EcoGlow have done loads of jobs for me over the years, and been terrific! Leah has been the main coordinator on my jobs, and is fast, friendly and trustworthy. I'm very appreciative, thank you!

Matthew arrived at the exact time I was told. He was a star. He fixed thermostats onto my radiators and a new heating thermostat. The house is full of stuff and not easy to gain access to all the radiators but nothing was too much trouble for him to deal with. He even set up my remote control thermostat and was very patient showing me how to use it on my phone! He was very polite and courteous and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Paul from the EcoGlow team installed a new shower unit for me, and did a great job. I'm very pleased with the result, and Paul was wonderful - so polite and punctual. They also offered advice about materials before the job, which was very helpful. I would use them again.

Bathroom fans fitted, window air vents, both sets of tradesmen were professional, helpful, communication was brilliant,explained thoroughly. Pleasure to have these in my home knowing work was completed to a high standard, will use this company again if I have too.

Given the problems you sometimes hear about I was nervous but I need not have been. The company (ecoglow) was referred by Scottish power and the installation was very smooth. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and gave us any information we needed. I can't compare with other providers as have not used but they seemed very good.

We were referred via Scottish Power. Ecoglow sorted scaffolding, fitting of solar panels on roof and battery in garage. Everyone on the phone, email and in person was prompt, polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ecoglow renovated my bathroom to cater for my personal needs, being 86 I needed facilities tailored to my decreasing mobility. Paul, Matt and Ziggy were very friendly and helpful, ever sensitive to my needs and making suggestions as the work progressed to make sure that the end result was what I wanted. Their work was of the highest quality. I had some concerns about the progress of the work about midway through, but Danielle and Tony addressed these. I am delighted with my new bathroom, it provides me with everything I wanted. It was completed at the quoted cost despite some fairly major variations to the originally planned layout. I judged the cost to be a good value for money. Towards the end of work on the bathroom, my 25-year-old central heating system was found to have a gas leak. Within 2 hours of Tony being made aware of this, he had Matt come to diagnose the problem, and it became obvious that I had to have a new boiler. The moment he had determined the need for a new boiler, Matt agreed a quotation with Tony in a 5 minute phone call and started work at once. Matt was amazing, alone he installed the new combi boiler within 4 working days. He sited it in my old airing cupboard so that extra storage space could be made available in my kitchen, where the old boiler was. I am so grateful for my new bathroom & boiler. Together they have made my daily life so much easier.

Matt was great - friendly, professional and helpful. He gave lots of good advice on how to get the best out of the boiler and the heating system. He also dealt speedily with a list of smaller plumbing jobs around the house : dripping taps, shower head replacement, faulty toilet seat and radiator thermostat issues. Highly recommended !

Under the Green Home Scheme we had loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and solar heating. Danielle took charge from the start Always friendly and cheerful, organising the works in a prompt and efficient manner. Danielle always followed up with calls to explain the next steps, as well as coinciding the timing of the works around our schedule. Danielle is an asset to this company! Thank you Danielle for all your hard work and efficient organising. It was a pleasure dealing with you - you showed how customer service should be conducted.

Ecoglow fitted a new gas boiler for us and have subsequently serviced it. They did a very professional job in good time and sorted out all the guarantee paperwork. I would certainly recommend them.
