Ecocute recently installed an Alpha ESS battery to soak up my excess power generating . Connor, as always was excellent in going through the benefits and costs. I was nervous about spending the money, but he always has time to listen. I even requested an extra battery three days before install and they went out of their way to get this. Corey the electrician was excellent on the day, installing where requested with no issues. All my usernames were provided promptly and I was able to install the app with no issues. I know they are monitoring it as they noticed a few changes I made. There are a lot of rogues in the Solar Trade and Ecocute is not one of them. They don't run away and answer the phone.

From start to finish I had a very friendly and efficient experience with this company. I previously contacted another company for a quote and they messed me around for 30 days and I never got my quote. I contacted Ecocute and within 2 days I had recieved a quote and agreed on a price. Every time I queried something I was very happy with the way they handled things. I would 100% recommend this company.

We have been absolutely thrilled with the service from Ecocute - and, although it's early days, the hardware seems tip top and the amount of electricity generated so far has exceeded expectations. We had solar panels fitted over 10 years ago at a previous property. With our previous installation the fitting of the panels was preceeded by a two hour visit from a company rep / estimator - so I was initially a little shocked that a quote and survey could be done remotely - however sophisticated the technology and software involved. But the service and installation has been seemless and everything has unfolded like clockwork. Connor and Corey have both been exceptionally helpful and kept me informed at every step - and answered all my questions. I have never dealt with a company who seemed to be constantly and quickly available to respond to any query - whether by phone or email. I would whole heartedly recommend them - indeed my daughter is also having an installation and my hairdresser is going to be contacting them soon!

I would highly recommend Eco-cute, from the beginning to the installation they have been first class. I researched lots of companies and Eco-cute stood out, all of there accreditation checked out and with the Which trader recommendation that sealed the deal. My initial phone call to Conner at Eco-cute put me at ease as it was clear they understood what they were doing, we talked through my options and Conner went away and produced me a proposal. The installation went as planned the electrician (Corey) and the roofers were very helpful and cleared away after themselves. Corey was excellent at explaining what he had installed and why and his workmanship was spot-on, couldn't of asked for more. Conner kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was going as planned. I am really happy with the panels and would recommend this company to anyone.

I was impressed from start to finish. Initial contact with Connor and then follow up through to installation day was great. His attitude and helpfulness was one of the reasons I chose Ecocute to undertake the work. Any questions I had were answered, I believe, honestly. The installation was carried out on the agreed date and the installation team were very professional with the system being up and running by the end of the installation day. Follow up communication and the provision of the necessary certificates for the installation was good. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I can highly recommend Ecocute if you are considering a solar panel installation. I chose them based on some very good reviews, and wasn't disappointed. The first conversations with Connor were polite and easy to understand, and he sent a very comprehensive quotation and set of projections through. I chose the system they recommended, and the install was booked for 2 months time. On the day of the install everything went extremely smoothly, and the system was up and running by the end of the day. Since then it has operated in the background with no issues - very rare in my experience that anything using technology works first time, but this did, and in the week since install has actually been delivering marginally more than the projections! Corey the electrician was excellent, clearly knows what he is talking about, was polite and courteous and did a very neat job. He's a really good ambassador for your company. The two roofers were equally good (sorry didn't catch their names) and similarly have done a very neat job. So all in all I would definitely recommend - a very easy transaction with pleasant and knowledgeable people, and a product that does exactly what it says.

Glad we decided on this company who did a brilliant job from start to finish. Knew little about Solar but Connor in the office was terrific in guiding us through the whole process. Lovely installation team - Corey, the electrician, did a brilliant job very efficient and informative and helpful as were the two fitters too. The sun shone throughout, a lucky bonus! The panels look great and thrilling to watch on the App. our battery charging up plus! Having recently observed some local activity on some solar panels near us from nesting feral pigeons and reading the damage they can do ! have been back again to Connor who has advised the installation of Pigeon proofing stainless steel mesh, black PVC coated, to match our black panels. The roofers will be back again this week and we are confident they will again do an excellent job. Well done and thank you to all at EcoCute.

We had a quote for solar from another company for 5k then they sent a salesman round and then up the price to 17k. This put us off getting solar, until we came across eco-cute. The no salesman is why we chose eco cute and after a quick call to them we had booked in our install. We couldn't of been happier with the whole process. Thankyou eco cute

Fantastic job. Efficient, friendly knowledgeable and a solar system that’s performing better than predicted. My father in law a retired electrician was very impressed with the work, and the customer service has been exemplary. I would happily recommend Connor and his team to anyone.

We had 3 quotes for installing Solar Panels, we decided on Ecocute as they explained everything about the installation, telling us how long it would take and what we could expect from Solar. No negatives to report only positives. Panels arrived and were installed on our roof one morning and the electrician connected everything and was finished by mid-afternoon. My husband is in the building trade and was impressed by the electrician's work. I would recommend this company anytime. There after-sale service is excellent as well.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient are just a few words that don’t adequately describe the team at Ecocute. I cannot praise them enough for the service they give, from quotation to installation they make the process straightforward and explain everything in detail so there are no surprises waiting to jump out at you. Connor was very patient in answering the many questions I had about the PV panels and battery storage and left me in no doubt about what to expect. When it came to the installation Scott the roofer and Corey the electrician were a wonder to behold, they never stopped from the moment they arrived and had everything installed and running in just over a day, both are a real credit to Ecocute. For excellent service and value, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was wanting to get solar panels fitted to help reduce bills and charge my EV. Ecocute were recommended by other users of an EV group on Facebook, so I contacted them. They were great, no pressure, explained everything, and the estimates for usage and generation they emailed me were thorough but easy to understand. The workmen were polite, efficient and got the job done within a day. We had solar panels, inverter and the appropriate electrical work done. The process was simple and Connor, our contact, couldn't have been more helpful. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for solar panels.

