I had a solar installation that was arranged by Eon. I was happy with all the people I dealt with at Eon and the appointed installer was good. So I'm happy with all the finished work and it all appears to be working well. It was all completed in a timely manner and I felt the Eon staff I dealt with cared about me as a customer and doing a good job. The only minor thing they might improve on is communication internally, a couple of times things had to be chased as people had not been informed of things, but overall very pleased I arranged it all through Eon.

I'm really happy with my E.ON solar installation. The technicians were friendly and professional, and answered any questions I had. There was a minor issue with the export meter initially, but it was resolved quickly. I was kept informed throughout the ordering and design process, and received a follow-up call after the installation to make sure everything was OK. Only downside is I can't stop watching the app to see how self-sufficient the house is!

I chose E.ON to install my Solar panels because they are a large trusted company that if i had any problems could go back to them. The process was smooth and if they needed anything from me, would contact me. The install was completed quickly but by expert fitters who explained everything to me and completed without creating any mess. They gave me a handover and ive had no issues since. I have signed up to the E.ON SEG scheme which pays me for my exported energy and they even offer a great rate if your an E.ON Next customers! win win! Thanks!

Eight Solar Panels fitted to a Garage Roof complete with Battery installed in the Garage. From first contact with EON, customer service has been really good. All dates given for various tasks to be done were kept, and the contractors they use were also extremely professional and courteous. The installation was not straightforward, but their contractor, Gas- Tech Wales, were extremely efficient, and completed the task in a real neat and tidy manner. For anyone interested in Solar Panels I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sales was great but installation not so. 1st appointment cancelled day before. New installation booked after a delay. (They don't phone when they say they will.) 1st Day scaffold put up. 2nd Day installers turned but could fit all the panels as the scaffold was wrong. Half panels fitted and electrics connected. I then had to chase to see when they would come back. Date given for a weeks time explained this wasn't convenient as the scaffold was blocking my garage and i couldn't get to my car charger. To add insult the contractor told me they were doing a good will gesture to return. They were the ones who made the mistake with the scaffold.
