I highly recommend this company. We needed a stairlift installing for my mother who was suddenly sent home with no support or advice on a Sunday evening when the hospital decided that they could do nothing more to stop her cancer. We could barely get my mother upstairs to her bed and we struggled over the next few days to get medical assistance or any home help as they refused to treat her in her own bed. Mother couldn't walk and we were worrying about how to get her downstairs when we found Easystep Stairlifts Ltd - who were incredibly efficient and supportive. The rental was good value for money and included call outs if there were any problems. The installation of the Stairlift was highly professional and the engineer went above and beyond his remit to fix it. Everything Easystep Stairlifts did went smoothly and efficiently, from their office contact Sally to the easy forms we had to fill in, the work done and the removal of stairlift shortly after when my mother had to go into a hospice. Thank you Easystep Stairlifts for your wonderful service at a time of pure horror for my family.

From 1st contact to Mark arriving yesterday to install our stairlift everything had been fantastic. Communication from Sally every step of the way and Mark was highly skilled and experienced when it came to the installation. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

My 97-year-old mother needed a stairlift installed very quickly. I contacted Sally at Easystep Stairlifts, and she was so helpful. She knew exactly what I needed, and the order was processed so quickly. The stairlift was fitted within 7 days! The fitter was so polite and worked very quickly without mess (with phone updates on when he would arrive). He explained how to use the stairlift to my mum with patience and empathy. He was so kind. The stairlift we got is rented. It's in excellent condition, and before fitting, we upgraded to an electric seat turning system for the top of the stairs. My mum loves how easy it is to use, and it has given her the independence to stay in her own house a while longer. I cannot recommend Easystep Stairlifts enough. From order to fitting, they were so helpful and faultless. The initial costs for hire, fitting, and removal, plus a full lifetime warranty, were low, and the monthly hire fee is much lower than I expected! Please consider using this company, as I cannot fault them. 5* customer service!!

Really happy with the service. Contacted with a problem with a non-functioning switch which was causing my mum some pain and discomfort. She has Alzheimer's and lives alone. The engineer let himself in, was very respectful to my mum's situation and repaired the stairlift for her. The service was quick and effective.

I contacted Mark and his team on behalf of my elderly neighbour. She had been hospitalised for several weeks due to ill health caused by COPD. After recovering and being assessed by the clinical staff at Stoke Royal Hospital, she was allowed to be discharged when her home was modified for her needs, as the bedroom and toilet were upstairs. This is when Mark and his team stepped in. Contact was made, and an easy assessment was undertaken for the installation. This was fitted the following day, and the neighbour was able to be discharged from the hospital to continue her recuperation at home A marvellous and professional service and a godsend for anyone requiring a stairlift

We contacted Sally at EasyStep in Jan 2021 as we were in need of an urgent stairlift for my dad to come out of hospital. They were amazing! They responded quickly, and the stairlift went in within days. The lift has operated beautifully for the past 4 years and the installation and removal were seamless. A few years ago we bought a stairlift from another company for different parent, and then had the costs of removal. Rental was a far better option. Great service all round. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

We needed to replace 2 existing stairlifts with one longer curved one as mum can no longer manage the transfer. I sent photos so they could check the idea and then they sent an engineer to do a detailed survey. Sally talked me through all the options (rent/buy) and details of exactly where new lift would be. We agreed a date for installation in 2 weeks but I wanted more urgently - Sally called and gave me a cancellation very quickly. Engineer turned up on time, did the new installation and left the house clean & tidy. We are delighted with the new system and mum is now able to access more of the house.

The lady I spoke to on the phone (Sally) was lovely; great to communicate with, and didn't try to upsell or anything. The engineer turned up on time, was polite, informative and the job was done quickly. My mum was shown how to use the equipment before he left. Perfect service!

Easystep Stairlifts don’t use salesman so the whole experience feels like there are doing their best to get the most cost effective option for you. I had some apprehensions as we had just fitted a new stair carpet the day before the chair lift was fitted. The service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. No mess and the wiring was so hidden I didn't know he had fitted it. Very polite young man who perfectly and simply explained to my wife how to operate it. The price was very reasonable and it works fine. My wife can now go up and downstairs safely. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this service.

I called on a Monday to rent a stairlift as soon as possible. It was installed on the Friday, just 5 days later. The communication with Easystep was faultless and all my questions were answered. The installer was very efficient and tidy with his work. I would definitely use them again if needed.

After having many company quotes at high value and out of my budget I had given up hope. Thankfully I came across easy step stairlifts and am very happy with the service from start to finish. Mark who came out and fitted my stair lift went above and beyond and helped show me how to use it with ease after an easy installation. What a lovely man.

As a retired health professional I would highly recommend this company.I thoroughly researched the stairlift options.This company offered the best value for money.The assessment process meant we had it installed within a few days Advice support and information was clear .Yearly Maintenance was kept up to date and Removal was to suit my convenience.It was easy to use,compact, comfortable and swivel transfer made it easy for my elderly disabled mother to use independently. Sally,company admin was friendly,supportive and always returned your calls promptly.

Communication with Sally in the office was easy and efficient. All was arranged very speedily. The engineer arrived today at the estimated time, calling first to confirm his expected arrival. The curved stairlift was fitted in a few hours with minimum disruption and the hall was left tidy. The instructions for use were clear. Their service was exceptional again and fitted and installed so quickly by Will. Choosing to rent again as it gives the flexibility to have it removed when not required any longer. From enquiry to fitting, the service has been first class. Luke fitted the stair lift and was professional, knowledgeable on every level and friendly.
