annual boiler service. Thanks :)

I had DT Heating fit my boiler several years ago and they have been coming back ever since to do my annual inspection. Their useful annual reminders that my service is due is great as I always forget. They clean up after themselves and provide advice when needed. Everything is still working from 2018 and any issues these guys are quick to respond to help sort it out. I would recommend to anyone else looking for a reputable company.

First time we have used DT, on recommendation. Diagnosed the multiple problems and effected the repairs as promised 2 days later. Very courteous and professional. No surprises with the bill which was reasonable.

We use DT heating to carry out our gas safety checks on rental properties. They are always on time, professional and do a great job. We also use them for any gas jobs on our own house. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We have been using Duncan and Callum for many years for my rental property in St Helens. If we have any issues they liaise direct with the tenant for all requirements and resolve all with the minimum of fuss to a high standard and a good cost I recommend them highly for anyone in the area who needs plumbing and gas services

Always a professional service, been with DT Heating a few years now for heating and gas fire service. On time with appointments and good communications via phone/text/email, keeps you up to date, paperwork sent on time. Neat and tidy and have recommended to my family.

My boiler broke between Christmas and new year I phone Tuesday 3rd of January and 11.00 am that same day DT came out looked it over ordered the part and returned Friday 6 January great work and not a rip off will definitely recommend

We've been using DT Heating for a few years now after a recommendation from another Engineer we used who was retiring. Never regretted it. Duncan - and now Callum's - work is of good quality, they are reliable and good at explaining things. They are also good at communicating. Inevitably sometimes plumbers get delayed when jobs are more complicated than they originally thought. But D & C will let you know the score; rather than just leave you gazing out of the window wondering when a plumbers van will come into sight!

Have used DT Heating twice for my mum's boiler & now her gas fire. Very high quality work each time, clean & tidy, accommodating and a fair price. Will of course use again.

My brother, who lives alone and has a learning disability, had a broken boiler and it's Xmas! I live 300 miles away so needed to arrange and contact somebody ASAP. DT responded to my request for help very quickly and visited my brother within a day. Callum called me to explain what needed to be done/checked, and serviced the boiler at the same time. I have used DT Heating a number of times over the last 5 years with the jobs including a full boiler replacement, servicing and tap replacement. They have been easy to deal with, turned up at the arranged time and the work has been of a good quality with no issues. Prices have always been competitive. They have also always tidied up after the work and been respectful of the property they are working in.

Duncan & Callum responded quickly and effectively to identify the technical problem affecting a section of our heating system and putting in place arrangements to replace the faulty part.

Happy with Duncan’s standard of work and his communicating of what I needed to know. I had two quotes and DT Heating’s represented very good value. Would commission again.

Callum was polite, friendly and efficient. He quickly found the problem. He left everywhere clean and tidy after servicing the Flavel gas fire. It works better now than it's ever done. He asked if there was anything else he could help with. He listened when I told him my 8 year old boiler needed replacing and I would like a Vaillant. He suggested I looked at the Vaillant brochures. Hoping to use DT Heating again for new combi boiler.

Another job completed, as usual with care and consideration and very friendly manner will definitely use Duncan again if needed.

Everything was done on time and to an agreed budget. He was punctual and would ring beforehand to say what time he would arrive. I would certainly recommend Duncan and will definitely use him again.
