Sam was prompt in responding to my initial email and he immediately booked the work in for a date convenient for us. Sam was very professional, he arrived exactly when he said he would and he certainly knows what he’s doing when it comes to a Ring security system, both the hardware and the app. He efficiently replaced a high up Ring camera and then took care of the set up in the app of mine and my husband’s mobile phones. Sam originally fitted our security system 5 years ago and we hadn’t had any problems until we updated our WiFi last month. I would use Sam again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Sam came to do a site check to fit a video doorbell. Was very thorough and explained what he needed to do. The work was done to a high standard, there was an unforeseen problem, but he corrected the issue with no fuss. I was very grateful that he got the doorbell working before he left, I would have struggled with that aspect. Everything was left tidy. I would recommend Sam for his high standard of work and fair pricing.

Sam was very prompt in returning my enquiry. He made an appointment to come and do the work only a week after my initial call. Sam arrived on time and worked non stop all day. He actually finished the a full day ahead of schedule. Sam clears his mess as he finished each part of the rewiring which was a massive hit with my wife. Sam has a lovely calm way about him and is very knowledgeable of his trade and is an extremely competent electrician with a wonderful selection of his needed tools. Last but not least he is even dog friendly. Seriously though we truly couldn't have asked for better. A proper tradesman.

I have known Sam for a few years now. He has done re-wiring, a new junction box (which I must say is the neatest wiring I have ever seen). He did electrical work for me today, perfect and even cleaned the area around better than it was before! He is a genuine man, polite, respectful and has a great sense of humour! I would trust him completely- even my cat likes him! He also connected a ring doorbell to the mains and helped me add the apps to my phone and to my Alexa.
