We also have over 20 yrs experience in kitchens and bathrooms installations, no job is to big or small.. Large to cope small enough to care. The two men were great. Arrived on time, took out the old boiler, put in new pipes for the new boiler. They worked hard from 8am to 3-15pm. There was no mess. They put down protection for the carpet. They were very professional.

We're really pleased with our new ensuite fitted by Ecoflame. The finished product is excellent. Shaun was very friendly, helpful and reliable, from providing a quote and giving advice in the planning stage to actually carrying out the work. Based on quotes we had from others, we felt the price we paid was very fair, especially considering the standard of the workmanship. A couple of issues came up while the work was being done and Shaun kept us informed throughout and asked what we wanted to do each time. We'd happily recommend Shaun and the Ecoflame team.

Eco flame installed my boiler two years ago and since then have been fantastic, punctual, friendly and professional. They always ring me to remind me that my boiler needs servicing and are always willing to offer advice and friendly guidance on how to run the boiler efficiently. Eco Flame are incredibly reliable and I couldn't recommend them more.

After some thorough research, I selected Ecoflame to replace my aging central heating boilers (2 of) and to change my hot water supply from a vented system to an unvented system. Ecoflame was the most competitive of 4 quotes I obtained and I was very impressed by Dan’s knowledge and his confidence as to how they could improve the current set-up. Also, they said that they would put three men on the job such as to finish it in 2 days (others quoted between 5 and 8 days). They arrived early on day 1 and got straight to work. I was without mains water for no more than 2 hrs and by late afternoon of day 2 both central heating and hot water and were restored. The 3 guys, Dan, Shaun and Phil were excellent; they were more than happy to explain any questions I had regarding the new set-up. They tidied up as they went along and never left a mess when they left. They returned for a couple of hours on day 3 to tie up loose ends and finally tidy up. The completed installation was immaculate and I had everything I had hoped for. The quality of their workmanship was first class and I would very strongly recommend them as truly professional heating engineers. Hugely impressed.
