We have our annual boiler inspection and test toward the end of the summer. This is always easy to book and we ask for Ian to do our inspection. He always rings before he arrives and when he does, he gets to work and does a thorough job. Always considerate, efficient and helpful. Answers questions too. Very good service. The price is also competitive and inflation-proof which secures loyalty.

This is an excellent company to deal with. I had a new Valiant boiler installed along with six Hive thermostatic radiator valves. Three gas fitters arrived at 8.30 AM as I was told. They were very tidy cleaned up and I was very pleased with the experience and I am very happy with my new central heating. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Pricewise I can't 100% say how they compare to other companies as I don't use many other ones but they always seem reasonable to me. The people answering the phones are always friendly and helpful too with no dramas and easy to arrange things. Their customer service has been great for me.
