Used DT Heating now for the last few years for our annual boiler service and they have always been professional, whether Duncan or Callum conduct the job. Would always used them and would recommend.

I contacted DT Hughes and they called to arrange an appointment. The following week Callum turned up. He sent me a message stating he would be about 30mins. Callum came in that time and sorted out my boiler which had a leak. He was polite, tidy and the job was done professionally. After being ripped off by another company I would definitely recommend DT Hughes to people.

My boiler was installed by the company and I have made sure it is serviced every year. The service was completed efficiently and my house was left neat and tidy. I was assured if there were any problems to let them know. I would recommend the company to anyone

This was my first time using D T Heating. I was contacted very soon after I had sent my initial text, and had an appointment booked for a couple of days later. Although all arrangements were by text, I felt my request was being dealt with efficiently and in a friendly business-like manner. I received a text on the morning of the appointment from Callum telling me he’d be arriving within 30 minutes, and on a dark, rainy Monday morning there he was! Callum quickly familiarized himself with the antiquated plumbing at my fathers old terraced house, and efficiently fixed the problem. I would be happy to use DT Heating again. It’s very reassuring these days to find a company that appreciates your time and your business, sadly this is becoming more difficult. Thank you Duncan and Callum.

Very impressed with Duncan and his team. Got an appointment to suit us, communication was excellent. Callum kept in contact to arrange time to arrive for the job. He did a great job servicing our boilers left everything as he found it. Would highly recommend this professional team of plumbers/boiler engineers. Will definitely use their service again. Serviced our flueless gas fire. It needed parts, so we had to wait, but they came and fitted them when they arrived. They were friendly and efficient. Have also used them for servicing our boiler and would use them again

I have used this company for the last few years and I’m always impressed with the service. They send a reminder when your service is due and they always arrive on time, letting you know when they are on their way. Callum completed my service this year and has done previously and I can’t fault him.

Just had another yearly service of the boiler carried out - the work was done competently and we will definitely look to use again. Both Duncan and Callum are reliable and would definitely recommend their work to anyone.

DT has done my boiler service twice now. Easy to book in with them, Callum (who came both times) was friendly & polite. He explained everything he was doing, and when he found a couple of parts that were on their way out, explained exactly what they were, and was reassuring the entire time. Efficient, cleaned up after himself, Very impressed with him. Duncan, owner of DT, squeezed me in just before Xmas for a sudden faucet replacement in kitchen. Such a nice man, did an absolutely superb job, went above & beyond. I thoroughly trust DT to help with all our heating & plumbing needs. Honest, hard working, good, fair prices, a real find.

Duncan came 10 mins early for a 9.00 am start. Dust sheet down and immediately cracked on with the boiler service. Did a more thorough job than any previous tradesmen. Was very polite and friendly. We’ll definitely get him in for bigger jobs on the horizon.

We use DT Heating for our regular service and for others bits of plumbing as and when. Recently used them to replace 2 heated towel rails. All went well, happy with the work and will continue to use them in the future.

I’ve used DT a few times over the years and they’re throughly reliable, local firm that’s value for money. I’ve had no problems or concern about them, just praise. They always have an apprentice too, which is good to see them training the future. I’d definitely use DT again.

I had use DT heating to have the annual service for my boiler for three years. No any problems so far, you can book an appointment through email, pretty easy. And they always message you 15-30mins before they arrive, so that you can better manage your time. I would recommend them.

I have used their services twice so far and will keep using their service in the future. They are punctual, the work has been executed well, let me know when they are on their way and left the premises tidy after the work was completed.

We had our new boiler installed by Duncan. We were very happy with the service we received from him and Callum, right through from initial communications and advice, to cleaning up and explaining how to work everything after the job. They were both courteous, professional and helpful at all times. Would definitely recommend.

I had my boiler replaced and some new radiators which needed some new pipe work. I also didn’t want to have the floor ripped up as I have chipboard flooring. Duncan was happy to find alternatives to pulling the floor up and kept everything out of sight into the loft. The work was done on time and the guys were pleasant and polite to have around the house whilst they were working on the job. Always thankful for a cup of tea. Duncan walked me through the new hive box I had installed, how to use the boiler and radiator and provided recommendations on how to further care for the system and keep it running efficiently. Afterwards all equipment and mess was cleaned up, it was as if they were never here.

I received clear and professional advice regarding the type of boiler suitable for my home that could be fitted without any alteration to my kitchen. All work has been carried out professionally, with extreme care and total respect for my home. Would not hesitate to recommend to my friends or family.