After the installation, I noticed that a coil of Earth wire (circa £30) was missing from my loft. I spoke to the employee asking if he might have taken it by mistake which he denied. Ecocute have twice said that they will replace the coil. During the installation the worker pointed out that neither the gas meter or the central heating pipes were earthed so he would not be able to "sign it off". My meters had been replaced recently, the earth wire was there dangling but not attached so a 5 minute job. Research revealed that because the gas pipes were not "extraneous conductors" , earthing wasn't necessary, later agreed by the worker. Also concerned that the clips holding the panels are displacing the roof tiles (by quite a gap) Ecocute say this is normal. Several roofers have since confirmed my fears and say that the brackets are too larege. One roofer spotted a tile broken during installation. I felt it my duty to inform Ecocute of my experiences but they didn't take them seriously. I have to say that I don't think the worker was touting for unnecessary work or that he stole the coil. Ecocutes response was to threaten to "de -install" my system. The system also came with "Rowan Rewards. Rowan Energy pay 10p per KWH for 5 (10) years. This was ok for about 3 months but then it stopped paying. I suspect this is a scam, it all sounds too good to be true, something to do with selling energy certificates tied in with cryptocurrency.

From the moment I contacted Ecocute, the level of service, and the friendly helpful and professional staff, have been fantastic. Even now, when the installation has been completed and paid for, the staff are more than happy to answer every question I have - even about related subjects such as crypto-mining, where they have given me invaluable advice and guidance. The installation team were also excellent and did a very tidy, quality and professional job. They too were more than happy to help me with any questions I had about the installed equipment, and the related app used for monitoring the electricity generation, for example. Although this is not the only consideration, it's still important to mention that the price of the system and its installation cannot be matched anywhere, and it's not even close. I would highly recommend this company in every way, to anybody considering having solar panels installed - in fact, I already have.

Contacted Ecocute for our solar panels and had nothing but excellent service and support from start to finish. After talking to them and placing an order it seemed that the installation would not be able to go ahead due to the property access and not being able to have scaffolding. After speaking to them they were able to offer an alternative installation method, which was cheaper, and an alternative date was set. The team arrived on site and were all highly professional. The panels were expertly installed in the morning, whilst the electrician commenced the work for the battery system. The whole installation took 2 days in total and looks great. The whole system is connected to my internet so I can control and monitor the system from anywhere. I can already see the savings and have ordered extra batteries.

We requested quotations from three companies and ultimately selected Ecocute to install solar panels, inverter and battery for our home. From the first conversation with the office to the very end, each member of the team was professional, courteous and efficient. We had many questions about the system, the phone app, the bird-proofing....and other areas, and Connor (in the office) had endless patience for our calls. No pressure, just quality work. Highly recommended!

How can I add to all these reviews! From Connor in the office through to Corey the installation electrician I received first class advice and service. Everything was explained clearly and the installation was straight forward and done very professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their products.

A special thank you to Connor, Glynn, Corey and the team including ‘Rory’ the electrician, for going the extra mile and some today 22-06-21 for resolving a problem by rectify a small electrical problem which took him 20min to sort out, I had my solar panels installed by Ecocute in 2019 and they have been amazing Best decision ever. There service and professionalism is 2nd to none, I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anybody wanting anything to do with Solar 😀

I'm not normally one for writing glowing reviews, but I have to say that the service from Connor, Glynn, Corey and the whole team has just been exceptional. I spoke to and had quotes from a few companies, asked to see some of their installations and was generally suspicious. I had tried to find a company local to me in Wirral and they did not seem to exist. When I spoke to EcoCute, I had a quote within an hour or two, they showed me how they would look on my house, explained the technical aspects of the installation and sent me loads of example pictures of their work. I did have one quote from someone cheaper, but their work was hideous. 'As the crow flies' wiring that I would have been embarrassed to have done myself. Install was all quick and efficient, the team on site were determined to do a brilliant job and keep us in the loop about what was happening, and best of all, today I'm going to hit 30kW generated. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had 14 solar panels fitted after much consideration. Glynn and Connor at Ecocute were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. The workmen who installed were punctual, tidy, polite and respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend Ecocute for solar installation. 10/10 from me. We just need some sun now!

Would highly recommend if your looking for a solar install. From the quote to the installation have been great service. Very neat and tidy with a professional team. Work carried out to a high standard with good quality products. Wil definitely use them again for battery storage system. Really happy customer.

I have been looking to install solar for sometime and I found Eco-cute on Facebook. I would highly recommend them. There were no Pushy salesmen and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable both. The cost was very reasonable and on the install day Scott and Cory arrived first thing and were very quick and thorough with their install. The installation was very neat and I am very pleased with the install. Within the hour that it was completed I received logins for the cloud based services which were the Solis Inverter and Rowan Smartminer. I would definitely use them again, maybe for a battery next time. Well done Eco-cute. Excellent service.

Extremely pleased with the work Ecocute had carried out, arrived between the times they said they would, started immediately, completed the work at the time they claimed it would be complete too! No messing about! Ecoute handled all the admin too so there was very little for me to do other than open the door!
