Eco Cute were excellent. They were very competitively priced versus other suppliers. The staff were very helpful throughout the enquiry and ordering stage. On the installation date the team were brilliant. The electrician had to get an extra part and that was done at no additional cost. The roof installation team were also excellent and the entire installation was completed by mid afternoon. The panels were very good quality, the app works effectively and I am very happy with the service, installation and product. I would highly recommend Eco Cute as they were by far the most cost effective supplier I found and were also brilliant at installing the panels and associated equipment.

From the first contact to the final installation, Ecocute were professional, honest and competent. I chose them over more local companies due to their value for money approach to the whole process. When dealing with the red tape requirements, that we all need to meet, they explained the why's and wherefores so I could provide the necessary documentation. Once we had agreed an installation date, engineers arrived on time, were polite and knew what they were doing, when they had finished they explained the whole system so I was aware how it all worked. Would I recommend Eco cute to friends and family -- yes definitely, a professional approach with a personal touch.

Everyone I dealt with in this company were very helpful. I had two main people to talk to before the solar panels were fitted and found both very good at answering my queries. The fitting of the panels was good and the fitter was very pleasant and helpful. I then had excellent support with the paperwork to ensure I received the tariff payment. I can’t find any criticism to make because everyone was helpful and the work carried out as planned.

Having found this team when trying to fix a fault in my old house, I was impressed with the help and support offered - even when there was no sale proposed. Having researched solar companies and systems for some time, I was pleasantly surprised at the price of this system. I was obviously weary and took time to ask questions before I agreed to the offer. It was the best decision i made. There was no pressure at all , no pushy sales. Nothing was too much trouble. The workman were on time, polite, informative and very professional. The system was explained and the company sorted out all my paperwork needed for the FIT. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Professional from start to finish. Job was installed within a short timescale from order to finish. The workmen got on with their work, and co existed amicably with the firm installing my Air Heat Source system which was being installed on the same day. Well what a pleasurable experience to deal with this company. Firstly they were several thousand pounds cheaper than my nearest quote and I had a few. I had to re arrange the original date due to my builders not having completed the patio. I phoned them the evening before to re arrange and they couldn't have been more helpful. So today they turned up fitted the solar panels and by two pm I was generating electricity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and they fully deserve the five star rating I have given them.

After requesting a quotation for Solar Panels, the company were very professional & efficient to explain all you need to know about PV Systems. Very reasonably priced. Having found myself with a solar inverter that didn't work and installed by a Company who are no longer trading, I was struggling to find a solution I eventually contacted Ecocute, and not only did they immediately identify the fault over the phone, they also arranged for a replacement inverter to be shipped from the manufacturer (under warranty). Installation was quick and efficient, by a couple of very personable lads, and the system is now up and running again. During the whole process, I was kept up to date with developments and would highly recommend Ecocute to anyone Bill Kenilworth

Having fallen foul of a 'cowboy' company who, not only failed to identify and fix the fault on our system, but had sold us an unnecessary inverter; I would like to give the Ecocute team a big 'thank You' for sorting us out. It wasn't an easy fault to fix as it lay with the optimisers on the roof panels but Glyn and his team got there and we are now generating again after a 4 month break. I know who I shall go to if I ever have problems again. My next job now is to try to recover a significant mount of money from the original company who messed us about. Thanks again Ecocute, all your people were knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

I commissioned Ecocute Ltd to carry out an annual maintenance review of my solar panels and battery storage systems. They found a fault which was difficult to rectify but Glyn stuck with it doggedly until a solution was found. Exceptional dedication.
