Really happy with the install. The team came in early doors and did a fantastic job. They have years of experience. The battery wasn't the easiest to install due to space being a limiting factor, however the team of electricians did a very fine job and cleaned up after themselves. Honorable mention to Connor who provided amazing service, answered all queries and kept me informed post installation on how to work the App to get the best use of the Solar power and batteries. I stumbled upon this company by chance on the Which.co.uk website, it was rated the highest in terms of quality, service and workmanship it is evident why they are number 1. Thank you for helping me lower my bills and going green!

Friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. From the initial enquiry to completion was only a matter of weeks, the install only took a day, worked first time with no issues, despite the inclement weather. Can I say a personal thank you to:- Connor, who took the initial enquiry and helped throughout Robyn, who tolerated my questions and made sure the process proceeded smoothly. Scott who installed the panels and Corey who took care of all the electrics. Cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you.

I originally contacted Ecocute to install batteries to our existing solar system and have just had them back to install more panels/batteries. The service we have had from them has been exceptional, Connor has always answered any questions/queries (and I had a few!), even with the panels that were fitted by another company. The fitters have done an excellent job installing the panels, they were tidy, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond and do a great job.

After requesting a quotation, the company were very professional & efficient to explain all you need to know about PV Systems. Very reasonably priced. We decided to go ahead with the installation without any pushy salesman. All went as planned and the electrician's and roofer were personable, knowledgeable, clean & tidy. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with two jobs by this company. Efficient but most of all excellent follow up work when I had a problem with an EV charger. After service is the key and many companies fail on this but not Ecocute.

My job role is in Technical & Quality. I always look for brands/retailers that sell a product and associated service (customer service) that are value for money for quality and then deliver them above expectations. I know the brands that I go back to because they do this as part of their ethos - Ecocute is definitely on my list. They've done their homework (as expected) and offer the best quality for value for money for the long-term life of product with a wrap-around customer service to go with it. However, the team is more than happy to have any and every discussion to make sure you, as the customer, get what you need - my favourite questions always started with 'If you were in my shoes...'. We had our PV panels installed in February and our battery in May 2023. Discussions started much before this - in mid-2022. Ecocute had (and continues to have) the best communication and follow-up, recommendations / specifications, product review ratings and customer ratings but also the best prices compared to the two other quotes we received (from much bigger organisations/companies that were apparently not buying from rated manufacturing companies - but we only found this out on querying further as part of our assessments). We were updated on every stage, and nothing is too much trouble for the team even now after our purchase. A special mention: Connor - as the name and voice of Ecocute is excellent. Robyn comes close. Paul & Danny (roofers) were also impressive.

I have been shopping for solar for about about a year, Ecocute popped up on my radar with an excellent price and quick installation ( as I had scaffolding erected for another job on the house anyway) . At time of booking the office informed who was going to carry out my installation and times of arrival etc. The day of installation came and the they arrived bright and early, working on a very warm day they carried out a very neat installation and to my surprise we were producing electricity by lunchtime. while the installation was carried out I received an email giving me details of an account to enable me to view my solar output, all very effecient and very nice tradesmen. I had no hesitation in recommending the company to a friend on my road who was looking for solar.

The first part of my installation - a 10kWh battery - was installed in June, after numerous telephone conversations, and email messages with Connor - (who was very supportive, and knowledgeable), we chose Ecocute in preference to the other quotes we had recieved. The solar PV - a 3.2kW array - has also now been fully installed, by Corey and Liam, who arrived 8am 07-08-23, and the work, which is of a very high standard was all completed and handed over by 3pm. The reason for the gap between the two parts of the installation was nothing to do with Ecocute, the work had to wait until work needed on my roof was completed. The system works very well, and the App is very user friendly, fully explained by Corey - I easily monitored my system while on holiday in Greece, and adjusted the charge duration and time for the battery to benefit from the Agile Octopus tariff. The final piece of the jigsaw was also made much easier by Ecocute, Robyn made the application to my DNO on my behalf, I got the confirmation from the DNO on 15-08-23 many thanks to Robyn. I applied to Octopus for my SEG on 18-08-23. I got confirmation of my export tariff on 30-08-23. I am very happy with my system, which is working very well Overall I am very pleased with the work and support I have had from Ecocute and am a very happy customer and would highly recommend them.

