Firstly let me introduce myself. My name is Daniel Woods and I have over 20 years experience in the heating, plumbing and fireplace industry

The lads arrive on time and removed my old gas fireplace and brick wood etc. They then installed my new limestone suite, flue liner and multi-fuel stove. They were very clean and tidy and we are over the moon with the finished product. Highly recommend.

Dan has done excellent work for me and I’m very pleased with the finished project. His price was very reasonable. You may well find cheaper, but if you pay cheap, you get substandard. Dan won’t underprice and then underperform. His work is quality, and I’m happy to recommend him to anyone who asks.

We had issues with a previous builder who botched our bathroom refurb last year, much to our dismay. Dan came out to inspect as we developed a leak and he was truthful about the previous poor workmanship and gave us an extremely reasonable quote to fix our shower! He sorted this problem and resealed everywhere to a much better standard, I’m just sorry we didn’t get him to do the whole bathroom. Thanks so much

I had asked Dan to convert a small room next to the kitchen, into a shower room/utility room. Dan's quote was by far the best . He and his team worked steadily to create a great, workable room. They carried out everything I had asked for, came up with suggestions and completed the task within days. Standard was excellent and everything left tidy and clean. I should definitely consider contacting Dan again if I needed a plumber and would have no problem recommending him.

I called with a problem and was given a time slot for work to commence and even though it was not urgent it was next day between 1300 and 1500. I received a message from Dan at 1300 to say they were on their way to me. They arrived within 10 minutes and were a Very friendly and very professional service. DW did an excellent job fitting my boiler, including relocating it to a different position in the kitchen. The work was performed quickly and was tidy when finished. I also had a new stopcock tap fitted in my shed which included reconnecting an old blanked-off redundant pipe. Dan did an excellent job which had proven to be more challenging than originally expected (including digging out concrete to establish a leak-free connection). I would highly recommend DW to anyone.

Fit walk-in shower and replace stop cock

Dan removed the existing shower bath and fitted a new walk-in shower including removal of existing wall tiles and retiling. He also replaced a faulty stop cock. The work was done to a high standard, existing carpets in the hallway were protected and the workspace was cleared on completion of the job. All of the work was done in-line with the original estimates

Hired Dan following a search on Which and HETAS website, for HETAS approved installer. Dan did a great job, supplying fitting and installing the multifuel wood burner and dealing with the existing pipework at a competitive price. Looking forward to using the Woodburner later in the year.
