I just got a big window and door fitted by ecologic windows and doors. They were very efficient, quick and polite. Everything looks perfect.

We received a prompt response to our first enquiry followed by a very informative home visit and initial assessment from Fred. We took a lot of care in selecting a contractor; Fred and Ashley were very patient in answering our many questions before we made the decision to proceed with Ecologic. We also thought the quotation was competitive. Two of the old windows had been installed incorrectly in the 1990s, one of them was leaking. We felt we were given helpful advice about the process of installation and home these problems could be addressed. The installation over two days went very smoothly; Leon and his colleague were extremely polite and efficient, and again open to questions and comments on the work as it proceeded. The finish of the windows, in particular the join with the surrounding wallpaper and windowsills was impeccable. We have delayed for six weeks in submitting a review in case there were any teething problems, but there have been none, and the new windows have successfully weathered some torrential rain in the interim period. All the catches and locks are working well. Ashley made a very thorough post installation inspection. Overall, it was a very positive experience for us, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ecologic to other potential customers.

From the outset, Ecologic made the entire process of window installation incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Their punctuality was impeccable, showing up exactly when promised. Just had 5 windows in total fitted to my Victorian period property and am a very happy customer. I have already ordered a 6th and will be back for my doors also. The process from start to finish was extremely reassuring, from the initial sales point of contact who presented all the right credentials of the business making me feel like I was in safe hands to numerous calls and visits prior to installation to make sure I was completely happy before being approved. I also ordered some bespoke furniture for my Victorian slider windows which again was not any trouble for them to accommodate. I was then kept in the loop throughout the process for when the fitters would arrive which they did as promised on the given day. The fitting team got on with the job quickly and efficiently and no question was too much trouble, very personable people who made me feel very comfortable. They were also very respectful of my home. On completion of the job I was called up to arrange a site visit the following day by the owner of the business who was very thorough in reviewing the installation and was happy to understand how the job went, again for peace of mind this was really important. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to others which speaks for itself.

Ecologic windows and Doors have fitted a side door to access our garage, cutting an opening through the brick work. We decided to go with this company due to the fact that they gave a very professional approach from the start of the process measuring and informing us of the process stage by stage, that we didn't experience from others quoting for us. The installation was brought forward of the original date, which suited us. The team were very professional from start to finish even when the process through up some problems, they completed the first stage by working over there time so the fitting could be completed on the agreed day. The team were very polite and hard working answering all questions, The fitting of the door was perfect and made look easy and finished to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

What an excellent Company with excellent Product and workmanship. The Managers/Owners should be proud of their fitters. I had replacement Front Door, Back Door and Kitchen window. I have a front entrance to my home that now makes me smile, the quality of the door is superb. The replacement back kitchen door and window open and close with ease, enhancing the Newley fitted kitchen. I would like to recommend Go Ecologic should you be replacing any doors or windows, from my first contact to installation they have been professional and knowledgeable. There are a few what are little things to some people but are of great importance to be for example 1) Receiving emails on progress 2) Phone call on the day of installation advising when fitter was scheduled to arrive and the fitters name. 3) The fitters care and attention to details respect of my home, leaving my home and there work area tidy when they finished. These are just a few that impressed me. I received a visit from Aaron on day of installation who checked I was happy with the work, plus left me the Assure Certification.

Would highly recommend Ecologic windows and doors, we decided to use these guys as after getting another quote they were a fair amount cheaper for exactly the same windows and door and even included extra brick work that needed doing that the other company was not interested in doing. We did change our minds several times on colour and style but the guys were absolutely fine on supplying different quotes and we’re not pushy at all. We finally decided on colour and style and the guys were brilliantly, clean and tidy on insulation, all installed to a high standard. After care is fantastic nothing is to much trouble for them. Great company and great guys to deal with.

