Really pleased with the service and the results of my refurbished leather 17 year old four seater sofa, three seater sofa and foot stool, including recolouring where faded by the sun. Looks like it did when we first bought it, great job. Initially gave me an indicative budget when I rang based upon my description of the items, then dropped in to confirm. They said they would leave me to think about it but I accepted on the spot and booked the visit. Great job, great price, pleasant people. I won’t be waiting 17 years to have it done again.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Ecoclean. I had an awful problem with guests bringing a cat to stay at my property and the smell of cat urine in the bedroom was overpowering. Ryan's team came out at very short notice and persevered in cleaning the carpet until the urine was completely removed and the room smelled fresh. They were really friendly and helpful, reassuring me that they would definitely be able to help, although I know this smell is very difficult to remove. I recommend Ecoclean unreservedly and will be using them again.

The team managed to remove very old stains including a tumeric one from a spilt herbal tea. I was regrettably thinking of replacing a ten year old bedroom carpet as it was looking so tired with stubborn stains. It was transformed with all stains removed!

We've used Ecoclean a couple of times now, following tea and coffee spillages on a pale carpet. They've been brilliant both times. They've responded really quickly and come out to help, despite having a very busy schedule. Their team are very friendly, polite and professional. The original day scheduled for the cleaning had to be changed because of damage caused by a road accident to the equipment and the van it was in. Ryan and his colleague arrived on the re-scheduled date and thoroughly cleaned carpets in our lounge and master bedroom, including the moving of heavy sofas. They completed the whole process within two hours and we could walk on the carpets, in indoor shoes, half an hour later. Both carpets were cream coloured and they came up like new. A very professional job with excellent results!

We used Ecoclean to clean almost all the carpets in the house. Ryan and his colleague were very careful moving the furniture, and putting it back in the right place, and did a very thorough cleaning job. One area in the hall by the door was particularly soiled from so much foot fall, and the first clean didn't pick everything up. This was likely due to the freezing conditions outside when the carpet was cleaned (minus 8!), and given the area was by the front door this affected things. When I mentioned this, Ryan was extremely obliging and immediately made an appointment to come round again and rectify it, which he did. He then came back to check it once again. I was impressed by his knowledge of all the different stains and moulds, and he was extremely diligent, conscientious and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend using Ecoclean.

Luke and his colleague were superb. We were about to take out our stone floors to replace. We asked Luke to tell us how he could improve them and the results are incredible. We have been using Ecoclean's carpet service for a few years now and wouldn't consider having our carpets cleaned by any other company. Our requirements are simple & straightforward as a rule but the (2-man) team that attends works hard - any staining is removed and 'new life' emerges from our carpets. Ecoclean cleaned my Flotex kitchen carpet, not the easiest of jobs, but they managed to remove all the marks and it now looks fresh and virtually as good as new. They arrived on time and their prices are reasonable. I have used them to clean carpets in the past and will certainly use them again.

This was my fourth End of Tenancy carpet cleaning and the results were excellent! The carpet was a very light colour and there were numerous stains, even candle wax, and a black rim around the edges by the skirting board. The team arrived and found that the van wouldn't go under an archway, but they kept calm and found a solution. The long hose was able to stretch from the van on one side of the arch, into the property on the other side. They worked hard and the two-bedroom property was done quickly and was actually dry enough to walk on straight away. Their powerful cleaning machine seems to suck absolutely all the dirty water away into storage tanks in the van. It's a lovely feeling seeing the van drive off full of your carpet's dirty water! I highly recommend this company who have never let me down when I have a tight turnaround with new tenants coming in imminently.

I'm very happy with the way Ecoclean handled our rugs. We moved house and they were collected prior to moving and delivered at our new address. The quality of the cleaning was excellent - they look better than new. Ryan was extremely professional throughout and I would highly recommend him.

Discovering Ecoclean was a lucky google for me. Not only was I delighted with the results of the carpet cleaning but the attitude, communications, punctuality and customer- service is first class. The knowledge of their profession and how to deal with stains etc set them way above other carpet cleaning companies I have used. I have now booked them again to tackle vinyl and laminated floors and have already recommended Ecoclean to several other people.

I have had ECO Clean on two occasions now and been really happy. They fitted me in just before Christmas to get my carpets cleaned. Now just had two sofas cleaned and blinds. All just like new now and fresh. Really friendly and efficient service. So impressed they are now booked in to clean my mums carpets. I can highly recommend them.

Persian rug bought at auction was very dirty and in need of a good clean. Within three days the rug was collected, cleaned and returned! The rug has been magnificently cleaned - so relatively soft compared to the one we handed over and with colours now recognisable. Excellent service.

Eco clean have done a number of jobs for us before Monday and every time they have been amazing. There work is always brilliant and they are extremely professional. They most recently cleaned our hall and dining room carpets which were really bad due to having two toddlers. However the carpets look brand new again and the cost of the clean was as always very reasonable. We would highly recommend.

Thoroughly amazed and appreciative of the fantastic service provided by Eco Clean . Called them last minute on a Friday afternoon due to a paint spill emergency with half a pot of paint spilled over the carpet in our house. We had tried about 10 other local carpet cleaners with no luck but Eco Clean were the only ones who came out at the end of the day on a Friday and sorted our problem. Cleaned so well that you couldn’t even tell it had happened. Would highly recommend using Eco Clean for any cleaning needs, very friendly and professional service and we will definitely be using again!

