I do the annual service for my IDEAL boiler, the young staff check every detail and are professional, he does a decent job and is a very nice and polite person. The price is also reasonable for me, I would like to recommend DT heating.

Duncan came 10 mins early for a 9.00 am start. Dust sheet down and immediately cracked on with the boiler service. Did a more thorough job than any previous tradesmen. Was very polite and friendly. We’ll definitely get him in for bigger jobs on the horizon.

We had our first annual service on our Worcester Bosch boiler carried out by DT Heating. Callum called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the 15 minutes he said he would be with us. He carried out a very thorough service quickly and efficiently. He left no mess at all. A very professional tradesman. Would recommend DT Heating without reservation.

Have used DT Heating Ltd regularly for several years now, and can't praise them enough for the work they did for me recently. Had a boiler service done on Thurs 17th Oct (overdue - my fault!). Callum did another really diligent job and pointed out that there was unfortunately a problem with the heat exchanger. He explained and showed me the fault, which was sadly going to result in a new boiler being required (not unexpected, it was rather ancient!). Knowing I would therefore be without heating and hot water, he spoke to Duncan and within 20 minutes, Duncan had provided me with a full quotation for a new boiler, and had offered to come and install it just 3 days later, on Sunday 20th Oct. He turned up on Sunday at 9am as advised, worked solidly all day til 5pm, and did a fantastic job getting the new boiler in, and re-arranging some of the pipework. He was extremely tidy and efficient and took the old boiler away with him, and left everywhere spick and span. Duncan and Callum have always been polite and courteous, and always keep me well informed by text and email. Have always found their customer service to be excellent.

Duncan was able to get my heating system working again. Visited the day after I called and was able to purchase and install the faulty part same day, meaning that I was able to get my house warm again. I would recommend DT heating and would use them again.

DT Heating installed the Baxi combi-boiler 6 years ago and have done the annual service ever since to a high standard. Booking is always easy and attendance is on time. Full 'paperwork' is provided and the cost is very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone. DB 9/10/24

We use DT Heating for our regular service and for others bits of plumbing as and when. Recently used them to replace 2 heated towel rails. All went well, happy with the work and will continue to use them in the future.

Had a quote from Duncan at DT Heating to replace my very old Combi Boiler. From the initial quote to the completion of the installation Duncan kept me informed every step of the way. He completed the work over 2 days and left the area extremely clean and tidy. Full instructions given to me about the working of the new boiler and digital thermostat. He was always on time and as usual really pleasant while completing the work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Duncan and Callum at DT Heating.

Callum came slightly early but texted to say he'd be early. He had three appliances to service and he was very thorough. He carefully dismantled the gas fire checked it thoroughly and put it back together immaculately, without making any mess. I would have supplied a dust sheet but he had his own and also cleaned and vacuumed the casing. He was unfamiliar with the model but looked it up since I have lost the manual. It was truly impressive to see his logic and care. He also checked the boiler, which is a bit aged and said it was still good. He was so careful not to make a mess He brought overshoes and was v careful.I asked if he would lock the front door if he had to go in and out and he remembered every time He sent me a receipt immediately with gas safety certificates. I am very pleased to recommend him.

I contacted this company based on the online reviews which were very good. I had a very swift response to my email enquiry and the arrangement to come out to assess was as promised although we did have to wait a few days as they were so busy. The problem was very quickly identified and the appointment to fix it was for the next week. The repair took a few hours but they were clean and efficient did an excellent job and charged a reasonable price. I would use them again.

Callum came and fitted new Kitchen mixer tap as the old one was leaking and loose. He had to fit additional pipework as it was a different size pipe to the new taps. He then re-caulked the bath, and fitted new shower head and mixer taps, where he identified a small leak on the waste pipe, which he has said he will return to fix next week. DT heating are always reliable and keep me informed, and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I hsvr used them several times in the past, and always use them to service our boiler and would recommend them thoroughly.

We contacted DT Heating back in April 2024 to give us a quote to replace 3 radiators and remove an old gas fire. Duncan visited to see what needed doing and provided us with a quote. The on-line quote arrived a few days later. We chose DT Heating because we found Duncan to be polite and courteous and not bossy like some other heating companies we approached, and because we felt the quote was reasonable for the work we needed doing. As we were having other work done at the same take, Duncan was very considerate and was happy to delay and work around the other work. Duncan and Callum arrived on time on the day arranged and did a professional job. They got on with the job and were not on their mobile phones all day, unlike some other workmen. They were polite, clean and tidy covering all the areas they were working in, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. From the installation of a Worcester Greenstar boiler in 2018 to the most recent annual service, all aspects of the work undertaken by Duncan and Callum has totally met my high expectations.

I required an new Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler, and Duncan came and surveyed my property and after discussions, he quoted for a Worcester Bosch 8000 combi with remote thermostat / control, and a price & date was agreed. Unfortunately 4 days prior to the agreed installation date, my boiler burst, and upon contacting Duncan, he arranged to visit my property the same day, and kindly rearranged his busy schedule to supply and install my boiler the next day. On the day of installation, Duncan provided 100% protection to my hall / stairs / landing and bedroom carpets, and furniture in the room, and carried out the installation / system flush / commissioning. Communication during the installation and commissioning was first class, and I will recommend DT Heating Ltd to other clients without hesitation. All works were undertaken to a very high standard, and I am delighted to have a new efficient boiler, with a 12 year manufacturers guarantee.

