DHS installed our new Worcester boiler nearly four years ago. They have carried out the annual service regularly since then. The company has also assisted us by doing other plumbing jobs around the house. From the office right through to to the gents coming into your home everyone is always friendly, happy, ready to listen, give advice and help whenever they can - we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Within hours of contacting Manager Darren, I had a Heating engineer at my front door. My boil had pretty much stopped working, Paul the engineer communicated effectively and made every attempt to try to get the fan working, unfortunately, I needed a new part, this was ordered and delivered, and Paul came back the next day. The service was brilliant I finally found a company I can trust, my boil is now working at a minimum cost. I definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Ian came to give the boiler its annual service. He arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and cleanly. He had a very pleasant manner, as did everyone at the office when I was arranging the appointment. I would definitely recommend this company - I've used them for several years, including installing the boiler.

We use DHS every year for our gas boiler servicing. Reliable and thorough work at a reasonable price. Usually have the same engineer (Ian) and it's always a pleasure to have someone who is cheerful in their work in the house, yet takes their time to do check and double-check where necessary.

From start to finish, excellent service. I contacted DHS on a Sunday just 5 days before Christmas on behalf of my elderly mother who has dementia. Her boiler had packed in. A quick response from Darren on the Sunday, work was booked in by Monday for Thursday 23rd December, keeping me in the loop throughout. Work was completed Christmas Eve, providing my mother with a new Valiant boiler, for heating requirements. I can’t thank them enough, for being so proactive, highly recommend and will continue to use them for servicing.

We have an annual service on our Worcester Bosch boiler, each year carried out by Dynamic Heating Services Ltd. This year, as in others, the engineer turned up on time. He was polite and and gave a good impression. He was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards. No complaints at all. The only slight problem is that for the second year running, they did not send a reminder that the service was due. This wasn't a big problem as I could easily find out by looking at the paperwork that I keep. The engineer said that this was because they had moved premises a couple of times recently and the past records had not yet caught up - it should be resolved for next year.
