Callum from DR Heating has been replacing all aged radiators at our property which had caused pressure to go down on reasonably new Worcester boiler. Callum is an extremely hard worker. He was quick to diagnose and explained clearly what was needed. The system was obviously way overdue for flushing through hence was quite challenging job. Duncan attended to help with largest of radiator and has been booking my jobs in. I find them both to be very police and courteous. I will most definitely recommend their work to family/friends.

I contacted DT Hughes and they called to arrange an appointment. The following week Callum turned up. He sent me a message stating he would be about 30mins. Callum came in that time and sorted out my boiler which had a leak. He was polite, tidy and the job was done professionally. After being ripped off by another company I would definitely recommend DT Hughes to people.

I have been using this company for a few years now for my annual boiler service and additionally this year the supply and fit of a new thermostat. A quick message is all it takes to arrange the job, and the response is always prompt. The prices are reasonable and fair. This was my first time using D T Heating. I was contacted very soon after I had sent my initial text, and had an appointment booked for a couple of days later. Although all arrangements were by text, I felt my request was being dealt with efficiently and in a friendly business-like manner. I received a text on the morning of the appointment from Callum telling me he’d be arriving within 30 minutes, and on a dark, rainy Monday morning there he was! Callum quickly familiarized himself with the antiquated plumbing at my fathers old terraced house, and efficiently fixed the problem. I would be happy to use DT Heating again. I have used D T Heating twice this year, once for a boiler repair at home and more recently for a couple of landlords gas safety checks with boiler service and repairs. On both occasions I was absolutely delighted with their service. The home repair turned out to be quite a complicated matter but Callum was able to sort it out with great efficiency and kept me completely informed of all the necessary actions to complete the job. His work was clean, neat and tidy and the price was for all parts and labour was very agreeable. As a landlord I needed a repair on a tenants boiler and at the same time I had two gas safety checks due. All I needed was one phone call to D T Heating where I spoke to Duncan who immediately took all the hassle away from me. He took all the details from me and then contacted the tenants directly to arrange access / follow up visits etc. This saved me a lot of time and effort and I would certainly recommend any landlords to use them for this service. Callum came to service my boiler yesterday that he and Duncan at DT Heating installed last year. All the work has been carried out efficiently and with courtesy and a pleasant manner. Duncan and Callum Replaced my boiler. The quotation is highly competitive and the service excellent. I am having my kitchen redone and part of the work involved fitting the boiler to enable it to be incorporated into the new cabinets. They arrive promptly on the first (and second) day and the work was completed within the pre advised timescale. I had a visit today from a friend who is a retired engineer and he was so impressed that he took D T's details so he could have them deal with a similar installation at his house.

Callum came to do an annual boiler service. He text to advise of ETA for the job and was punctual, polite and friendly. He did a thorough job, kept us informed throughout and when he found a potential problem, he rang up our boiler manufacturer to check info before advising on any potential work needed. He advised that we need to ring Worcester back to potentially get a new plate fitted and suggested it would be more cost effective to do it this way, rather than them doing this for us. My impression was that they pride themselves on doing a good job, keeping customers happy and providing the best advice for the customer, not just quoting for work when another option may be available. Overall I am happy with the service provided and will be using DT Heating for our next annual boiler service. Thanks :)

I had DT Heating fit my boiler several years ago and they have been coming back ever since to do my annual inspection. Their useful annual reminders that my service is due is great as I always forget. They clean up after themselves and provide advice when needed. Everything is still working from 2018 and any issues these guys are quick to respond to help sort it out. I would recommend to anyone else looking for a reputable company.

First time we have used DT, on recommendation. Diagnosed the multiple problems and effected the repairs as promised 2 days later. Very courteous and professional. No surprises with the bill which was reasonable.

We've been using DT Heating for a few years now after a recommendation from another Engineer we used who was retiring. Never regretted it. Duncan - and now Callum's - work is of good quality, they are reliable and good at explaining things. They are also good at communicating. Inevitably sometimes plumbers get delayed when jobs are more complicated than they originally thought. But D & C will let you know the score; rather than just leave you gazing out of the window wondering when a plumbers van will come into sight!

I have used DT Heating a number of times over the last 5 years with the jobs including a full boiler replacement, servicing and tap replacement. They have been easy to deal with, turned up at the arranged time and the work has been of a good quality with no issues. Prices have always been competitive. They have also always tidied up after the work and been respectful of the property they are working in.

He asked if there was anything else he could help with. He listened when I told him my 8 year old boiler needed replacing and I would like a Vaillant. He suggested I looked at the Vaillant brochures. Hoping to use DT Heating again for new combi boiler.

DT Heating did a great job on a boiler replacement, installation of new radiator and installation of a shower. They turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and installed the equipment well. We now have a toasty warm house. Some days they worked for 12 hours to make sure the job was done with minimal disruption.

Gave excellent advice and full explanation of the work needed to be done to replace my old existing boiler, Quote sent within a few days and accepted. On the day of fitting arrived on time, laid down dust sheets to protect carpets and fitted the boiler to a very high standard, agreed price and schedule also thoroughly cleaned up after completion. DT Heating fitted a boiler for me last year and I had no hesitation in asking them to return to put new thermostats on my radiators. Not having used this company before I wasn't sure what to expect. I rang for an appointment based on recommendation from another company who couldn't fit me in. I spoke to Duncan and agreed a time and date. Duncan sent a text on the day of appointment to confirm arrival time, which was great as I then knew he was coming (I have been let down by other plumbers before). Duncan and his younger apprentice arrived on time and donned some covers over their boots to protect my carpets (again another nice touch). They then went to work diagnosing and then fixing the issue. They were both friendly and efficient giving a reasonable price for the work done. Good comunnication from first contact; ontime for apointments. First impression gave me confidence they had respect for my home and the knowledge to carry out the work I had requested with detailed explanation to the pros and cons of my requests. I decided on a new combi boiler and radiators throughout the house. Kept to the date and schedule that had been arranged. First job was to protect my carpets and rooms from dust and debris, then worked through each room cleaning as they worked. I received clear and professional advice regarding the type of boiler suitable for my home that could be fitted without any alteration to my kitchen. All work has been carried out professionally, with extreme care and total respect for my home. Would not hesitate to recommend to my friends or family.

I had my boiler replaced and some new radiators which needed some new pipe work. I also didn’t want to have the floor ripped up as I have chipboard flooring. Duncan was happy to find alternatives to pulling the floor up and kept everything out of sight into the loft. The work was done on time and the guys were pleasant and polite to have around the house whilst they were working on the job. Always thankful for a cup of tea. Duncan walked me through the new hive box I had installed, how to use the boiler and radiator and provided recommendations on how to further care for the system and keep it running efficiently. Afterwards all equipment and mess was cleaned up, it was as if they were never here.

Called Duncan after our hot water stopped coming through. Having a young baby this was a bit of a nightmare. Duncan and his apprentice managed to get to us on the same day. Within minutes he had identified a couple of problems, one requiring a specialist part. Duncan was able to temporarily repair the boiler so that we had running hot water overnight. The following day he returned and completed the work once in possession of the needed part. Both Duncan and his apprentice were courteous, professional and very efficient. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and didn’t include a disproportionate call out charge a lot of companies demand. Will definitely be using them for any future work.
