We were founded by Peter and Hazel Bowyer after they relocated from London in 1974. We began as just a two-person enterprise, with Hazel answering the phones and Peter out doing the work. Despite humble beginnings – the first week’s turnover was only £11! – the company began to grow.
We now employ 40 staff and offer a full range of services, from handling blocked drains in Norwich, drain lining in Ipswich to root cutting in Great Yarmouth. As a leading drains company in East Anglia, we strongly believe in continued investment in training, health and safety and using the latest equipment and techniques.
Our workforce is highly trained and motivated, in fact, their enthusiasm for the job is such that they often can’t wait to tell us about the jobs they’ve completed. We’ve been supplying services to the Royal Household since 1976. In 2007 we were very proud to be awarded a Royal Warrant by Her Majesty the Queen. We are the only drainage company that is ‘By Royal Appointment’!
