Established in 2002, we are an independent stairlift company operating in most of the UK supplying and installing new and reconditioned, straight and curved stairlifts to buy or to rent.

I required at short notice stairlift rental in order for a family member to be discharged from hospital. From the outset Easystep stairlifts proved to be straightforward and 100 percent reliable, taking time to describe the product and fitting. The online fitting survey was easy to use. There were no hidden T's and C's. The description of the product and hire terms were accurate, clearly set out and easily understood. The company went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, I enquired on Friday afternoon, the stairlift was fitted by noon the following Tuesday. The fitter (Mark) was excellent, worked swiftly, neatly, and took care ensuring I was confident operating the stairlift before he departed. Fitting, and ongoing hire, represent excellent value for money, customer service is exemplary. The stairlift is going to offer independence and quality of life to both its user and the family as a whole.

The level of help and support we received re-install of my daughter-in-law’s stair lift was excellent. The quotes were emailed to us, queries were answered over the phone, the fitter was booked to install within days and he made sure we knew how to use the lift before leaving. No pressure sales, just helpful advice plus competitively priced. Excellent.

My elderly mother required a stairlift fitting quickly in her house following a fall. I found Easy Stair Lifts on google and was impressed with their reviews. Being fairly local to us was also a bonus. Sally was super responsive and friendly. I sent a few photos via WhatsApp and we had a quote within the hour. Following a measuring appointment, the stairlift was fitted the following week, but could have been even quicker if I had been available. The fitting was done in under 2 hours and everything explained. Cannot fault this company for excellent customer service and speed of delivery.

Amazing service - from the start of my enquiry to Sally and the installation by Paul I cannot find fault. The stairlift was installed swiftly and neatly - no clearing up afterwards. My mum hates having contractors in and Paul put her mind to rest immediately and made sure she fully understood how to operate the stairlift before he left.
