The fitter came, and it was a lot more work than he thought, it wasn’t a problem for him. I was having a second PW2 along with a new Tesla back up gateway fitted on the outside of the house. Job done over 2 days, and works perfectly. Thank you Guys.

EcoCute were the cheapest quote, which isn’t always the best service, but the fitting was booked in promptly and when the electrician and fitter turned up, work was completed in a day. Everything seems good so far and all necessary certification paperwork to allow me to apply for SEG was provided very quickly.

The plan for the day was helpfully explained beforehand. The fitters arrived on time and set to work immediately with no fuss. The system works perfectly and I've had advice on feeding back the excess to the grid. I recommend Ecocute, Corey, Scott and Robyn.

After nine months of living with our new systems we're glad that we choose to go with Ecocute. They gave us a very competitive price, the installation was competently and efficiently carried out and the after sales service has been excellent. When it comes to installations, I suppose every job is slightly diffferent - so it was reassuring to see the experience and attitude that the installers brought to the job - and how they didn't cut corners in order to get things right. For example, we live in an old house (1830s) and so they went to a lot of trouble to keep the cabling unobtrusive. Like a lot of people, we'd had not had any prior experience of solar panels, inverters and batteries and so we have had a few queries once the installation was done. I've been particularly impressed with the service we've had from Connor and Robyn at the office. They're always prompt, knowledgable and friendly. I've happily recommended Ecocute to people and it goes without saying that if we ever wanted to extend/upgrade our system, we'd go back to them.

Every person that I have dealt with in this company has been helpful and knowledgeable. They answer all queries with great patience and knowledge. Their work is excellent and the fitters have great knowledge and happy to explain what they are doing. I hardly ever recommend a company to anyone but I am so impressed by this company that I have recommended them to lots of people. They do not employ sales people so no pressure to buy but their prices are far lower than competitors because of this. Always consider them if you want solar panels or a battery or both.

After finding these guys online and reading the reviews I made contact for a quote. My preference is to do things via email which Connor was happy to do, very quickly establishing my requirements and providing a quote. I found them to be very straightforward and transparent - no sales patter or pushy practices. I was delighted to find they did not need scaffold for my install, something that meant not only less cost but lots less inconvenience. The install was arranged for only a few weeks away and they actually installed earlier to avoid forecast high winds. The panels were installed whilst we were on holiday in a matter of hours and the engineer then came a few days later to install the Powerwall and Gateway etc - all went perfectly with a really neat job. The engineer did not stop and nothing was too much trouble, left everywhere tidy and handed everything over to me. It was all well managed from start to finish, no stress and no worry - everything went to plan. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Clear and concise emails, constant communication prior to the installation and always happy to answer your calls. They even arranged the scaffolding for me. Their price significantly undercut a competitor which my father in law had gone with, to the point I reinvested the savings into a larger capacity battery. On installation day, the electricians were first on the scene, busily working away. Very polite and hardworking. The roofers had not yet arrived. I needed to briefly leave my house for an hour and a half. I came back and the PV panels were up and the roofers packing up. I was astonished how quick the process was. The after sales care team were excellent. A year later I contacted them asking a question regarding my battery storage. Ecocute answered all my questions without hesitation. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about PV and battery storage.

Ecocute were amazing to deal with from the initial consultation through to the installation and commissioning, Connor was my direct contact and was always eager to help with all my questions, quote amendments, managing my whole project with advice and guidance to ensure the complete solution matched all my requirements. Installation day came around, the electrician and roofing specialist all arrived on the dot to the times given. My 14 panels were fitted before lunch, with the Tesla powerwall well underway, the whole system panels, invertor, powerwall, gateway and earthing rod all completed before 3:30. The work completed by both tradesmen was impeccable, neat and cleaned up any mess created, Cory the electrician went beyond to ensure all cabling was hidden or where this could not be achieved, perfectly installed conduit was used. I cannot fault any of the services given to me by Ecocute, and not only that they were also one of the cheapest quotes I received for Tesla and solar installations. Thank you Ecocute

