From the installation of our boiler several years ago we have always used DHS for the servicing and other plumbing work in our house. The engineers are polite and professional. They arrive promptly and have always completed jobs within the estimated times. The prices for labour and parts are fair and prior to undertaking work they are happy to give technical advice over the phone, which may mean that a call-out is not necessary. Overall a great company to work with.

Professional and personable
The service engineer was personable and efficient. He showed me what had been done and took away debris. The price was competitive for a service and am happy to use them again. They installed the Worcester Greenstar 30i gas boiler 2 years ago. I am pleased with the efficiency of the boiler too.

Boiler service - always used DHS for at least past five years, since they fitted the boiler. Always found them to be on time, or have kept us informed if not. Would recommend and use whenever this type of work needed.

Totally recommend this company
DHS replaced my boiler, added thermostats on all 20 radiators, replaced a radiator, added another radiator, serviced my gas fire, fixed a leaking toilet and mended a broken soil pipe. I had about 5 quotes and DHS were very competitively priced, but it was quality rather than cheapness I wanted. I couldn't believe how none of the other company's wrote down my complex needs when they came to quote. The result was that they all missed at least one thing out of the quote so I had to go back to them and ask them to amend the quote, which then seemed to take forever. DHS wrote down my needs, saw issues I hadn't (things I could see like the boiler wasn't earthed) and explained everything clearly and sent me a comprehensive quote. The men arrived punctually, worked as tidily as is possible, explained how everything worked and overall did a great job. They were friendly and polite and as non-intrusive as possible. I was a little nervous waiting for the bill, thinking they might add extra as it took a bit longer than expected, but the bill was exactly as per the quote. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Timely, polite, professional
DHS serviced my boiler last week. Nic, the engineer, was polite, friendly, and helpfully pointed out all the readings he was taking and how they compared to the tolerances. I must admit I wasn't surprised what a good job he did. A few years back DHS installed underfloor heating for me, and I remember back then how simple and efficient they were to deal with, and how personable their installers were/are. The only reason I had DHS service my boiler this year is that I've given up trying to run the gauntlet of Homecare etc. with great deals one minute, price hikes the following year. From now on, DHS will service my boiler, and if anything goes wrong I'll just call them up to come out because I know they will be responsive and good value.

Prompt response and solution
My central heating stopped working suddenly. DHS engineer Nic came promptly and diagnosed the problem within minutes and solved it by fitting a new timer. Honest company genuine and helpful staff.

Superb and speedy service
Boiler failed on Sunday evening. Sent an email to the business. Was telephoned at 08.05 on Monday morning. Engineer arrived just after 12.00 and carried out repair. Could not ask for better service. Have been using DHS for years both in my personal and business capacities. Have never been let down and its charges are reasonable.

Combi boiler service
We have an annual service on our Worcester Bosch boiler, each year carried out by Dynamic Heating Services Ltd. This year, as in others, the engineer turned up on time. He was polite and and gave a good impression. He was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards. No complaints at all. The only slight problem is that for the second year running, they did not send a reminder that the service was due. This wasn't a big problem as I could easily find out by looking at the paperwork that I keep. The engineer said that this was because they had moved premises a couple of times recently and the past records had not yet caught up - it should be resolved for next year.

Boiler Servicing
Servicing arranged without any dramas or long lead times. I had to change the date at the last minute which wasn't a problem for them at all. Engineer was super-friendly and clearly very committed to what he was doing. Also, even though I don't know much about boilers my impression was that he double checked everything and was really thorough. The price was about what I'd expect a boiler servicing to be. Thought it was pretty reasonable. The paperwork for the servicing arrived really promptly and there was a small error on it (it said no carbon monoxide detector which we do in fact have; its just not very obvious where it is!). this was rectified really quickly. I found communication both by phone and by email to be responsive, friendly and professional. If you want a straightforward, no nonsense boiler job dong then I was definitely satisfied with this service. I'll consider them for other future jobs based on my experience.

I have used this company for many years and will continue to do so. I've been lucky to have the same engineer for nearly all this time. He's polite, trustworthy and very efficient. Five star service continued
DHS installed our boiler 3 years ago. It was our first dealings with the company and we were impressed by their efficiency in undertaking the work, also by the communications and courtesy of their office staff. The boiler has just had its second service and the engineer has not lost the enthusiasm for his job, or the politeness shown during last year's service. The company's prices were extemely competitive when we were searching for a boiler installation and the price of this year's service was just £4 more than last year.

Excellent service
Thank you so much to DHS for their usual excellent service today. It was the first time we have needed help with a plumbing job having previously used DHS for boiler services or heating issues. We were offered an appointment the very next day after our enquiry about sorting a potential water leak. The leak was located under the house. Ricky couldn’t have been more professional but also pleasant humoured about having to physically squeeze under the floorboards and mend the leak in a very awkward place! All the guys we have had from DHS have been helpful, pleasant mannered and reliable. I think the work they have done has always been competitively priced. I would also like to add from experience that if anyone is looking for a dementia friendly company then I would recommend DHS.

Very professional service. DHS installed the boiler in 2021 and have provided annual services since then. Engineers are always prompt, polite and helpful. This visit the engineer was knowledgeable and gave advice outside the remit of the annual boiler service at no additional cost. I would not hesitate to recommend DHS Ltd.

Happy I switched from British Gas
After our boiler died last year I contacted DHS on a friend's recommendation. They installed a new Vaillant boiler and have just done it's first annual service. Every part of the process has been smooth and comfortable. The installer and the service engineer were both prompt, polite, tidy, efficient and helpful, and the office communication has been excellent. The prices charged are very good value. Very happy with everything from this company and will recommend to everyone.

Excellent and rapid response
After our boiler failed on a Saturday, I left a phone message not expecting it to be picked up until the start of the working week but in fact I got a response on the Sunday, and the engineers were here on the Monday. The problem was quickly diagnosed, parts obtained and the work completed by the middle afternoon of the Monday. Excellent and rapid service. I have used this company before and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
