Used DHS to buy and install a new boiler when we moved in and they have services or each year since then. Prices seem fair and competitive and the work done is to a high standard. The removal and install of the new boiler were relatively swift and the engineers we're great at keeping things clean and the tidy up afterwards also. They are always on time and provide great communications as required. Would happily recommend these guys in the future.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dynamic Heating Services Ltd not only for their engineering services but also because of the friendly and caring attitude of all the staff. DHS installed the Worcester combi boiler in our home in March 2010, and have serviced it every year. When we reported a worrying problem with the pressure gauge in the week before Christmas, they sent out engineer Paul the very next day to investigate. Having identified that we needed a replacement expansion vessel, Paul returned the following day to carry out this major repair very efficiently, cheerfully explaining the technicalities when asked, and giving useful advice about thermostat settings and how adjusting the flow from the taps affects the heat of water in our sinks. A first-class service that leaves me completely reassured not only that we are in safe hands, but also that if we ever have a problem DHS will respond quickly to solve it.

Used Trusted Trader to find a local heating engineer to look at, and hopefully fix our broken down Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler. Found Dynamic Heating Services had lots of very good reviews, there base being a couple of miles away was a bonus! As breakdown occurred at the weekend, but with some alternative heating available, we knew we could wait till Monday, so asked for a call ASAP. Was phoned at 8.35 Monday morning, very pleasant caller, and engineer was with us later that morning - with the job completed before lunchtime. Engineer not only carried out the work quickly and carefully but explained to me exactly what the problem was and showed me the parts that needed replacing/cleaning. At no time did he try to persuade me to buy a new boiler (even though ours is many years old), and explained that if the parts to be replaced had been expensive he would have explained the options of repair or a new boiler. The part was not expensive, this time, and he gave me the confidence to know that, if we have any future problems with the boiler, Dynamic Heating Services will be my first number to call!

I have used this wonderful company for more than ten years and have been lucky to have the same excellent engineer. They remind me when the service is due and offer convenient times. The service is thorough and I am always reassured that the boiler is functioning correctly when the service is completed. I highly recommend this company.

'Mobility Bathroom' beautifully constructed and finished

DHS was by far the most efficient of the 3 WTT bathroom fitting firms we approached and gave us a very reasonable estimate for a fairly complex job, of creating a 'Mobility Bathroom' in an under-eaves location. Ian Johnstone's planning was exact, even though installation had to be postponed twice because of very late delivery of the walk-in bath from Victorian plumbing, (whom we can't recommend). The installation team was superbly led by Ricky, and was first-class from start to finish, arriving on time and always most courteous. The final clean-up was impeccable and all rubbish and detritus cleared away. The result is a joy to behold and to use. We highly recommend DHS!

I e-mailed DHS yesterday evening when our central heating stopped working. Darren left a message to help out early morning next day. Advised how to fix the problem without a call out being necessary due to knowledgeable diagnosis and clear instructions for resolution. I've been a DHS customer for many years and their service and aftercare has always been excellent.

The job entailed replacing the WC in the first floor bathroom along with replacing a damaged floorboard beneath the WC. The engineers arrived on time and were friendly and polite. On lifting the damaged floorboard it was discovered that additional support was required before fitting the new board. This was completed at no extra cost. All the work was carried out in a professional manner and the area was left clean and tidy. I was kept informed of progress and when the water needed to be switched off and back on. Very happy with the end result and would highly recommend DHS for any plumbing jobs. Will definitely use again.

Efficient and friendly service
I have used DHS to install my boiler in March 2021 and they have serviced it every year since then. They run a very efficient service, easy to contact and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I like using a local firm and will use DHS for as long as I have a gas boiler to be serviced.
