Had a quote from Duncan at DT Heating to replace my very old Combi Boiler. From the initial quote to the completion of the installation Duncan kept me informed every step of the way. He completed the work over 2 days and left the area extremely clean and tidy. Full instructions given to me about the working of the new boiler and digital thermostat. He was always on time and as usual really pleasant while completing the work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Duncan and Callum at DT Heating.

I required an new Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler, and Duncan came and surveyed my property and after discussions, he quoted for a Worcester Bosch 8000 combi with remote thermostat / control, and a price & date was agreed. Unfortunately 4 days prior to the agreed installation date, my boiler burst, and upon contacting Duncan, he arranged to visit my property the same day, and kindly rearranged his busy schedule to supply and install my boiler the next day. On the day of installation, Duncan provided 100% protection to my hall / stairs / landing and bedroom carpets, and furniture in the room, and carried out the installation / system flush / commissioning. Communication during the installation and commissioning was first class, and I will recommend DT Heating Ltd to other clients without hesitation. All works were undertaken to a very high standard, and I am delighted to have a new efficient boiler, with a 12 year manufacturers guarantee.

I have had my gas boiler serviced by DT Heating for many years and have never had cause for dissatisfaction during that time. They are always prompt and leave things neat and tidy. I recommend this company without reservation.

I have been using Duncan and his company for many years, he has done work including fitting and moving full heating systems, servicing, fixing faults, problems and leaks. All work has been done to the highest standards, they are always polite, cause the least amount of disruption and are very reliable. Duncan emailed me at the beginning of January to remind me my annual boiler service was due. I messaged him back and it was arranged to suit both parties for 15th January 2025. Callum arrived on time with a text message before arrival and completed the service efficiently and cleaned up you wouldn't know he had been if you just walked in. A very pleasant and efficient young man. DT Heating have been looking after my gas appliances for about 4 years now. I would not go to anybody else. Very highly recommended. All at a very reasonable price.

Duncan was able to get my heating system working again. Visited the day after I called and was able to purchase and install the faulty part same day, meaning that I was able to get my house warm again. I would recommend DT heating and would use them again.

Callum is always extremely punctual when performing annual service. He is always polite and thorough, explaining the tests he performs. He sends annual reminders as well.

We had a leak on our old boiler. Callum came round and assessed the problem which meant a an expensive repair. We decided to get a quote for a new boiler which Duncan supplied promptly. Price was competitive and comprehensive so we decided to go ahead. Duncan arrived as promised and took his time to protect our carpets and furnishings. All work was carried out effeciently. Duncan left the house clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the new boiler (no leaks). We would certainly recommend DT Heating. Duncan and Callum were both very friendly and helpful.

I have just had my 6th service by Calum. My system is unvented and in my new property the previous plumber had installed the cylinder without an expansion tank. This is now safe thanks to Calum. Never had any issues when arranging services. Always on time,polite,clean and great prices.

Used DT Heating after they had installed radiators at my in laws earlier this year. Callum came and inspected boiler and tank and advised on work needed which was booked in 2 weeks later. Callum completed work and no issues since. I'm using DT heating again to replace radiators. Highly recommend.