What can I say about this company they are 100% the best out there . No fancy promises just good honest service from start to finish. Their price may not be the cheapest but when you are investing this sort of money you need to know that it’s the best . And I can honestly say that every thing they said they would do and supply they did . Conner in the office was my first contact and again nothing but praise for this man upfront and on the ball a credit to this company . The fitters were all excellent very tidy and cleaned up after they had finished not that that made that much mess . Overall would highly recommend this company to anyone that’s thinking getting solar look no further these guys are the best.

Finding Solar Installers online is very easy....there are so many companies offering services online and the search quickly becomes a minefield resulting in disappointing quotes and unseen and unrealistic costs. The reviews of Ecocute Ltd seemed a little too good to be true, but proved to be every bit as good as hoped for. The company know their business well and provided all the guidance and a competitive package to meet and exceed expectations. Choosing a Trusted Trader brings peace of mind if the reviews are real, honest and accurate and I was delighted to find that from initial consultation to completion of the installation, every aspect of the process did exactly that! The work was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner on the date they promised (despite inclement weather!) and to a high standard. Not knowing what to expect or even if you have chosen the right system for your budget or needs would be high on the customer's priority list if making an outlay which should provide a long term solution to one's energy needs and whether or not the system will be reliable and cost effective, but the package was budgeted and tailored to be precisely that. The workmanship & integrity of Ecocute have given me every confidence this was the best solution I could have chosen for my energy needs.

I’ve just had an installation done for a battery. The price I was quoted is the price I have just paid by credit card, no extras and they have not cut any corners. The reason I mention this is that I thought the price was too good to be true, I have got myself a bargain. The guys were here early, and gave me all the options straight away, and whilst I asked for a different fitting location they just got on with it! So, great price, early arrival and they cleaned up after they’d finished. I dealt with Connor in the office who was nice and friendly; he knew his stuff! I am an awkward customer, these guys were the absolute business, and had a fantastic work ethic. A company I now trust and will recommend to family and friends.

Having a bad experience with a different solar panel company it was a breath of fresh air dealing with ecocute. They wasn't pushy like other companies they where honest and recommended the right system for my usage. They delt with everything including scaffolding which wasn't costly. I'd say they offer a far price and the fitting team are fantastic and have done a neat great job. Both Robyn and Connor who delt with my enquiries and my order where amazing lovely customer service very helpful always available. I'd say over all probably the best solar installers within the UK I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

We Have had a bad experience with a solar panel company. we did a Google search and found this company and what can I say this company stands out 100% The quality of work was outstanding. They came on time very reliable outstanding work would recommend to anyone.

After getting several quotations for solar panels, I decided to go with Ecocute as they were the most competitively priced and efficient on my initial dealings. The team arranged the scaffolding (again at a competitive price), turned up when they said they would and left a neatly fitted system. The whole process from start to finish has been efficient and smooth. A very approachable and easy company to work with.

What can i say, Fantastic service and Price, saw many companies, and prices where all £8000+ for 4 panel system although advertised cheeper, Ecocute fitted a 10 panel system in as little as 5 hrs, and I am up and running, very tidy installation, I would not recommend looking elswhere without speaking to them first, I am just a home owner in lincolnshire

Really happy with the install. The team came in early doors and did a fantastic job. They have years of experience. The battery wasn't the easiest to install due to space being a limiting factor, however the team of electricians did a very fine job and cleaned up after themselves. Honorable mention to Connor who provided amazing service, answered all queries and kept me informed post installation on how to work the App to get the best use of the Solar power and batteries. I stumbled upon this company by chance on the Which.co.uk website, it was rated the highest in terms of quality, service and workmanship it is evident why they are number 1. Friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. From the initial enquiry to completion was only a matter of weeks, the install only took a day, worked first time with no issues, despite the inclement weather. Can I say a personal thank you to:- Connor, who took the initial enquiry and helped throughout Robyn, who tolerated my questions and made sure the process proceeded smoothly. Scott who installed the panels and Corey who took care of all the electrics. Cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you.