Callum from DR Heating has been replacing all aged radiators at our property which had caused pressure to go down on reasonably new Worcester boiler. Callum is an extremely hard worker. This was my first time using D T Heating. I was contacted very soon after I had sent my initial text, and had an appointment booked for a couple of days later. Although all arrangements were by text, I felt my request was being dealt with efficiently and in a friendly business-like manner. I received a text on the morning of the appointment from Callum telling me he’d be arriving within 30 minutes, and on a dark, rainy Monday morning there he was! Callum quickly familiarized himself with the antiquated plumbing at my fathers old terraced house, and efficiently fixed the problem. I would be happy to use DT Heating again. I have used D T Heating twice this year, once for a boiler repair at home and more recently for a couple of landlords gas safety checks with boiler service and repairs. On both occasions I was absolutely delighted with their service. The home repair turned out to be quite a complicated matter but Callum was able to sort it out with great efficiency and kept me completely informed of all the necessary actions to complete the job. His work was clean, neat and tidy and the price was for all parts and labour was very agreeable. As a landlord I needed a repair on a tenants boiler and at the same time I had two gas safety checks due. Duncan and Callum Replaced my boiler. The quotation is highly competitive and the service excellent. I am having my kitchen redone and part of the work involved fitting the boiler to enable it to be incorporated into the new cabinets. Callum came to do an annual boiler service. He text to advise of ETA for the job and was punctual, polite and friendly. He did a thorough job, kept us informed throughout and when he found a potential problem, he rang up our boiler manufacturer to check info before advising on any potential work needed. He advised that we need to ring Worcester back to potentially get a new plate fitted and suggested it would be more cost effective to do it this way, rather than them doing this for us. My impression was that they pride themselves on doing a good job, keeping customers happy and providing the best advice for the customer, not just quoting for work when another option may be available. I had DT Heating fit my boiler several years ago and they have been coming back ever since to do my annual inspection. Their useful annual reminders that my service is due is great as I always forget. They clean up after themselves and provide advice when needed. Everything is still working from 2018 and any issues these guys are quick to respond to help sort it out. I would recommend to anyone else looking for a reputable company.

We've been using DT Heating for a few years now after a recommendation from another Engineer we used who was retiring. Never regretted it. Duncan - and now Callum's - work is of good quality, they are reliable and good at explaining things. They are also good at communicating. Inevitably sometimes plumbers get delayed when jobs are more complicated than they originally thought. But D & C will let you know the score; rather than just leave you gazing out of the window wondering when a plumbers van will come into sight!

DT Heating did a great job on a boiler replacement, installation of new radiator and installation of a shower. They turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and installed the equipment well. We now have a toasty warm house. Some days they worked for 12 hours to make sure the job was done with minimal disruption.

Not having used this company before I wasn't sure what to expect. I rang for an appointment based on recommendation from another company who couldn't fit me in. I spoke to Duncan and agreed a time and date. Duncan sent a text on the day of appointment to confirm arrival time, which was great as I then knew he was coming (I have been let down by other plumbers before). Duncan and his younger apprentice arrived on time and donned some covers over their boots to protect my carpets (again another nice touch). They then went to work diagnosing and then fixing the issue. They were both friendly and efficient giving a reasonable price for the work done. Good comunnication from first contact; ontime for apointments. First impression gave me confidence they had respect for my home and the knowledge to carry out the work I had requested with detailed explanation to the pros and cons of my requests. I decided on a new combi boiler and radiators throughout the house. Kept to the date and schedule that had been arranged. I received clear and professional advice regarding the type of boiler suitable for my home that could be fitted without any alteration to my kitchen. All work has been carried out professionally, with extreme care and total respect for my home. Would not hesitate to recommend to my friends or family.

I had my boiler replaced and some new radiators which needed some new pipe work. I also didn’t want to have the floor ripped up as I have chipboard flooring. Duncan was happy to find alternatives to pulling the floor up and kept everything out of sight into the loft. The work was done on time and the guys were pleasant and polite to have around the house whilst they were working on the job. Always thankful for a cup of tea. Duncan walked me through the new hive box I had installed, how to use the boiler and radiator and provided recommendations on how to further care for the system and keep it running efficiently. Afterwards all equipment and mess was cleaned up, it was as if they were never here.

Great prompt service with excellent communication. I found out that the pipe work for my washing machine & dishwasher was running off the hot water. Contacted Duncan who checked it when servicing the boiler. He came back to sort it out on a date that was convenient to me. Have highly recommended him to neighbours & friends.

Called Duncan after our hot water stopped coming through. Having a young baby this was a bit of a nightmare. Duncan and his apprentice managed to get to us on the same day. Within minutes he had identified a couple of problems, one requiring a specialist part. Duncan was able to temporarily repair the boiler so that we had running hot water overnight. The following day he returned and completed the work once in possession of the needed part. Both Duncan and his apprentice were courteous, professional and very efficient. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and didn’t include a disproportionate call out charge a lot of companies demand. Will definitely be using them for any future work.
