Dan removed an old bathroom suite, replacing it with a new suite. He had to take the walls back to brick and start the walls and floor from scratch. Floor and walls are now completly tiled, suite fitted, underfloor heating fitted all working well. The bathroom came in on budget apart from some extra electrical work not requested in the original quote. Dan and his team were outstanding during the time in my property. Always happy to pause to answer any questions. Dan went the extra mile by collecting some of the materials in his van from the different suppliers we purchased from. We had one small problem after a week which the electrician sorted when we contacted Dan.

Dan was excellent.He came to my house and was professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. He arrived on the scheduled date, and within 4 hours had installed my multi fuel stove. He explained all the work and the relevant stages of installation. He also did all the HEATAS paperwork, fitted a CO2 alarm, explained how the stove worked and told me the recommended combustion distances from the stove. He also left the room as clean and tidy as it was before he started. I am made up....thanks Dan

Dan came to inspect the job and sent estimate within 3 days. The price quoted is the price I paid. The work was done on time he had quoted 3 days. He replaced my old bathtub for walk-in shower. Replaced tiles. New wooden floor installed He left everything clean and tidy before leaving in the evenings. All rubbish was taken away by the end of the job. The bathroom looks wonderful and I can’t praise his workmanship enough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

After getting a quote and paying a 50% deposit , Dan eventually came round to remove an electric shower and replace it with a mixer shower. He done the job and we paid the rest of the money. It looks tidy, we used it next day, but the shower was scalding hot and the mixer tap wasn’t making it any cooler. I emailed Dan who came to ‘fix’ it a couple of days later. He left saying ‘that’s fine now’. We used it next day but it was still roasting hot, the mixer tap hardly turns round and zero cold water was mixing. With only hot water coming through, you cannot stand under it. I emailed Dan again 3 times and left 4 voice messages but, weeks later, he hasn’t even replied and we are now left with an expensive bathroom ornament.

I had asked Dan to convert a small room next to the kitchen, into a shower room/utility room. Dan's quote was by far the best . He and his team worked steadily to create a great, workable room. They carried out everything I had asked for, came up with suggestions and completed the task within days. Standard was excellent and everything left tidy and clean. I should definitely consider contacting Dan again if I needed a plumber and would have no problem recommending him.

Dan fitted a multi fuel stove in my house. He beat a competitor on price, was easy to communicate with in setting up the job, and his workmanship and care and tidiness was excellent. Highly recommended.

Dan fitted a new gas stove for us and did a great job. The whole experience was fuss-free from start to finish and the completed install was to a high standard. I would recommend Dan without a doubt.

Dan came to disconnect my water a d gas to allow me to remove an old kitchen. He was able to fit me in quickly and did a great job. There was no mess left and he did the job very quickly. I am very pleased and will use them again when the kitchen is in and for any other jobs in the future.

High winds had snapped the brackets on my existing cowl so it was hanging off. Rang Dan who ordered a new one and fitted a few days later. Dan is very polite, easy to talk to and efficient. Would highly recommend and use again.

Dan and his team recently renovated our bathroom. We are really pleased with the end result, the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Dan was really helpful with any questions we had and we would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Dan installed our log burner 7 years ago and he has serviced our log burner (sweeping the flu) since then. The fact we have had no problems with this installation is testament to the quality of the initial installation. Can't recommend Dan highly enough.

Can't recommend Dan enough - he installed our shower room and flooring and has fixed various issues around the house (e.g., leaky pipes). His work is perfect, and he always treats our property with respect (removing his shoes, covering the carpet etc) and ensures everything is tidy when he leaves. It is easy to get in touch with him and he is quick to respond, and always turns up when he says he will. He goes above and beyond to make sure he completes the job as you want it. Very happy with Dan's work and will definitely go to him again with anything plumbing/heating related!

Firstly, Dan was great. On the initial consultation he showed experience when we asked about repositioning the units. We actually had 2 consultations because we changed our mind...as you do. But talking to Dan through our ideas made this easy. One of the main reasons we chose Dan was due to the quote, this wasn't the cheapest quote we found but it was the most detailed and everything was accounted for with no hidden costs. This allowed us to budget knowing that everything had been accounted for. From start to finish the work took just over 1 week to complete with minimal disruption. Dan organised the works so that there was always work going on, he arranged everything including the tiler. I was comfortable to let Dan go about the job without interfering he kept me informed throught the process. The job consisted of ripping out the old shower, bath, toilet, sink and airing cupboard. The new bath and shower were moved to a different wall, the toilet was moved to an internal wall from the external wall and a bespoke sink unit was required (due to an annoying chimney stack) dictating what space we had to play with. There was an issue with the shower, it was a manufacturer fault and when we had the replacement part Dan was happy to fix this with no issue. Throught the process from consultation to quote to work starting and completing, Dan was on hand to answer any questions and provide his advice, this was helpful as we felt supported. We would choose Dan again.

We came downstairs at 7am this morning (Sunday) and heard water running in the kitchen. We opened the kitchen door to find the water pipe under the sink was gushing out with water. Obviously we panicked and the first thing you do is google for a plumber. Dan from DW Plumbing and Heating Services called us back within a minute and arrived within 15 minutes. His fast thinking and expertise helped get the situation under control and he was then able to locate the problem, isolate the water supply and fix the problem which was the main water pipe that hadn't been fitted properly when it was built 2 and a half years ago. If Dan hadn't arrived, we honestly would've had to evacuate the house as the flow of water that was coming from under the sink was unbelievable. We can't thank Dan and DW Plumbing and Heating Services enough as he's literally saved our house from being completely flooded. We decided to call DW Plumbing because they had the Which Trusted Trader logo and they were local too and we're so glad we did as only the best traders have the Which Trusted Traders logo and we wouldn't think twice about recommending Dan from DW Plumbing and Heating Services again, thank you so much.

From easy communication from start to finish the guy is the real deal. Easy to work along side working out what needs doing he goes above and beyond expectations making his work stand out from anyone I have used before. He managed to fix our issues with our chimney and restore it back to working order , in a timely manner and with the up most professionalism . Would highly recommend this guy we where unsure who to use and had searched high and low for someone who was reliable and great on working out the cost up front . Very impressed and please with his work will use him again for sure
