Gas combi boiler installed by developer in 1 year old property was horrific and could not meet the hot water demand in the property. We commissioned Dwello Ltd to remove the system and replace with a air source heat pump installation. The work was extensive in as much as not only did it involve the removal of the gas appliance and installation of the heat pump but also required radiator replacement, and the installation of a new unvented hot water cylinder. The installation was commenced within a matter of weeks of authorising the work and the work undertaken quickly, professionally and neatly. The installation has now been operational for nearly 2 months and we are very pleased with the work undertaken. Unlike National Housebuilders Dwello restore some confidence that trades in the building industry do actually care! Recommended.

I had a Vaillant heat pump installation put into a new build, which replaced my gas boiler in that property, as well as solar PV with a battery. It's quite an undertaking to get it all done at the same time, with a lot of materials and people arriving at once, but I just wanted it all done in one go. It took about 4 days for the heat pump to be fully installed (I needed to put the unit away from the house a small distance) and the solar was done in a day. With the heat pump team onsite for 4 days it was really important that they were friendly, courteous and tidy and I was delighted that they were all of these things. Both the solar and heat pump installations look great and perform brilliantly together - the perfect combination and my bills are considerably lower. I am very happy and thoroughly recommend dwellow.

We live in a 4 bedroomed converted barn in the Yorkshire Dales and wanted to replace our oil fired boiler with a more environmentally friendly alternative. Dwellow gave us lots of interesting information and insights into Air Source Heat Pumps, then undertook a survey and gave us a very competitive quote for installing the Heat Pump of our choice, chosen for its aesthetic and performance qualities - a Samsung Quiet 12KW model. Their communication was excellent and their team helpful and professional. There were a number of teething issues getting everything running to optimal performance, but they kept coming back until it was up and running really well. Ian was excellent in his guidance and question answering and Craig exemplary in his commitment to providing a really good service. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

We were recommended to try dwellow for solar panels as they were very satisfied with the company. From the first contact with dwellow, we found that they were very helpful in helping us to decide on what would be best layout of solar panels for our location. Once the survey was done and the quotation sent us which was very reasonable in comparison to others that I looked at, we did not hesitate to place the order. Any queries that we had were not any trouble for them to answer. When the fitters arrived they were very courteous and worked well to get it done in one day. All packaging was taken away and the site was left in a clean condition. I would certainly recommend dwellow to anybody looking to install solar panels.

I had 24 panels fitted to 3 different roofs (facing these directions SW, SE and NW), 3 x 5kW batteries, a hybrid inverter and a string inverter fitted. The hybrid inverter managed the 2 main panels facing SW and SE of similar output, whilst the string inverter took the NW panel and fed 240V separately into the hybrid inverter. This ensured the maximum efficiency for the whole system. Dwellow were the lowest trader cost out of 3 quotes, yet gave the most information to maximize the efficiency and to show how it should perform monthly and for its expected payback. The website enabled me to tune number of batteries, panels vs cost at the final stages of quotation. The installation went well with the scaffolding one day and solar fitting a few days later. For me, the scaffolding had to bridge the whole house and was a potential worry, were it to damage clay roof tiles. No problem, and the installation took just one day. Power cables had to feed over the house and through the roof to get to the meter, but all wiring was professional and very tidy, with a spare consumer unit for future proofing EV's. The system has outperformed from day 1, so the original calculations were on the conservative side (even taking into account the sunnier March and April 2025, we've just had). To date, I'm very pleased with the Sunsynk batteries and hybrid inverter and glad that we did the NW roof - even though some installers did not recommend it - [ NW is generating nicely in the late afternoon /evenings e.g. 11.5 kWh; whilst SW+SE combined generated 36.5 kWh on the very sunny 2nd May 2025 - that day we actually exported 38.4kWh after house usage too] The recommendation to use Octopus Agile and Outgoing tariffs was a great choice too. Overall I am extremely pleased with Dwellow package, it was an easy and painless installation, and now giving great results.