We took the fact that our kids had left finally home to get the carpets and rugs in our house done by Ecoclean. The response to our enquiry and the quote visit was done very quickly. The team were friendly and quick whilst still being thorough and efficient and did an excellent job on carpets that had 10 years of use buried in them. They cleaned under beds and in built in wardrobes, as well as getting out that awful “fluff” that gets deep in the sides of skirting. We really appreciated them taking extra care to protect our newly painted walls as they worked. They also did an excellent job on our natural fibre rugs and even managed to clean a stain from one rug that we thought was a write off, which meant a lot to us because it had belonged to a family member we lost to cancer. The final bill was exactly per the quote and they had obvious pride in their work, focusing on any stain areas and ensuring the finished result met their high standards. We thoroughly recommend the team.

I used Ecoclean for 4 armchairs. I was impressed with the results and was equally impressed with the way the 2 guys worked. They kept cleaning until the chairs looked like new and even removed a stubborn stain that was on a bit of the chair that is covered by a cushion. We will definitely be getting them back in 12 months time to give our chairs another thorough going over.

Ecoclean came to the house to clean all the carpets. Ryan arrived on time and vacuumed the carpets with a special German machine. Then he deep cleaned the carpets with the machine mounted in his van. All the water was sucked away somewhere into the van and the carpets were left virtually dry, extremely soft and beautifully clean. This is the second time I have used Ecoclean and have no hesitation in recommending this company. In my previous house Ryan also cleaned some stone floors which had got very stained and dirty. Again the results were amazing!

Carpet cleaned and returned to a "new" look although five years old with a lot of through traffic, two cats and from time to time 7 grandchildren. Had stair, landing and office carpets cleaned. Arrived an hour early, but suited me! Friendly, polite and did a great job. My office is really small, so they adjusted the quote to reflect that. Definitely use them again.

We had a 2 seater sofa , 3 seater sofa and a footstool all cleaned yesterday. The gentleman were on time, friendly, very professional and explained what they were going to do. They were on-site for about an hour and a half. The sofas and footstool came up brilliantly and smell better than they ever have, we are really happy with the clean and also that the products used are pet safe (which was our main concern). The cost was £170, but it’s a labour intensive job and I think this is a very reasonable cost. Our travertine stone floor from Mandarin Stone was left in a bad state by an incompetent floor tiler. He had removed lippage but not repolished the floor sufficiently so there were matt areas. Ecoclean was recommended to us by Tilemaster. Ryan Hughes visited to look at the problem and gave us a quotation. He explained how he would work and what he would do. In November 2018 he came to carry out the work. He was polite, on time and worked carefully making no mess or dust. He clearly enjoys his work. It was important to him that we were completely satisfied with the work carried out and was more than willing to return if there were any problems. The floor now looks fantastic.

I used Ecoclean for the first time today following reading reviews online. The two man team arrived punctually and were friendly and courteous. My stone coloured three piece suite has come up like new despite our black cat's best efforts to dirty it over the years! I also had our light coloured wool lounge/dining room carpet cleaned and the room has been transformed. The carpet and furniture are virtually dry after a couple of hours so no wet residue or nasty smells! I will definitely use you guys for my next cleaning job! Thank you :-)

The guys arrived promptly and got set up quickly, but still had time to answer my questions. They took a lot of time and care on the carpets, going over some stains three times to lift them. The carpets came up looking lovely and were dry within a couple of hours. A huge bonus is everything is self contained, so no need for them to tip dirty water down any sinks or drains. All they need is a plug socket.

I used Ecoclean for the first time. I was initially attracted by their name. I spoke to Ryan and told him I wanted my hallway carpet cleaned and my lounge carpet. We guessed the size and agreed on a figure around £100. The next day I was visited by Dan and Simon as arranged at 9:00am. Their work took them about an hour. They were very clean workers, they were polite and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They have made a great job and I am delighted. ......and it was only £70. I will always use them in the future.

We had several carpets cleaned in our house. The carpets were quite heavily soiled due to carers coming in and out 4 times a day, everyday. The house now looks so much better. The 2 man crew were excellent. They were friendly and courteous and extremely detail oriented in their work. As for the cost. It was extremely reasonable and the results concur.

There was a room with badly stained carpet tiles in the Village Hall (the room is used by a toddler group...), the tiles were bitumen backed so solvents out of the the question. Nevertheless Ecoclean managed to bring them up like new. Very professional team, turned up on time, did the job and left the place spotless - would highly recommend them.

Ryan from ecoclean was helpful and had amazing product knowledge of the materials necessary to clean our carpet. I have a number of allergies to chemicals and Ryan gave exceptional advice on how to proceed with removing black oil spots from our cream carpet. Ryan and his colleague worked quickly and efficiently to remove all our furniture, thoroughly clean our carpet and remove stains. Then replaced all the furniture appropriately. He followed up the next day to check I felt comfortable and well- with the cleaning products and offered to remove them, if necessary with steam. I can honestly say, this is an excellent cleaning company with a really professional and personal touch.
