My name is Elliot and I started EB Boiler Services Ltd in 2016 after working in the industry for over 10 years. I was trained and employed by Worcester-Bosch for 8 years and after this period I decided to start my own business.

I now employ another engineer and my business has been growing rapidly ever since. I pride myself on great customer service and excellent standards of work within domestic properties.

We specialise in Heating and Hot water and all makes and models of gas and oil fired boilers. We also offer very professional domestic plumbing services within your household from leaking stop cocks to complete bathrooms.

The scope was total refurbishment of my downstairs loo, repositioning door and radiator also plastering and tiling. All new loo and basin fitment. The scope also included new ceiling and spotlight fitment. The standard of work was excellent , the finished result exceeded my expectations. Elliot was very thorough we had two meetings before the work commenced and Elliot was always on time polite and helped manage my requirements. While the work was being done again all timelines we’d agreed were met and everything was kept as clean and tidy as was possible. The finished result was stunning !!! The original budget was kept to so all in all I would highly recommend.

My house did not have any central heating, Elliot fitted a boiler, ran all the pipes under the floor boards and attached radiators. The second time Elliot came to my property was to trim down a gas pipe in my living room.

Elliott from EB Boiler Services recently repaired my hot water pressure tank which was leaking. He arrived promptly at the agreed time, sourced the parts and repaired the water tank all within a few hours. Elliott's work was very professional. He assessed and communicated the fault very clearly and he was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the repairs and the speed of response and wouldn't hesitate in recommending EB Boiler Services and will definitely use again if the need arises.

Due to our gas meter being moved by the gas board, we had an unnecessarily long run of gas pipe winding through our house. Elliot rerouted the pipework so that it ran directly from the meter to the boiler and cooker, and performed the necessary checks to make sure it was all safe. The work was carried out quickly and tidily, and the price we paid was the quote we had been given beforehand.
