Pat and the team at Eco Thermal Design Ltd have been absolutely fantastic. From the very first consultation to the final installation, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for quality really stood out.

Ian and Liam replaced our windows and did a great job. We had our windows replaced for the whole house in Storm Amy, and they adjusted the plan of replacement due to the weather (no one wants to be up ladders in a storm!). No hassle - arrived on time each day and cleared up when finished. They were quiet, efficient, and they completed the job on time. We had a slight problem with one of the windows being difficult to open. They came back and resolved the issue with no problems. Highly recommend.

I invited this company to quote for 5 new windows and 2 new doors for my house. It was the owner who visited, so no pushy sales talk just a pleasant chat about the quality of the products and what could be offered to match my requirements. The quote was reasonable so I accepted and I an really glad I did. The fitters were Ian and Liam and they have been so professional in their work and very respectful of my property (i.e. dust sheets on the carpets and all messed cleared up). I am delighted with the quality of the doors and windows and how neatly they have been fitted. They promised that there would be no need to redecorate afterwards and they were right, no torn wallpaper or chipped paint. Money well spent and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting new doors and windows.

Having previously had our windows replace by ETD, they were our first option when we needed to source windows and doors for our new ground floor extension. From start to finish, the service was excellent. With great communication from Joanne and Patrick, out of hours showroom visits with Paul, and a cracking job from the fitting team. Our new Schuco doors and windows were fitted on time and to a very high standard. We are very happy customers.

We had an existing timber 'sunroom' frame changed by Ecotherm and they did a really good install job. The guys were polite and very helpful, keeping us informed if any little snags that cropped up and suggesting work around. They even completed the job earlier than expected and to a good standard. We only had one issue from the manufacturing process but this was resolved financially. Would definitely use Ecotherm again.

We have used eco-therm previously replacing our doors and it was now time to improve our windows. We received a great quote which included the free triple glass upgrade offer. We were given a date and time and Ian who has previously worked for us and his colleague Liam turned up promptly to start work. They were very efficient, clean and tidy as they worked and the replacement windows were fitted in no time at all. We can’t thank them enough and we are noticing how warmer the bungalow is now. This company fitted my parent's windows 3 years ago and had no problems since and were very happy to recommend them to us. A great company to deal with from start to finish. Patrick who came to measure up and go through options was great. Pressure-free and honest advice and no waffle or fake high quotes, he gave one good price with a few complimentary upgrades too. The booking and office staff were very organised and polite to deal with too and kept us up to date with any changes that came up. The fitters Ian and Liam were fantastic! They turned up on time and very polite and friendly. Talked us through the process and made sure we were comfortable throughout as had a newborn in the house while the work was going on. Their work was perfect, no complaints at all. Very neat and tidy job throughout and they also cleaned up after themselves and made sure to put protective sheeting on everything beforehand. They even fixed a couple other issues not related to the job while they were here as a favour too. Couldn’t recommend this company more. We had all windows and front door replaced and all are perfect. An honest hassle-free company that doesn’t try to pull the wool over your eyes like others have done that have quoted us.

From start to finish fantastic, from meeting Joanne in the shop @ Penistone, Patrick coming to price up the job and Ian and Liam fitting the windows and doors . So I would like to say a big thank you to all of them especially Ian and Liam for a very clean and tidy job I really thought we would have to redecorate the whole house after they had removed all the old windows and doors out however you would not know they had even been such a good job. Ian and Liam did a great job installing the new windows and doors. They were very pleasant, professional and paid attention to detail and finish. They kept us informed about the timing and the installation process and they were efficient, neat and tidy. All the work was done within the expected timescale. There was an issue with two of the glass units, but this was dealt with speedily and Scott came and replaced them. Everyone I have dealt with at Eco Thermal has been friendly and helpful and I'm very happy with the new windows and door. I would definitely recommend the company.

Ian and Liam came to replace my windows and doors last week. They made a special effort to complete the work quickly and with minimum disruption. They put down dust sheets, covered the carpets and left everything clean and tidy. The windows and doors look great. Everything was finished off to a really high standard and I had no problems. I would definitely recommend them.

New windows were installed through the ground floor, on the date and within the time frame promised. Ian and Liam were a good team, working hard, and well together. Ian’s, as boss, communication with us was excellent, always keeping us in the picture, clarifying any uncertainties and being clear about what preparatory clearing was needed. They always offered to help with moving things. The actual installation of the windows was extremely skilful and resulted in hardly any damage to the rendering or other existing structure. Ian spontaneously very skilfully matched up what little tendering was dislodged with filler that he then roughened to match the rendering. They cleared up fastidiously after themselves and left everything looking good. We are very happy both with them and with their work. Andrew and Jo.

We have had a total of 14 windows replaced by EcoThermal.Our original windows were hardwood and it is an old house. We replaced 8 of them about 18months ago and were so impressed we have now replaced the remaining 6. The windows supplied were perfect for use in an old building and matched the previous design perfectly. The survey carried out was very thorough and helpful, the price quoted extremely reasonable and we were shown a sample of the materials which were of a very high quality. The date of installation and budget were known from the beginning, the last installers (Ian and Liam) arrived promptly and the work was carried out over two days with no mess and an excellent finish requiring no work on our part. All of the staff involved, from the initial survey, office staff and installers are lovely to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always available if you have any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The guttering around my conservatory had broken and so we asked Eco Thermal Design to replace it. They have done a very good job, cleaned up after themselves and the workers were pleasant, polite and helpful. Will use again if I need any other work doing.

Had a solidor front door fitted yesterday by eco therm. I have to say from beginning to end the service has been outstanding! The sales team helpful, mindful of my budget, not at all pushy, I felt very comfortable with all of them. Everything explained to me clearly including the cooling off period. The installation team were so pleasant, did a great job, efficiently, and left no mess. I feel confident in their after sales service were I to run into any problems. The door itself is simply beautiful, just what I wanted. A five star service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company where customer satisfaction is there priority

I have to say the work Eco-thermal design Ltd carried out was exceptional. From the first meeting to advise and design the door, to getting a NO OBLIGATION quote to the fitting of the new door and window this company stood head over heels above the competition it has an ethos of customer satisfaction first and foremost and in my opinion second to none. I had my single garage door replaced by a new central door and two side panels I also had a window replaced at the same time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, their work on the day of the installation was done quickly and all the debris and old garage door and window were disposed of by them leaving me nothing to do but admire my new door. I had one small issue that was dealt with straight away so really it wasn’t an issue. I also have to say that all the work was carried out and completed to my satisfaction without a penny changing hands and was only paid for at the time of completion I have never had a company put their trust in the customer like this one did.
