Darren worked nonstop from stepping through my door. Did a service on air-conditioning, heatpump, boiler. He found some faults ordered parts came back sorted all those out for me. He was polite and explained everything he had done and was going to do (he even took photos, before and after) as my units are mainly in attic. Can't recommend him enough.

Darren was brilliant from start to finish. He serviced my boiler, completed my gas safety certificate and replaced my central heating temperature controller/timer. He was very kind, friendly and professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was done to a high standard. Great service!

Darren serviced our air source heat pump and did an excellent job. He was very friendly and chatty while remaining highly efficient and professional throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was confident that everything was working as it should. It's reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy looking after our system. We'll definitely be using Darren for our annual service in the future and would highly recommend him.
