Callum put in a very long time of intensive work to service our boiler, replace the gaskets and fit a new flow switch, and then to test the entire system thoroughly. We were very impressed by his focus on getting the tasks done, even though it meant he had to work until quite late (about 6:30pm) before he began putting all his equipment back into his van. Looks like he’s done an excellent job - thanks Callum.

My boiler broke between Christmas and new year I phone Tuesday 3rd of January and 11.00 am that same day DT came out looked it over ordered the part and returned Friday 6 January great work and not a rip off will definitely recommend

I've used DT Heating for a couple of years. Always found them punctual and polite. Duncan explained what was needed and how long the job would take. Finished on time and left the workspace spotless. Excellent.

I have used DT Heating for about 4 years now. Duncan and Callum are 2 of the most genuine trades people i have ever met. I have my boiler and fire service completed every year about this time. Callum turned up on time and got on with the job. Over the years i have had a number of jobs done besides the regular service. My boiler has been moved from the loft to kitchen,I have had a radiator added to my current system, Ihave had a Surestopped added to my water supply and i have had a cooker fitted. DT Heating come highly recommended from me and my family I would not go to anybody else. I always find them approachable, reliable and all at a very reasonable cost. Gave excellent advice and full explanation of the work needed to be done to replace my old existing boiler, Quote sent within a few days and accepted. On the day of fitting arrived on time, laid down dust sheets to protect carpets and fitted the boiler to a very high standard, agreed price and schedule also thoroughly cleaned up after completion. The team were professional, polite and explained the controls and how to operate the new boiler and answered all my questions in depth. I will be using DT heating for yearly gas checks and boiler servicing in the future.

DT Heating fitted a boiler for me last year and I had no hesitation in asking them to return to put new thermostats on my radiators. Duncan and Callum work together as a team and they are both very professional. They always arrive on the appointed day and text 30 minutes before they are due to arrive. Once in the home, they are very courteous and tidy and take very few breaks, meaning that the work is always completed on time. Nothing is too much trouble and I have every confidence in their ability to complete the job. I asked DT Heating for a quote on the strength of the reviews and was impressed by them on the first meeting. I would thoroughly recommend the firm.

Callum did a great job today on my annual boiler service. He was able to come earlier than planned and contacted me by text to make arrangements. He worked quietly with no fuss, very professional service. Card payment was quick and easy, and I was sent a receipt and service report by email straight away. Definitely recommend, thanks Callum!

Callum was polite, friendly and efficient. He quickly found the problem. He left everywhere clean and tidy after servicing the Flavel gas fire. It works better now than it's ever done. He asked if there was anything else he could help with. He listened when I told him my 8 year old boiler needed replacing and I would like a Vaillant. He suggested I looked at the Vaillant brochures. Hoping to use DT Heating again for new combi boiler.

First time we have used DT, on recommendation. Diagnosed the multiple problems and effected the repairs as promised 2 days later. Very courteous and professional. No surprises with the bill which was reasonable.

My brother, who lives alone and has a learning disability, had a broken boiler and it's Xmas! I live 300 miles away so needed to arrange and contact somebody ASAP. DT responded to my request for help very quickly and visited my brother within a day. Callum called me to explain what needed to be done/checked, and serviced the boiler at the same time. Have used DT Heating twice for my mum's boiler & now her gas fire. Very high quality work each time, clean & tidy, accommodating and a fair price. Will of course use again.

We've been using DT Heating for a few years now after a recommendation from another Engineer we used who was retiring. Never regretted it. Duncan - and now Callum's - work is of good quality, they are reliable and good at explaining things. They are also good at communicating. Inevitably sometimes plumbers get delayed when jobs are more complicated than they originally thought. But D & C will let you know the score; rather than just leave you gazing out of the window wondering when a plumbers van will come into sight!

Duncan & Callum responded quickly and effectively to identify the technical problem affecting a section of our heating system and putting in place arrangements to replace the faulty part.

I contacted DT Hughes and they called to arrange an appointment. The following week Callum turned up. He sent me a message stating he would be about 30mins. Callum came in that time and sorted out my boiler which had a leak. He was polite, tidy and the job was done professionally. After being ripped off by another company I would definitely recommend DT Hughes to people.
