Dave, the engineer, carried out a complicated job to our great satisfaction. Our old rusty bay window angled radiator was replaced with three small double radiators, which he fitted next to one another as a replacement for the single angled radiator originally fitted to the bay window area of the bedroom. Dave was very professional and discussed the way the radiators would be fitted and would look like. After he carried out the work, he ensured that the heating worked and checked and tested the system, making sure that the system was refilled, all radiators in the property bled correctly and provided the correct heating output. Only after making sure that everything was working to our satisfaction did he leave. I would thoroughly recommend Dave and would like to thank him for the high-quality service which he provided. All of the work was carried out under our British Gas cover.
