I recently had eco windows do an installation , and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Kevin, the installer, truly went above and beyond. Despite facing terrible weather conditions, he managed to stay punctual and maintained a tidy work area throughout the installation process. Kevin's attention to detail was impressive; he took the time to ensure that everything was perfectly aligned and sealed. The windows themselves are fantastic—extremely efficient and secure, providing both comfort and peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend eco windows and commend Kevin for his hard work and dedication. If you're looking for quality products and exceptional service, you won't be disappointed!

I first contacted Kevin about replacing my ageing front and back doors on 10th April and he came to my property the next day to discuss the options. I was impressed with Kevin's knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, replacement doors and windows, and he left me with a web address where I could design the doors I wanted and he would quote for them. Unfortunately, I changed my mind several times and even accidentally used a different web site and designed a door from a company Kevin did not have an account with. Nonetheless, Kevin took my design and replicated it exactly with his own supplier, consulting me at every stage to make sure it was what I wanted. This took several weeks, but Kevin was never fussed or phased and in the end I got exactly the doors I wanted for a very fair price. He came to fit them on 25th June and they were both completed in the one day. Kevin's work rate is fantastic, he left everything clean and tidy with no waste for me to dispose of, and he called to check after a few days that all was well and made it clear he would happily come back to make any adjustments needed (although there have not been any). The doors are fabulous and I wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and his work. When I am ready to replace my windows with triple glazed units, I will ask Kevin and Eco Windows.

I bought 9 windows from Eco Windows. Kevin came to measure for the windows in my new build really quickly. He is very focused and takes care of the job from quoting to measuring and final finishing touches to final invoice. One of the windows was delivered to Kevin incorrectly and he dealt with it straight away obtaining the correct window in 2 days. Kevins' work is very neat and tidy and he ensures everything is correct before he leaves, however long that takes. I would recommend Eco Windows because Kevin is easy to contact, keeps in touch throughout and does a brilliant job. I also like that for no extra cost I planted some trees, one of the reasons he shone above the others.

I cannot recommend this company enough. The quality of the product (a front door) and the quality of the workmanship cannot be faulted. Kev is such a really genuine guy and a real hardworking man. He kept me up to date with everything. I cannot recommend Kev and this company enough. The quality of the door is fantastic. The choice of design, colour, everything gave us a really bespoke door. If you want quality products, quality service and a really top man providing it this is the company you should use. I’d recommend to everyone. I can’t say enough good about him. But I can say a massive thank you.

We were recommend Kevin by a friend who had some innovative doors. From our initial meeting with him we could see he understood what we wanted. We made several changes to the door and lantern design that Kevin advised us and accommodated on. Overall we are extremely happy with the slide and stack door system and the lantern we have had fitted. The products are excellent quality and the fitting was fast and accurate, with Kevin working with our builders to arrange dates and times for fitting that would suit. It the cheapest, but the experience is second to none.

The excellent customer service started from minute one. The professional approach to the job is second to none, explaining all the details of how the work will be carried out, how, when and what will be done. The work itself was done in a timely fashion and with great attention to details. One of the things that I liked about the work done was how clean the work was. The area around the windows and the windows themself was left cleaner than it was before the job :) Fantastic experience overall. Would recommend to anyone.

Kevin is a professional and a craftsman! He is thorough, trustworthy and reliable, and in fact we couldn't fault him. The job he did was superb. Always punctual and kept us informed every step of the way. The initial consultation took us through everything we could think of (sorry about all the questions Kevin!). We would willingly use him for more jobs and is to be recommended without hesitation.

The work required was fitting a composite front door, windows at the front, side and back of the house and patio doors. Also, applying cladding and guttering. From the first meeting Kevin gave the impression he was trustworthy, serious about providing an excellent service and listened to our needs. He had excellent suggestions re colour and other aspects but never forced his opinion and was always keen to hear our feedback every step of the way. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was easy to approach and to contact both during the work and checked back with us to make sure we were happy with the finished result. The original quote was adhered to and Kevin proved to be highly reliable, took pride in providing an excellent service and exceeded all expectations. Absolutely delighted and would highly recommend.

I'd just like to say how extremely happy I am with Eco Windows, my fitter was called Kevin and he was such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very professional in his standards, work and inter-personal skills. The window's that were fitted exceeded our expectations and we can't help but smile every day now when looking out whilst cosy. They let a lot more light in, even our guests smile and say "despite the fact it's not our house, we can't help but smile". He's done an amazing job and we're definitely having him back to do our other windows soon.

Kevin was very professional and courteous whilst fitting our windows and doors and did an excellent job. On a couple of occasions whilst fitting the windows, there were a couple of options he could take, he fully explained them and then gave me the choice. Very pleased with his work and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Kevin.