I originally contacted Ecocute to install batteries to our existing solar system and have just had them back to install more panels/batteries. The service we have had from them has been exceptional, Connor has always answered any questions/queries (and I had a few!), even with the panels that were fitted by another company. The fitters have done an excellent job installing the panels, they were tidy, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond and do a great job.

After requesting a quotation, the company were very professional & efficient to explain all you need to know about PV Systems. Very reasonably priced. We decided to go ahead with the installation without any pushy salesman. All went as planned and the electrician's and roofer were personable, knowledgeable, clean & tidy. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with two jobs by this company. Efficient but most of all excellent follow up work when I had a problem with an EV charger. After service is the key and many companies fail on this but not Ecocute.

My job role is in Technical & Quality. I always look for brands/retailers that sell a product and associated service (customer service) that are value for money for quality and then deliver them above expectations. I know the brands that I go back to because they do this as part of their ethos - Ecocute is definitely on my list. They've done their homework (as expected) and offer the best quality for value for money for the long-term life of product with a wrap-around customer service to go with it. However, the team is more than happy to have any and every discussion to make sure you, as the customer, get what you need - my favourite questions always started with 'If you were in my shoes...'. We had our PV panels installed in February and our battery in May 2023. Discussions started much before this - in mid-2022. Ecocute had (and continues to have) the best communication and follow-up, recommendations / specifications, product review ratings and customer ratings but also the best prices compared to the two other quotes we received (from much bigger organisations/companies that were apparently not buying from rated manufacturing companies - but we only found this out on querying further as part of our assessments). We were updated on every stage, and nothing is too much trouble for the team even now after our purchase. A special mention: Connor - as the name and voice of Ecocute is excellent. Robyn comes close. Paul & Danny (roofers) were also impressive.

I have been shopping for solar for about about a year, Ecocute popped up on my radar with an excellent price and quick installation ( as I had scaffolding erected for another job on the house anyway) . At time of booking the office informed who was going to carry out my installation and times of arrival etc. The day of installation came and the they arrived bright and early, working on a very warm day they carried out a very neat installation and to my surprise we were producing electricity by lunchtime. while the installation was carried out I received an email giving me details of an account to enable me to view my solar output, all very effecient and very nice tradesmen. I had no hesitation in recommending the company to a friend on my road who was looking for solar.

The first part of my installation - a 10kWh battery - was installed in June, after numerous telephone conversations, and email messages with Connor - (who was very supportive, and knowledgeable), we chose Ecocute in preference to the other quotes we had recieved. The solar PV - a 3.2kW array - has also now been fully installed, by Corey and Liam, who arrived 8am 07-08-23, and the work, which is of a very high standard was all completed and handed over by 3pm. The reason for the gap between the two parts of the installation was nothing to do with Ecocute, the work had to wait until work needed on my roof was completed. The system works very well, and the App is very user friendly, fully explained by Corey - I easily monitored my system while on holiday in Greece, and adjusted the charge duration and time for the battery to benefit from the Agile Octopus tariff. The final piece of the jigsaw was also made much easier by Ecocute, Robyn made the application to my DNO on my behalf, I got the confirmation from the DNO on 15-08-23 many thanks to Robyn. I applied to Octopus for my SEG on 18-08-23. I got confirmation of my export tariff on 30-08-23. I am very happy with my system, which is working very well Overall I am very pleased with the work and support I have had from Ecocute and am a very happy customer and would highly recommend them.

Ecocute fitted our solar panels and storage battery (and everything else that this entails!) today. They have been fantastic. The whole team from start to finish have been knowledgeable and friendly. Explaining everything as they went along. Their customer service is excellent and I am confident that they are just a phone call away if we need them. Wonderful company, would 100% recommend.
