As in previous years, DHS did a throughly professional job. The gas engineer came within the scheduled time period and serviced our Worcester Bosch boiler as well as the gas burner in the living room. He spent quite a bit of time in completing the job. I also liked the after sales service DHS provided in answering questions I had. I do hope to continue using their services in the future.

Have used this local company for two decades or thereabouts, for services ranging from the installation of our CH boiler and annual servicing, to a variety of smaller domestic repairs. Engineers and plumbers who have attended have been unfailingly prompt, courteous and efficient. Charges are fair and reasonable by the standards of the industry. I can recommend them with confidence.

This most recent visit was for the annual boiler service of our Worcester Bosch boiler. DHS also looks after the boiler for our elderly parents, and over the years, has solved plumbing issues and installed a gas stove (looks like a wood burner) for us. We would recommend them for all of the work they have done for us. Everyone we have dealt with - from Marie and Lin in the office, to the engineers we see - is very friendly and professional. We think DHS has got the customer service just right, and we would not dream of asking anyone else for assistance with gas and plumbing work.

My boiler stopped working, no heating or hot water on Christmas Eve. I phoned after lunch on the off chance someone would still be working. Darren was fantastic & was able to talk me through what to do over the phone to get everything working again. Great service, so kind & helpful. Thank you!

We have used DHS for some years now. They installed our current boiler and have serviced it annually since. Making an appointment is always easy. Emails and phone calls are professionally handled and always courteous and friendly. Very flexible around appointments and accommodating if a change is needed. Work carried out with skill and efficiency every time. Very approachable staff who are happy to offer advice/answer questions.

The gas engineer clearly explained that he had found an unsafe gasket during a routine service, what the issues were if left unchanged. Got a quote and was able to fit a new gasket there and then.
