After hunting around and being let down time and again by others I found this company. They turned up when they said, they did what they said, charged less than they said, yea a little less than estimated.. completed on time, under budget. Very clean and tidy with excellent communications throughout.

I was looking to update my solar system that was installed on 8th July 2010 by a company that is no longer in business. I have received many calls from other companies, telling me I need various items due to changes in regulation. Ecocute have no sales people, or people called surveyors who are really sales people. They guided me through without trying to sell - even saying when you do not need something even if they sell it. Work was completed in under an hour and a half and arrived on the dot of the time they advised in a telephone call. It even cost less than I expected. I had my old inverter replaced and a solar boost added to my immersion heated cylinder.

Very pleased with the work done and the price, it was easy to talk on the phone no hard sell just friendly help,the system is working well and I would recommend this firm to anyone, I get the feeling any problems they would sort out

We used Ecocute to install solar panels on our roof and a battery storage system in our loft. They arrived to the minute as promised; the guys were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything they were going to do, then did it very efficiently. We're absolutely delighted with the quality of the work, the equipment and the way it's performing so far - and confident that if we do ever get any problems, they'll sort it for us. We also took advantage of one of their regular special offers and think it's amazingly good value. Can't fault anything they did for us - only thing to bear in mind is that (being a small company) they need paying on the day to help their cash-flow/keep prices down - just an observation rather than a complaint. We've already started recommending them to friends!

I can thoroughly recommend ecocute and the excellent service they provided me. They came round to my property and were exceedingly professional and carried out a very efficient job. I was notified in advance in regards to their arrival and the specifications of the job that would take place. I would also like to highly thank and recommend the engineer who carried out the work for myself personally as he really was very good, informative and extremely polite. The price for the installation was very fair and I will definitely be using them going forward if I were to need further work carryinging out. Thank you to the whole of the company for their fantastic communication, service and general customer care.

The Inverter in our Solar Panel system started to make a fast clicking sound on Monday. I contacted Ecocute late afternoon and explained the problem. An Engineer was at our property at 09.45 the next day. The system was inspected, tested and the faulty component replaced by 12.00 that day. I was really impressed by Ecocute in that they responded very quickly to my situation and had spares available to carry out the repair immediately. The paper work was emailed to me the same day along with warranties and receipts.

Very helpful, efficient, got a faulty system up and running. Can't fault the company, staff were very helpful, explained the various processes that they needed to go through in order to determine the fault, did the necessary work quickly, with a minimum of fuss. Will definitely utilise this company in the future if needed, and am considering upgrading to a system with a battery in the future. Again, have to say that the staff were excellent.

What a pleasure it was to deal with this company from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and their level of professionalism was second to none. I was looking for a local company to reinstall four panels that we had to remove when building an extension to our bungalow. Having done some searching on the internet and reading reviews of various companies I opted to drop Ecocute an email. Within minutes Glyn came back to me with a quote & suggestions on the best position of the panels to obtain maximum efficiency and visually pleasing to the eye. I would definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to family and friends.

We have had a problem with our PV system tripping a breaker in our consumer unit for some time - several 'experts' I have spoken to tried to tell me it was our inverter at fault and we needed a new one (at great cost). It transpires that when we replaced out consumer unit 18 months ago it was incorrectly wired. Cory soon identified the problem and quickly rewired the system correctly. We are now generating electricity normally once again not missing out the hot days when the system used to trip out. I can't fault the way this job was carried out and would definitely recommend this company working in an industry where there are so many cowboys.

I called Glyn and the team with a request for help/repair of my solar panel inverter. Sadly the prognosis was not good and looked like being expensive. Just as I was about to throw in the towel and look forward to having a four figure sum reduced from my bank balance, Glyn suggested he (yes he) calls the manufacturer to check if there is an extended warranty. This was done without hesitation and clearly at Glyn's cost. This is what customer service is all about. Above and beyond the call of duty!!!! Fortunately the unit had an extended warranty so all good for me. I do not know what Ecocute Ltd work is like, as in the end I didn't need to employ them. What I can say is that if the work is half as good as the service then you will have no issues.

