Just had 2 Edwardian fireplaces installed with multi stoves and they look fantastic. These guys never stopped from the moment they arrived and made a superb job. Had both installed in 2 days, very polite, friendly and I would not hesitate in recommending this company at all. I hope to have them back for a future project. Top class!

Firstly, Dan was great. On the initial consultation he showed experience when we asked about repositioning the units. We actually had 2 consultations because we changed our mind...as you do. But talking to Dan through our ideas made this easy. One of the main reasons we chose Dan was due to the quote, this wasn't the cheapest quote we found but it was the most detailed and everything was accounted for with no hidden costs. This allowed us to budget knowing that everything had been accounted for. From start to finish the work took just over 1 week to complete with minimal disruption. Dan organised the works so that there was always work going on, he arranged everything including the tiler. I was comfortable to let Dan go about the job without interfering he kept me informed throught the process. The job consisted of ripping out the old shower, bath, toilet, sink and airing cupboard. The new bath and shower were moved to a different wall, the toilet was moved to an internal wall from the external wall and a bespoke sink unit was required (due to an annoying chimney stack) dictating what space we had to play with. There was an issue with the shower, it was a manufacturer fault and when we had the replacement part Dan was happy to fix this with no issue. Throught the process from consultation to quote to work starting and completing, Dan was on hand to answer any questions and provide his advice, this was helpful as we felt supported. We would choose Dan again.

Can't recommend Dan enough - he installed our shower room and flooring and has fixed various issues around the house (e.g., leaky pipes). His work is perfect, and he always treats our property with respect (removing his shoes, covering the carpet etc) and ensures everything is tidy when he leaves. It is easy to get in touch with him and he is quick to respond, and always turns up when he says he will. He goes above and beyond to make sure he completes the job as you want it. Very happy with Dan's work and will definitely go to him again with anything plumbing/heating related!

Turned up did everything he said he would and nothing was a problem for him and the work was just outstanding and I would wholeheartedly recommend Dan.

Dan has recently renovated my downstairs cloakroom by replacing the existing toilet and sink and installing a shower. I am delighted with the results! Dan never left a mess behind at the end of the day, he arranged for other trades ie plasterer and tiler to attend when required and the price quoted initially was the price I actually paid. I am happy to recommend his work.

Dan and Martyn have just finished refurbishing my bathroom. They replaced my old space saver bath and shower with a walk in shower, retiled both the bathroom walls and floor, also fitting a new washbasin tap. Dan answered my initial e-mail enquiry promptly and fixed up a time to view the job. He offered advice on the project and the finished result is exactly as I was expecting. The quality of the plumbing work and tiling is excellent. All the rubbish was removed when the work was finished. The price I paid was the price quoted, despite needing some work to replace a few rotten floorboards.

Dan has done an excellent job installing a flue liner for our open fire. We had our first fire last night and it was great. No problems at all. He arrived as promised, dust sheared everywhere, respected our property and did an amazing job. Really nice to work with. 100% recommend him. Will be calling him for our boiler servicing and anything else he can do that we require. Thanks Dan.

We recently had a fantastic experience with Dan. We had a new shower fitted, which took under 90 mins, even with having to replace new parts. Very professional and we are very happy with the result.

Found Dan on Which trusted trader page. From start to finish Dan was able to keep me fully informed and answered all queries. I needed a bath removed and a modern shower cubicle and a towel rail fitted. The transformation has exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

We recently had a chimney liner installed down a 3 storey stack in our old Georgian farmhouse. Dan and the team from DW Plumbing & Heating Services were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Great communication and very responsive to getting quote out to us and setting a date for installation. On the day everything was taken care of from Cherry to ensuring as many surfaces, carpet and walkways as possible were covered over for protection from any potential soot and debris. The actual install of the liner was remarkably fast and completed with the minimum of fuss to a great standard and to the amount initially quoted. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and overall service. Dan and team were really nice guys to have around. Had a number of quotes on this job and it seemed to be in the too hard to do basket. Dan came after a late working day to give review work and give quote. Not the cheapest and not the dearest, but had a can do attitude and was the only trader to fully inspect the job. Gave a date to start job, attended on that date and gave a great service. Many issues wrong with chimney - birds nest 1/4 way down, blockages at other levels. Whilst it obviously increased work load he dealt with the problems easily and fitted new flue, cowling etc to old stove, fully tested. Excellent customer service, good quality of work and good value.

Dan replaced our thermostatic mixer shower. His quote was reasonable and communication was excellent. He fitted the shower to my exact specification which meant a second visit without charge. We were delighted with his clean and tidy installation. Will definitely use his service again.
