DW serviced our three gas fires, fitted a flu liner and fixed our chimney. Dan was responsive and courteous. I felt the quote was very reasonable and was impressed with his service. Everything quoted for was completed to a high standard and they went above and beyond to get everything completed in a timely fashion, despite circumstances outside their control. They were respectful of my house, leaving it spotless and I was delighted with how they were able to get our old Victorian fires that had never been used, fully working and looking brand new. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I hired Dan to fit a water supply and drainage system for our Summer house/salon in the garden. His work is extremely neat 👌🏻 pipes are insulated and his work and professionalism are on point. It's so good to find a good honest tradesman with reasonable prices and good quality of work. I 100% recommend Dan and have just booked another job in with him for a boiler service. We have had a terrible small leak causing issues for a number of months and previously had several companies out to explore the problem. After a small visit to the house, Dan identified the root cause of the issue and provided a detailed explanation as to the problem and the issues it had caused, then immediately took time to fix the solution. Pleasingly Dan kept in touch over the coming days to ensure we had no further issues and the problem had remained resolved. I would 100% recommend for any type of service.

On this occasion we needed to have a kitchen tap replaced and called Dan as he is our first port of call having used his services for many years, we are thankful to have such a friendly, reliable, professional contractor with great attention to detail available to us. We've employed Dan on multiple occasions in recent years (due to home moves to property that needed major upgrades) that includes boiler upgrade (Vaillent x 2), Victorian Arch Balanced Flue fireplace and mantel installation (x 2) and complete bathroom renovations ( x 3) including full redesign, tiling etc. The work has been complete to a very high standard and always leaving us with the 'wow factor' and beautiful for us to enjoy in our home. Dan prides himself on putting the customer first and is only too happy to be flexible if you want changes, or to make recommendations based on his experience. No matter what the job is ... big or small ... Dan will do his best to make sure the customer is happy, his customer centric approach and quality workmanship has led to us being repeat customers and we will continue to keep him top of our list for all our plumbing and heating needs. DW Plumbing and Heating pricing is very reasonable and Dan has always met any agreed upon schedule. We wouldn't go anywhere else and I would happily recommend him.

So glad I have found an honest and reliable Plumber. Will never call anyone else. Six plumbers have looked at my Shower and have either never got back to me or told me what a big job it is going to be. Dan called round at the time he stated he would, no messing with quotes and I'll get back to you. Looked at the job and fixed it there and then. Can't thank him enough and will have No problem recommending to anyone.

Dan, removed my old small radiator and replaced it with a larger one. Upon his initial visit he removed my old radiator and was asked to return the following day providing me time to prepare the walls before fitting the new one. He was more than happy to do so. He was polite informative and left the job exceptionally professional done. The price was a lot lower than other quotes

Dan has done an excellent job installing a flue liner for our open fire. We had our first fire last night and it was great. No problems at all. He arrived as promised, dust sheared everywhere, respected our property and did an amazing job. Really nice to work with. 100% recommend him. The work was undertaken on the arranged date and communication throughout was very good. The work was carried out to a high standard and efficiently. Dan also repainted the fire coals and fire backing which I really wasn’t expecting and made a big difference to the appearance of the fire which was looking a bit tired. He was also thorough in ensuring that the room was clean and tidy after the work was completed. Dan is friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend.

We contacted Dan to install a cloakroom vanity unit, basin & tap. He replied literally within a minute with a date and time. Turned up bang on time and fitted everything within a couple of hours. The quality of work was superb and we can't recommend DW highly enough. Polite, very courteous and respectful of our property too. It's true, if you want the best, go with a Which Trusted Trader.

We needed roof vent tiles fitted. Dan was just what we needed, fast on response, direct to the point, reliable, professional and clear on what we could expect. Very happy with the work carried out. I’d recommend this company to anyone considering such work as I had done as it was completed on the date booked and the installer (Dan) was quick and courteous. All mess was cleaned up and the work carried out to an excellent standard. The job involved breaking out our Baxi Burnall open fire and installing an inset type 5Kw log/smokeless fuel burner. The difference in heat output is amazing.

Dan was an excellent worker & listened and understood exactly what I wanted- nothing was too much trouble for him. In addition, the team he had to complete the plastering, tiling & electrics were also excellent workers. I am so pleased with my new bathroom & thoroughly recommend Dan & his team.

I was given Dan's number by a builder who refurbished my house. My kitchen tap had sprung a leak, Dan said he might be able to fit me in next day. He asked me to send him pictures on WhatsApp and I sent him from a video. From the video he was able to guide me through a way to fix it. Very professional and very happy with him!

We recently had a fantastic experience with Dan. We had a new shower fitted, which took under 90 mins, even with having to replace new parts. Very professional and we are very happy with the result.

Just Want to thank Dan and his team at DW plumbing and heating services Fully fitted bathroom installed from scratch. Their works was completed to a fantastic standard of high quality. I will keep this as fair as possible but Unfortunately I’m gutted to say we’re highly disappointed overall. We have been left with a functional bathroom that looks aesthetically pleasing. The company were relatively professional and clean and did a large proportion of the work whilst we were on holiday with reasonable communication. We have had numerous problems which I think are generally unacceptable. We’ve never had an apology for any inconvenience or issues caused which is strange in my opinion. But Danny, to his credit, has returned it must be over 10 times to resolve various issues I’ll briefly mention below. We paid a significant sum for our bathroom and from what should have been an October finish took 5 months to fully rectify issues. - Dinted ceiling x2, scratched bath, scratched shower, leaking shower, scratched toilet seat, poor silicone finish in numerous areas with some areas completely absent. Tiling/Grout - This isn’t necessarily the direct fault of this company however you pay them for the job and they sub contract people in. So they are responsible for the whole job in its entirety and should it’s done to the correct standard. But There are without doubt issues here. The grout in our bathroom rubs out like dust. It won’t take any sort of cleaning without running away down the drain. Have asked advice recently on how to clean without destroying the grout and the response was “don’t know”. Unfortunately can’t recommend

Dan has just converted my bathroom into a more accessible modern shower room. He removed the bath, shower and tiles to replace them with a shower tray, new shower, new tiles & also fitted new basin taps All the work was completed to a high standard, on time and, more importantly, on budget with no hidden additional costs Dan left our house each night like he hadn't even been there. Highly recommend to everyone

Dan was really responsive & quickly arranged a suitable date to replace the flue liner in my log burner. They arrived at the agreed time & worked hard to complete the work in half a day. They made sure my furniture was covered & left everything as they found it. I was really pleased with their work from start to finish.
