I have used DHS for the last 5 years and always found them to provide a flexible, reliable and efficient service. The company is a pleasure to work with and its staff are skilled and knowledgeable and have been able to sort out all my plumbing and heating needs, which have included gas boiler servicing and maintenance, tap replacements, leaking shower trays and a toilet which kept blocking.

The annual boiler service was carried out efficiently and the paperwork arrived promptly the next day. A courtesy call was made when the engineer was running late which was very helpful. First class, friendly, professional service.

DHS installed my boiler in 2018 and have serviced it annually ever since. Their engineers seem very thorough, competent and considerate, and I have always been very happy with their work. When you phone them, the phone is answered promptly by a real person, who is also friendly and helpful!

Excellent Service As Usual
Turned up on time, was thorough in teh work required checking out the loft exhaust/air intake pipes, testing the gas pressure at the meter. Issues with a parts failure that required Bosch Engineer to be arranged and left within the hour.

DHS Installed a central heating system from scratch (boiler, radiators, pipework) 7 years ago and have serviced the boiler annually since. We were very impressed with the initial installation (advice on radiator sizes, minimised disruption when installing) and have always been happy with the boiler servicing.

DHS was recommended to us by our neighbour, when our old boiler finally gave up the ghost. From first to last the service was prompt and efficient. The estimate was very reasonable compared to some, and the work was carried out in a very professional and friendly manner we were very pleased with the service from this company.

The company took out an old boiler and put in a new combi boiler. They were fantastic from start to finish. The 2 young lads who did the job represented the company really well, they were extremely polite, friendly and did a fantastic job. They kept the place clean throughout, answered all questions and gave full instructions and details should I have any problems.

I was exceptionally ill in bed with flu in week commencing 26/02/18 for a week. On Thursday 1/03/18 our heating broke down, consequently house was freezing. We phoned DHS on 1/03/18 AM - within hours an engineer came to assess situation. We phoned on Friday. Daren who left home at 5am said an engineer would call on 5/03/18. Boiler fixed on Monday 5/03/18.

Last year, DHS Ltd fitted a new gas boiler plus radiators for me. In 2017 they gave a fast efficient service which was given again this year when they returned to fit a new kitchen sink. The work was not straight forward as surface tiles were required to be ground out! As last year I was greatly impressed and have no hesitation in recommending them.
