I've used E&W twice in the past few months. The first to service our boiler. Richard arrived on time, was polite, thorough and efficient. He got on with the job quickly but without rushing, explained what he was doing and tidied up everything when finished. Second call out was for a leak under the sink that started flooding the cupboard and floor. He managed to get one of his colleagues out to us within half an hour of our call, who quickly dealt with and fixed the leak and left everything working again. Cannot recommend enough!

Our Topsham gas fire was serviced. Very clean efficient work with our living room left clean and tidy afterwards. I would recommend the firm highly - they turned up when they said, took a lot of trouble over the work and charged the quoted figure although I suspect it took longer than they had thought.

I needed a gas fitting made safe in my late parents' house and asked E&W to sort it out. They were lovely people, with great manners and courtesy who did a very good job. I plan to get them to do more work for me in future and would be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Boiler service and general MOT of our heating system. Several things recommended to improve the system and the end result is a very warm and cosy house. The engineers were all very friendly and professional. Highly recommended

E and W have completed a new boiler installation and radiator replacement, new bathroom taps and new kitchen sink and tap. All looks good and is working perfectly. Our plumber was friendly and professional, we were happy to have him working in the house. Communication is very good, they turn up as scheduled, and we are really pleased with all their work and the price. We will definitely be asking them back for further house improvements this year. Happy to recommend.

We had Dan from E&W plumbing and heating over today to fix 2 different leaks. He was on time (actually early :) ). He got straight to the issues - fixed them efficiently and tidied up afterwards. Thank you, very happy with the friendly and skilled service that we have received today.

I have used the services now 3 times - on every occasion different engineers have been used all of whom carried out the work required in a very professional matter and all seem to be well trained. Always advised what the cost would be and how long it would take

E&W replaced our (20 year old) boiler, replaced the pump, replaced the valves on all our radiators, power-flushed and balanced the system, and installed NEST. The workers were incredibly polite and professional and the work they've done is impeccable. They will be my first port-of-call for any and all plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to everyone.

We have used Richard,s team to firstly repair a broken heating system when the weather was at its coldest and they responded immediately getting it working again. Subsequent to that we used them again for servicing our heating system again to our satisfaction. Recently we needed them for many differing pieces of work to our bathroom, waste outlet, sink waste and replacement taps. All of this required their highly skilled workforce to use their problem solving abilities to get over many issues. We are so indebted to them and it might sound dramatic but you realise how much you need your bathroom when parts of it do not work. So to sum up, all communication with Richard and his team is brilliant. Time scales are excellent, the team are communicative, helpful and a pleasure to have in your home. Definitely a company to recommend to everyone.

When my boiler broke down E&W were amazing. The engineer was professional, very efficient and explained clearly what the issue was and ways to fix it. The necessary parts were ordered and fitted within a few days. The price was extremely competitive, service excellent and I was kept informed at all times.
