From start to finish the installation of our wood burner was the perfect job. Dan helped us select the right stove, cleaned and smoked tested our chimney, lined the chimney, installed the antique fire place, I'd bought, and the stove in less than two days. He protected our wood floors and our furniture and when he left, apart from having our beautiful new stove to enjoy, you wouldn't know he'd been there, our room was spotless. I will be using this company again and highly recommend them - they are the best!

I can not recommend ADW Plumbing enough. They completely refitted my bathroom and we are delighted with the results. Communication was excellent throughout and they turned up when they said right from quotation to completion and all work completed on time. Very competitive price and clear breakdown of the work. Work was completed to a top standard and nothing was too much trouble.

We came downstairs at 7am this morning (Sunday) and heard water running in the kitchen. We opened the kitchen door to find the water pipe under the sink was gushing out with water. Obviously we panicked and the first thing you do is google for a plumber. Dan from DW Plumbing and Heating Services called us back within a minute and arrived within 15 minutes. His fast thinking and expertise helped get the situation under control and he was then able to locate the problem, isolate the water supply and fix the problem which was the main water pipe that hadn't been fitted properly when it was built 2 and a half years ago. If Dan hadn't arrived, we honestly would've had to evacuate the house as the flow of water that was coming from under the sink was unbelievable. We can't thank Dan and DW Plumbing and Heating Services enough as he's literally saved our house from being completely flooded. We decided to call DW Plumbing because they had the Which Trusted Trader logo and they were local too and we're so glad we did as only the best traders have the Which Trusted Traders logo and we wouldn't think twice about recommending Dan from DW Plumbing and Heating Services again, thank you so much.

Dan came to disconnect my water a d gas to allow me to remove an old kitchen. He was able to fit me in quickly and did a great job. There was no mess left and he did the job very quickly. I am very pleased and will use them again when the kitchen is in and for any other jobs in the future.

On this occasion we needed to have a kitchen tap replaced and called Dan as he is our first port of call having used his services for many years, we are thankful to have such a friendly, reliable, professional contractor with great attention to detail available to us. We've employed Dan on multiple occasions in recent years (due to home moves to property that needed major upgrades) that includes boiler upgrade (Vaillent x 2), Victorian Arch Balanced Flue fireplace and mantel installation (x 2) and complete bathroom renovations ( x 3) including full redesign, tiling etc. The work has been complete to a very high standard and always leaving us with the 'wow factor' and beautiful for us to enjoy in our home. Dan prides himself on putting the customer first and is only too happy to be flexible if you want changes, or to make recommendations based on his experience. No matter what the job is ... big or small ... Dan will do his best to make sure the customer is happy, his customer centric approach and quality workmanship has led to us being repeat customers and we will continue to keep him top of our list for all our plumbing and heating needs. I can certainly recommend Dan and Bryan who both went above and beyond. The underfloor heating was to be fitted in my conservatory which contains 50 plus plants along with several pieces of furniture. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to have the room emptied. This did not deter them and they moved the contents into my living room in a very short space of time. The orginal flooring was removed, and the underfloor heating was fitted perfectly. I am looking forward to spending more time in my conservatory during the autumn and winter knowing I now have an efficient heating system.

Dan removed an old bathroom suite, replacing it with a new suite. He had to take the walls back to brick and start the walls and floor from scratch. Floor and walls are now completly tiled, suite fitted, underfloor heating fitted all working well. The bathroom came in on budget apart from some extra electrical work not requested in the original quote. Dan and his team were outstanding during the time in my property. Always happy to pause to answer any questions. Dan went the extra mile by collecting some of the materials in his van from the different suppliers we purchased from. We had one small problem after a week which the electrician sorted when we contacted Dan.

Dan came to inspect the job and sent estimate within 3 days. The price quoted is the price I paid. The work was done on time he had quoted 3 days. He replaced my old bathtub for walk-in shower. Replaced tiles. New wooden floor installed He left everything clean and tidy before leaving in the evenings. All rubbish was taken away by the end of the job. The bathroom looks wonderful and I can’t praise his workmanship enough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We asked Dan to do a "carve out" of our bath and shower to refurbish them. He was always prompt and responsive to queries and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Happy all around with the quality and service. Would use it again.

Extremely impressed from start to finish. Not only did Dan bring my vision to life, but with his help it turned out better than I expected. On time and on budget! Dan, removed my old small radiator and replaced it with a larger one. Upon his initial visit he removed my old radiator and was asked to return the following day providing me time to prepare the walls before fitting the new one. He was more than happy to do so. He was polite informative and left the job exceptionally professional done. The price was a lot lower than other quotes