EcoCute recently completed our third family installation since September 2017. My neighbour recently used them too, for their Solar Panels. The whole team reply to any questions promptly & had to help me with the Utility provider form. What I liked, is that I asked for a quote & I got a clear no nonsense reply. No mysterious hard sell. I also can’t recommend Corey (electrical installation dpt) he never stopped & is so neat & tidy.

Having had many hard push sales people from other suppliers, I can honestly say that the service from quote to order and installation was a great experience. The electrician and fitters did a fabulous job very neat and tidy and I’m now getting great value on the energy being generated. We are planning for a battery to be fitted later in the year, but for now it’s been great the app keeps you well informed and makes you think more wisely on how you use the power you are getting for free. A 12 panel system all in under £4K was fantastic value. The after sales is superb everyone was a delight to know. Best purchasing experience in a very long time!

I found Ecocute purely on price, they beat their competitors by miles. At first I was weary with the saying "too good to be true" ringing in my head but after more research and looking at their credentials (MCS approved etc.) I went for it - and I'm so glad I did! Initially a remote survey was done which again I was weary of when others needed to come out to quote. I was worried this would lead to unforeseen obstacles on the day, but everything was planned out well over the phone and it all went exactly how they said it would on the day. The team arrived bright and early and the roofers had the panels up by mid-day (I had 14 panels installed). The electrician was brilliant, and his work was so neat and tidy. Such a professional looking install and I was generating electricity by 2pm (as suggested on the remote survey!). All I can say is these guys know what they are doing. The ladies in the office were always helpful and so friendly. They even went the extra mile and completed all my paperwork for me to ensure my application for the FIT tariff was submitted in time (I only had 3 days to get this in after install day before the scheme closed!) Checking in on the performance with the remote monitoring is so addictive and it's nice to know I'm generating and using my own electricity purely from the sun. After a month my electricity usage has literally halved! Thanks so much Ecocute I'll definitely be back when I can afford to add a battery!

Eco Cute were excellent. They were very competitively priced versus other suppliers. The staff were very helpful throughout the enquiry and ordering stage. On the installation date the team were brilliant. The electrician had to get an extra part and that was done at no additional cost. The roof installation team were also excellent and the entire installation was completed by mid afternoon. The panels were very good quality, the app works effectively and I am very happy with the service, installation and product. I would highly recommend Eco Cute as they were by far the most cost effective supplier I found and were also brilliant at installing the panels and associated equipment.

From the first contact to the final installation, Ecocute were professional, honest and competent. I chose them over more local companies due to their value for money approach to the whole process. When dealing with the red tape requirements, that we all need to meet, they explained the why's and wherefores so I could provide the necessary documentation. Once we had agreed an installation date, engineers arrived on time, were polite and knew what they were doing, when they had finished they explained the whole system so I was aware how it all worked. Would I recommend Eco cute to friends and family -- yes definitely, a professional approach with a personal touch.

Everyone I dealt with in this company were very helpful. I had two main people to talk to before the solar panels were fitted and found both very good at answering my queries. The fitting of the panels was good and the fitter was very pleasant and helpful. I then had excellent support with the paperwork to ensure I received the tariff payment. I can’t find any criticism to make because everyone was helpful and the work carried out as planned.

Ecocute offered everything you could hope for when choosing solar panels. Excellent customer service, fantastic price, and great workmanship. I can only recommend Ecocute and cannot understand why anyone would go anywhere else.

Having found this team when trying to fix a fault in my old house, I was impressed with the help and support offered - even when there was no sale proposed. So when I moved home and wanted more panels I ordered form Ecocute. Helpful and supportive, friendly and considerate on the phone and efficient and professional doing the work. Having researched solar companies and systems for some time, I was pleasantly surprised at the price of this system. I was obviously weary and took time to ask questions before I agreed to the offer. It was the best decision i made. There was no pressure at all , no pushy sales. Nothing was too much trouble. The workman were on time, polite, informative and very professional. The system was explained and the company sorted out all my paperwork needed for the FIT. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Professional from start to finish. Job was installed within a short timescale from order to finish. The workmen got on with their work, and co existed amicably with the firm installing my Air Heat Source system which was being installed on the same day. Very happy with Ecocute, and after service has been great too as I have rung them a couple of times with queries about the system. I can’t praise Ecocute enough.
