This is an excellent company to deal with. I had a new Valiant boiler installed along with six Hive thermostatic radiator valves. Three gas fitters arrived at 8.30 AM as I was told. They were very tidy cleaned up and I was very pleased with the experience and I am very happy with my new central heating. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Annual Servicing of the Boiler
Satisfactory. DHS installed the boiler originally few years ago and has carried out annual servicing since. Excellent service. Recommend for installation and servicing and repairs of entire Central Heating work.

Engineer arrived as promised to service gas boiler (which they originally installed). Provided ID. Very polite and efficient and came well prepared. Left everything clean and today. Have used DHS for many years and highly recommend.

Have used DHS for last few years and have always found them really reliable. The engineers turn up when they say they will. They are always friendly and polite and my impression is that they are very knowledgeable and professional about what they are doing. Which is essential when dealing with gas and wate This time around I was just using them, as I always do now, for our annual boiler service but I'll definitely consider them for future gas and water things. Ian who did our service this time was really professional and easy to chat to. Pricewise I can't 100% say how they compare to other companies as I don't use many other ones but they always seem reasonable to me. The people answering the phones are always friendly and helpful too with no dramas and easy to arrange things. Their customer service has been great for me.

Very professional service. DHS installed the boiler in 2021 and have provided annual services since then. Engineers are always prompt, polite and helpful. This visit the engineer was knowledgeable and gave advice outside the remit of the annual boiler service at no additional cost. I would not hesitate to recommend DHS Ltd.

Thank you so much to DHS for their usual excellent service today. It was the first time we have needed help with a plumbing job having previously used DHS for boiler services or heating issues. We were offered an appointment the very next day after our enquiry about sorting a potential water leak. The leak was located under the house. Ricky couldn’t have been more professional but also pleasant humoured about having to physically squeeze under the floorboards and mend the leak in a very awkward place! All the guys we have had from DHS have been helpful, pleasant mannered and reliable. I think the work they have done has always been competitively priced. I would also like to add from experience that if anyone is looking for a dementia friendly company then I would recommend DHS.

DHS installed our boiler 3 years ago. It was our first dealings with the company and we were impressed by their efficiency in undertaking the work, also by the communications and courtesy of their office staff. The boiler has just had its second service and the engineer has not lost the enthusiasm for his job, or the politeness shown during last year's service. The company's prices were extemely competitive when we were searching for a boiler installation and the price of this year's service was just £4 more than last year.

I have used this company for many years and will continue to do so. I've been lucky to have the same engineer for nearly all this time. He's polite, trustworthy and very efficient. He spends a long time doing a very thorough job. They contact me to remind me when a service is due. The Engineer arrives on time. Nothing to add except it's a great company.
