Great service from start to finish. John took us through the window options and sourced different handles for us to enhance the windows we had chosen. He was clear and friendly throughout but never pushy. The window fitters were excellent - tidy, friendly and did a great job despite our old and squint house throwing up challenges! We are delighted with the end result.

I have just had all 8 windows and the back and front doors of my end terraced house replaced by Durashield. I was a returning customer, having had windows replaced by this firm at a previous address. I am delighted with the quality of the new windows and doors - they have transformed my home. I was given lots of information as to what was available regarding styles and colours prior to making my choice. The actual installation went very smoothly. I live in a ground floor flat at Canniesburn, Bearsden. Over the previously agreed 2 days to complete the work, Durashield Windows removed all my old windows (they were no longer fit-for-purpose) and installed 7 new uPVC windows in my flat, on budget and on time. They performed the work with the utmost care and efficiency, and this included them doing a thorough tidy-up on completion of the installation. Their workmanship, thanks to their excellent attention to detail, was top quality. Who did the work? Richie and Steph, who were great to deal with, always polite, obliging, and friendly. Their skills and knowledge were exemplary. I must of course also call out the owner John of Durashield Windows with whom I regularly communicated throughout...during the quotation, work scheduling and aftercare stages. The total cost of the job represented good value-for-money. What led me to choose Durashield? An upstairs neighbour had similar work done on his flat earlier in the year. Durashield recently fitted 2 sliding patio doors at my Fathers property and did an excellent job. The doors are solid, fitted to a professional standard and look amazing. The staff I dealt with were, friendly, informative and helpful. The job was organised and executed promptly and efficiently. The price was fair and reasonable. This wasn’t the first time we have used Durashield. We had all the Windows upstairs replaced. Excellent job and quality product. Cannot praise this company enough, very happy to review as the work carried out on our house is excellent. This is the second time after getting patio doors earlier we had no hesitation to get Durashield back to finish all off the rest of our house.
