I can not recommend ADW Plumbing enough. They completely refitted my bathroom and we are delighted with the results. Communication was excellent throughout and they turned up when they said right from quotation to completion and all work completed on time. Very competitive price and clear breakdown of the work. Work was completed to a top standard and nothing was too much trouble.

Dan has done excellent work for me and I’m very pleased with the finished project. His price was very reasonable. You may well find cheaper, but if you pay cheap, you get substandard. Dan won’t underprice and then underperform. His work is quality, and I’m happy to recommend him to anyone who asks.

Recently had a new kitchen which meant removing my old radiator. Dan came round to hang and fit a new radiator (small) which meant replacing some pipes. He was thorough and his work was excellent. My house was left clean and tidy. Happy customer!

I have entrusted Dan to complete a full refurbishment of my bathroom, which required a separate toilet and bathroom to be combined with repositioning of toilet, soil pipe and sink required, before a full refit was completed. This was all accomplished as agreed in the contract and in a timely manner. All requests were honoured and met with a can-do attitude, which put my mind at ease. Following this work, I asked Dan if he would be able to convert an internal shed/old coal store into a downstairs WC as the experience of the bathroom had been so positive. Again, this request was met with a can-do attitude and completed along with other requirements (embedding pipes, replacement of a stopcock and capping off gas) whilst I was preparing for a new kitchen. Dan was very flexible and able to complete this work to accommodate my needs. If any issues arose, I was informed, offered solutions and kept updated until resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan to friends and family and will look to him again for any future projects. Dan is a skilled professional who takes pride in his work.

From start to finish the installation of our wood burner was the perfect job. Dan helped us select the right stove, cleaned and smoked tested our chimney, lined the chimney, installed the antique fire place, I'd bought, and the stove in less than two days. He protected our wood floors and our furniture and when he left, apart from having our beautiful new stove to enjoy, you wouldn't know he'd been there, our room was spotless. I will be using this company again and highly recommend them - they are the best!

Dan and his team ripped our original bathroom out and created our lovely new bathroom. They did everything to our specifications, turned up on time and did an amazing job. All the work was done to a very high standard, in a quick time and at a reasonable price. Dan was very pleasant and knowledgeable and worked with minimum disruption, tidying up and covering surfaces such as stairs. We would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted DW plumbing to do a job which a large local fireplace company would not undertake. Dan was prompt and efficient and installed a 8" flue liner and large gather unit into our old sandstone cottage limestone fireplace. The installation was extremely neat and well finished as was the wall vent fitted to provide the required airflow. Despite the cottage walls being 2 feet thick, Dan installed the vent quickly and neatly. The installation was followed by Damien the gas engineer who connected the basket gas fire and tested the gas system and flue efficiency with minimum disruption. I canot recommend the DW team highly enough for any fireplace and gas issues you may have and am confident that the team will provide an efficient, friendly and economical service.

Daniel has transformed our bathroom and WC from being somewhat dated to a modern and fresh look.He helped and advised from the start of the process and his work and attention to detail is exemplary.The finished product amplifys his care in his work and will not hesitate to use him again for anything within in his remit.The bathroom is the second time we have utilised Dan's skill-set the first being a boiler upgrade last year which like this project was conducted on budget and schedule .

My bathroom was completely stripped of all existing fittings and transformed into a beautiful new bathroom with walk in shower included Work was carried out on time to agreed cost. From easy communication from start to finish the guy is the real deal. Easy to work along side working out what needs doing he goes above and beyond expectations making his work stand out from anyone I have used before. He managed to fix our issues with our chimney and restore it back to working order , in a timely manner and with the up most professionalism . Would highly recommend this guy we where unsure who to use and had searched high and low for someone who was reliable and great on working out the cost up front . We came downstairs at 7am this morning (Sunday) and heard water running in the kitchen. We opened the kitchen door to find the water pipe under the sink was gushing out with water. Obviously we panicked and the first thing you do is google for a plumber. Dan from DW Plumbing and Heating Services called us back within a minute and arrived within 15 minutes. His fast thinking and expertise helped get the situation under control and he was then able to locate the problem, isolate the water supply and fix the problem which was the main water pipe that hadn't been fitted properly when it was built 2 and a half years ago. If Dan hadn't arrived, we honestly would've had to evacuate the house as the flow of water that was coming from under the sink was unbelievable. We can't thank Dan and DW Plumbing and Heating Services enough as he's literally saved our house from being completely flooded. We decided to call DW Plumbing because they had the Which Trusted Trader logo and they were local too and we're so glad we did as only the best traders have the Which Trusted Traders logo and we wouldn't think twice about recommending Dan from DW Plumbing and Heating Services again, thank you so much.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, Dan was professional and personable. He was prompt, and courteous, he did a great job and tidied up afterwards. I would highly recommend Dan's work.

Firstly, Dan was great. On the initial consultation he showed experience when we asked about repositioning the units. We actually had 2 consultations because we changed our mind...as you do. But talking to Dan through our ideas made this easy. One of the main reasons we chose Dan was due to the quote, this wasn't the cheapest quote we found but it was the most detailed and everything was accounted for with no hidden costs. This allowed us to budget knowing that everything had been accounted for. From start to finish the work took just over 1 week to complete with minimal disruption. Dan organised the works so that there was always work going on, he arranged everything including the tiler. I was comfortable to let Dan go about the job without interfering he kept me informed throught the process. The job consisted of ripping out the old shower, bath, toilet, sink and airing cupboard. The new bath and shower were moved to a different wall, the toilet was moved to an internal wall from the external wall and a bespoke sink unit was required (due to an annoying chimney stack) dictating what space we had to play with. There was an issue with the shower, it was a manufacturer fault and when we had the replacement part Dan was happy to fix this with no issue. Throught the process from consultation to quote to work starting and completing, Dan was on hand to answer any questions and provide his advice, this was helpful as we felt supported. We would choose Dan again.

Can't recommend Dan enough - he installed our shower room and flooring and has fixed various issues around the house (e.g., leaky pipes). His work is perfect, and he always treats our property with respect (removing his shoes, covering the carpet etc) and ensures everything is tidy when he leaves. It is easy to get in touch with him and he is quick to respond, and always turns up when he says he will. He goes above and beyond to make sure he completes the job as you want it. Very happy with Dan's work and will definitely go to him again with anything plumbing/heating related!

Dan installed our log burner 7 years ago and he has serviced our log burner (sweeping the flu) since then. The fact we have had no problems with this installation is testament to the quality of the initial installation. Can't recommend Dan highly enough.