Ecocute fitted our solar panels and storage battery (and everything else that this entails!) today. They have been fantastic. The whole team from start to finish have been knowledgeable and friendly. Explaining everything as they went along. Their customer service is excellent and I am confident that they are just a phone call away if we need them. Wonderful company, would 100% recommend.

As soon as Ecocute offered to fit the mains/solar battery isolation switch that enabled us to use the energy stored in the battery if we experience a power cut, it was a "no brainier". Booked it last week and fitted yesterday. Very neat and tidy job once again from Ecocute and delighted with the workmanship and quality of the gear used. The electrician is meticulous and this should give confidence to anyone looking for solar. Since having solar fitted last year we have already saved just under £1k in electricity costs thanks to ecocute.

We had an amazing experience working with Ecocute on the installation of our solar panel and battery storage system. Getting a quote from them was so easy, I did not even need to leave my desk. I inquired online and had a phone call from them within the hour to discuss the installation. They were able to give me details of the installation remotely and even came up with better solutions than companies that had come to quote us in person. I had done a little bit of shopping around before I got in touch with Ecocute and they came in with by far the best price. From getting the initial quote to the installation day was only three weeks and that was me delaying the installation, they could have come sooner if we had been able to. On the day of installation the team were done in around 4 hours, they turned up on time and were very easy to work with on the day. They also sorted all the paperwork out and even set us up on the AlphaESS app so that we can easily monitor PV levels and use the panels as effectively as possible. Anyone who is thinking about solar and storage should definitely have Ecocute as a first port of call, we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Getting a quote, booking in for the installation itself and the level of support and service in the run up to the fit-out was amazing. Timely comms, professional handling of questions, friendly service, and always able to talk to the same set of people rather than being passed around a call centre. The installation took less than a day, 8am to 3pm including the panels, the battery and all the electrical work (which was non-trivial given the placement of the circuit breakers in the house). Follow-up support, getting the right documentation for the setup etc... has also been good - proactive updates from ecocute with clearly set expectations. Really very happy with every aspect of this work.

My experience of Ecocute from the initial query has been very good. I spoke with Connor, who was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He gave clear information and was helpful even making suggestions which would give us a cheaper option than my initial thoughts. I got a number of quotes including one from Ecocute, and chose to use Ecocute. I have selected a 10kWh Battery, which would be installed first and at a later date - when I have had my roof renewed - a 3.2kWh solar PV array installed on my roof. I have had a number of email and telephone conversations following the first contact, and all of my questions have been answered respectfully and clearly. Allowing me to make an informed choice of what will be the best system for me. The battery was installed yesterday by Corey, who arrived early, and was very professional throughout the install. Discussing with us where best to locate the Battery. The job - which is of a high standard - was completed by 1pm, including Corey handing over the installation and showing us how to use the App. I look forward to tge installation of my Solar PV system. And would highly recommend Ecocute.

I’ve had a list of energy saving ideas to do prior to retirement. Looking for the best traders and craftsmen, I joined Which. Through them, I found Ecocute. Every aspect of dealing with them his been easy, informative, and utterly reliable. Their estimate was the only one I asked for because for me, service and quality come before price. The installation of the panels was both quick and exceedingly net. I opted for their pigeon proofing so unlike many neighbours, my roof hasn’t become a nesting site. Once I saw the generating capacity of the panels, I wanted a battery. The same electrician fitted a 10 KWH battery, and since then, we’ve been self sufficient in electricity, and through heating water electrically, our gas bill has come down too. Ecocute kept every appointment, were courteous and helpful, and never tried to sell. They just helped us buy.

Entirely satisfied with first class service throughout. Same day response from online enquiry. All questions answered promptly, emails and phone calls to Connor answered same day, usually within the hour. They accommodated changes to installation dates more than once for us due to delays in our roof being re-tiled. Electricians arrived for prompt start, neat install making best use of a small space inside that we created rather than installing outside. Only small deposit required and balance paid by card on completion of install. All the staff at Ecocute, the electricians and solar panel fitters have been polite, friendly and professional.

