Paid for a cctv inspection for my new property. Inspection carried out on the day as planned. Since then, had to chase and chase the report. Finally received the report and it would be super useful for another drainage engineer to read through but to the lay person, it explains nothing. Just lots of numbers and diagrams. I’ve rang multiple times to ask them to explain what needs doing and I’ve had multiple promises that someone would ring. Months later, nothing. Used this company as recommended by my husband who runs a factory and his experience has been great. He won’t be using them again at the factory. Seems they’re not interested in domestic work.
