The boiler died on Monday evening. I rang Edward who advised his call-out cost. He arrived when he said and tried to fix the boiler. After 90 minutes he had exhausted all options and we needed a new one. Estimate by 10 pm Monday and he fitted the new boiler on Wednesday. Clean, efficient and helpful. He explained everything as he went along and advised what other work would need doing in the future, such as the tiles around the outside flue. Showed me how the new boiler worked and what to be aware of. I would definitely recommend

He did a boiler service and repair early May. Replaced a circuit board and extension tank. Very thorough and honest, price was reasonable. Was meticulous and clean. Turned up on time. Recommend to my family and friends, as was a recommendation to myself. Would rate more than 5* as no hidden surprises.