Had solar panels and battery installed today. Job carried out well and efficiently by the Ecocute team who were a pleasure to have around. From first contacting Connor at Ecocute, to today’s installation, they have been an excellent company to do business with, very approachable and efficient. Price for the install was competitive and we now have free electricity powering the house and charging the battery! All in all, I can thoroughly recommend Ecocute to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.

From initial contact to completion, Ecocute have been nothing short of fantastic! No hard selling, everyone i spoke to within the office had a wealth of information to help me get the right system and educated me to get the most out of my system. I was kept up to date through out the whole process, it amazed me how seamless and efficient the whole process was. The pricing was really competitive and the equipment used was high quality. The workmanship of the installers was second to non, they went out of there way to make everything really neat and tidy, they even got the hover out! I would not hesitate to recommend!

Although there was a long wait before new batteries came back into stock Ecocute honoured the original quoted price. When they received new stock they promptly contacted me to arrange fitting. As with the solar panels 2 years previously fitting was swift and efficient. I can now say 3 months into using battery storage it will prove to be a great investment. Thanks once again Ecocute for great service and being honourable.

Phoned Connor on the off chance they had any alpha ESS batteries in stock, after my current supplier left me dangling for 3 to 4 months. He was confident and showed me photos of the batteries in stock in his Warehouse. Didn’t ask for any upfront money until the battery was installed, which was reassuring, everything he discussed was bang on time and installation went exactly how they said. Will not hesitate in recommending and look forward to my solar panels when the roof is changed.

I emailed Ecocute for a quote for panels on a single-storey roof and they responded same day. They took details and discussed, studied house from satellite image, and quoted later that day. I waited for a quote from another co. then accepted Ecocute's on 7 March. The solar panels were installed over two half days on 22 and 23 March. All the staff were true professionals: office, electrician and roofer. All docs and communications were clear and helpful. Installation staff were on time and work was to a high standard. On completion, user information was explained clearly. The solar monitoring app on my phone was displaying kWh's generated, etc. very soon after installation, and all the kit continues to work well. Amazingly short timescale from first contact to done and dusted, and virtually no stress for us. Well done Ecocute and many thanks to all your staff!

Trusted Traders to find a recommended supplier/installer of my Solar Panels (5.18kw) and battery storage (10kw), Ecocute were first to respond and gave me instant confidence. All of the communication - emails, telephone and verbal - were excellent. Connor was my contact and handled every stage of the process perfectly. Corey was in charge of the on-site installation from start to finish - with attention to detail first-class. Extremely pleased with Ecocute throughout. Most highly recommended.

Right from the start we were kept informed from Connor of all the options available to us and what it entailed. All our questions were answered swiftly and thoroughly. They were very accommodating on the date that suited us. The scaffolding firm came Saturday morning so everything was ready for Monday. Eco-cute fitted a 12 panel solar PV system on the 20 February 2023 No hard sell. Straight forward advice. Solar Panals fitting booked with a small booking fee £195, rather than a hefty deposit asked by other solar firms. Fitting was completed in half a day. The team were friendly and courteous. The solar inverter was positioned where I asked near our boiler in the utility room. Over the last 3 weeks the system has performed very well. I would definitely recommend Eco-cute as a trustworthy professional Solar fitting company.

Eco-cute fitted a 14 panel PV system with battery. I spoke to 5 companies and was impressed by Eco-cutes helpfulness and the advice I was given. The survey was quick and reflected my needs just as described. The report I received was clear, comprehensive and helpful in making my decisions, it explained likely energy production, projected savings and payback date. On the day of the fitting the electrical engineer was on site early and at work straight away. He was polite, friendly and respectful. He explained what he would be doing and discussed appropriate siting for the invertor and battery. His work was neat, tidy and when he finished he explained the set up and organised the account for my app to track usage. I had an email from the office with all log on details before he left. The guys that fitted the panels were equally courteous and respectful. They got on with their work, were neat and tidy, removing any leftover wires and packaging, they left my garden as they had never been there. All the lads were very personable and professional. I did have a small issue with my upstairs lights not working that evening but again I can't fault them. Without debate, they sorted the wiring that had been loosened within 4 hours of my reporting it. I have been very impressed by Eco-cute, competent and professional. I'm already saving up for another battery and iboost for my hot water tank to be fitted by them. Thank you to the whole team for making this such an easy project to complete.
