I had my boiler replaced and some new radiators which needed some new pipe work. I also didn’t want to have the floor ripped up as I have chipboard flooring. Duncan was happy to find alternatives to pulling the floor up and kept everything out of sight into the loft. The work was done on time and the guys were pleasant and polite to have around the house whilst they were working on the job. Always thankful for a cup of tea. Duncan walked me through the new hive box I had installed, how to use the boiler and radiator and provided recommendations on how to further care for the system and keep it running efficiently. Afterwards all equipment and mess was cleaned up, it was as if they were never here.

Not having used this company before I wasn't sure what to expect. I rang for an appointment based on recommendation from another company who couldn't fit me in. I spoke to Duncan and agreed a time and date. Duncan sent a text on the day of appointment to confirm arrival time, which was great as I then knew he was coming (I have been let down by other plumbers before). Duncan and his younger apprentice arrived on time and donned some covers over their boots to protect my carpets (again another nice touch). They then went to work diagnosing and then fixing the issue. They were both friendly and efficient giving a reasonable price for the work done. I would highly recommend this company from the service I received.

Duncan and Callum Replaced my boiler. The quotation is highly competitive and the service excellent. I am having my kitchen redone and part of the work involved fitting the boiler to enable it to be incorporated into the new cabinets. They arrive promptly on the first (and second) day and the work was completed within the pre advised timescale. I had a visit today from a friend who is a retired engineer and he was so impressed that he took D T's details so he could have them deal with a similar installation at his house.

I have been using this company for a few years now for my annual boiler service and additionally this year the supply and fit of a new thermostat. A quick message is all it takes to arrange the job, and the response is always prompt. The prices are reasonable and fair. Callum came to do the service and as always text to confirm his expected time of arrival. He arrived on time and carried out the work leaving no mess. He took the time to explain how the new thermostat worked, and advised what work/checks had been made to the boiler. He is always polite and friendly. I will continue to use this company as I find them both reliable and professional, and would highly recommend them.

I contacted this company based on the online reviews which were very good. I had a very swift response to my email enquiry and the arrangement to come out to assess was as promised although we did have to wait a few days as they were so busy. The problem was very quickly identified and the appointment to fix it was for the next week. The repair took a few hours but they were clean and efficient did an excellent job and charged a reasonable price. I would use them again.

We inherited an ancient electric boiler that apparently hadn't been used for years, Duncan replaced it with a modern model and removed the old one and its associated cistern. He also advised us to upgrade the supply pipes which he had no idea about. All work was completed on time, for a very reasonable price.

My partner and I are in the process of purchasing a house and we required a boiler service to be completed. We spoke with Duncan initially and he arranged for the service to be completed quickly, taking the time to reach out to our estate agency and find the most suitable time for our venders. The service was booked and completed within a few days of the initial contact which we massively appreciated. I have used DT heating twice now, the first time to install a new room thermostat and the second to service our boiler. Communication was good with dates and times for the work arranged to suit us, and on the day I received a text letting me know they were on their way just prior to the arranged time. The work was carried out professionally, timely and we were happy with the price. I received confirmation and invoice receipts via email immediately after the work was complete. Duncan and his apprentice were very polite and friendly, left everything tidy and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Highly recommend.

He came to replace a combi boiler for us and also carried out a landlords safety check on one of our properties. It was really refreshing to have someone who came when they say they will (even sending us a text 5 minutes before he would come) there was no hard sales, just solid and knowledgeable information.
