Duncan did a excellent job installing a boiler for me. He was always able to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. He was on time every day and I am very happy with the boiler. When the job was finished the house was left tidy and Callum was also very polite and made a good contribution to the work that was done. I would definitely recommend him

I have used DT Heating a number of times over the last 5 years with the jobs including a full boiler replacement, servicing and tap replacement. They have been easy to deal with, turned up at the arranged time and the work has been of a good quality with no issues. Prices have always been competitive. They have also always tidied up after the work and been respectful of the property they are working in.

Callum turned up on time after confirming by e mail when that would be. His work was very professional and he highlighted a problem that needed some parts ordering. He sourced the parts there and then so that the job could be completed before he left. His work was clean and tidy. Very pleased with Callum and DT Heating Ltd, would certainly use again.

Callum arrived on time to service the boiler. Polite, professional and friendly. Invoice receipt issued immediately by email along with the service record. Definitely recommend this company.

Callum came slightly early but texted to say he'd be early. He had three appliances to service and he was very thorough. He carefully dismantled the gas fire checked it thoroughly and put it back together immaculately, without making any mess. I would have supplied a dust sheet but he had his own and also cleaned and vacuumed the casing. He was unfamiliar with the model but looked it up since I have lost the manual. It was truly impressive to see his logic and care. He also checked the boiler, which is a bit aged and said it was still good. He was so careful not to make a mess He brought overshoes and was v careful.I asked if he would lock the front door if he had to go in and out and he remembered every time He sent me a receipt immediately with gas safety certificates. I am very pleased to recommend him.

DT Heating installed the Baxi combi-boiler 6 years ago and have done the annual service ever since to a high standard. Booking is always easy and attendance is on time. Full 'paperwork' is provided and the cost is very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone. DB 9/10/24

I do the annual service for my IDEAL boiler, the young staff check every detail and are professional, he does a decent job and is a very nice and polite person. The price is also reasonable for me, I would like to recommend DT heating.

I have been using DTHeating for a few years and wouldn’t use anyone else. Callum completed my annual service and was as professional as ever.

We needed a gas safety check as a condition of our house sale. Duncan and his assistant came out really quickly, and were friendly, professional, efficient and tidy. The certificate was emailed immediately.

Good comunnication from first contact; ontime for apointments. First impression gave me confidence they had respect for my home and the knowledge to carry out the work I had requested with detailed explanation to the pros and cons of my requests. I decided on a new combi boiler and radiators throughout the house. Kept to the date and schedule that had been arranged. First job was to protect my carpets and rooms from dust and debris, then worked through each room cleaning as they worked. When finished everything was explained to me with a few tips to get the most benifit fom my new system. All the Guarantees and registration paperwork was completed by Duncan.