We’ve just had 5 replacement windows and a solid conservatory roof with replacement glass units & French doors fitted. From the moment Fred visited to measure up & quote to the very end, communication was great & nothing was too much trouble. With all building work you get hiccups & this was no exception but what was exceptional was the no quibble, fast response from Ashley & his trusty crew. All workmen that visited us (electrician, plasterer, decorator, window & door fitters) were professional, polite, respectful of our property & super tidy - no noisy music either 🙂 We are very pleased with the final result as we can sit in our conservatory and not hear traffic noise, not get roasted or frozen to death! So looking forward to spending a lot more days of the year in there. A job well done by lovely guys, thank you.

A friend had recommended ecologic windows and so glad we went with them. Professional service from beginning, the windows are very high spec, really good quality product. Fitters did a great job and were clean and tidy. I would definitely use again if needed.

Some half a dozen of my upvc unit double glazed units were beginning to mist and needed replacement. In due course I expect the rest will need doing.Ecologic managed to fit modern argon filled units which were more efficient as well as heel and toe the back door because it was drooping down a bit. Ecologic had my units measured,ordered and then fitted much faster than I expected and with no mess or fuss. We are delighted with the team that fitted them. You cannot go wrong with this thoroughly professional company.

Another excellent job from Ecologic. This time they fitted new glazing units to the gable end of our lounge. The whole process from Fred's first visit to job completion went very smoothly and everyone was very helpful and professional.

Fred came to see us on several occasions and was very patient as it took us a while to make up our mind as to what we wanted. Absolutely no hard sell just really good advice from an expert in his field. It did take a couple of months for the doors and windows to be made but this was because it was mostly bespoke special order. The quality of the doors and windows are excellent and we really notice the benefits of the Planitherm glass. Excellent value for quality products and expert installation, a very good investment. We are delighted with the new windows and front door supplied and fitted by Ecologic. The initial support and advice from Fred was excellent and there was absolutely no pressure on us to replace all the windows at once (we opted to do front upstairs/downstairs + front door now with back upstairs/downstairs + back door to follow in a few months). Fred fully respected our budget and brief but gave us some useful observations on points to consider that we hadn't thought about. Leon and Charlie who carried out the work came when they said they would and were extremely efficient, friendly and tidy. They were also very tolerant of our dog who tried to get involved from time to time. There was absolutely no mess and the interface with the existing decor was seamless ie the new windows and door looked like they grew there. The job was completed on time and on budget and all paperwork and payments were completely straightforward. The unexpected bonus was that Leon has a lovely singing voice.

We wanted to freshen things up. We chose Ecologic because of the confidence they gave us that they knew what they were doing and their local experience. Rosewood finish outside with white internals. They did the work in a couple of weeks and to budget. They fit the windows - 3/4 in a day - with a minimum of disruption. The whole programme is managed in an ordered fashion. No mess and all rubbish removed each day. Virtually no touch up work required afterwards. We are delighted with the windows and the look and feel of the house has been transformed. Absolutely recommended. 5 stars.

We would highly recommend team Ecologic (Fred & Leon) who supplied and fitted 13 new windows, a set of patio doors and a bifold door. The windows replaced large, old Georgian sash windows, they look amazing, fit perfectly and are draught free. You would not know they were PVC. We are thrilled with them. Leon and Charlie did a great job of fitting them, they were efficient, tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. Thank you Ecologic!

Our very large patio door was shattered through the lawnmower throwing up a stone. The insurers, LV sent an assessor who we learned was a glazier responsible for all their window claims. The adjoining fixed window (part of the same unit) needed replacing as seals dried out. LV's quote was almost the same as Ecologic but they would not replace the adjoining window. Ecologic's quote was therefore half of the LV claim and it included replacing both units. The job was done excellently in no time at all and all the mess completely cleared up. Fully satisfied. The practice of allowing the assessors to also carry out the job surely opens the gate for them to charge what they want and should be stopped.

Ecologic Windows & Doors are a good team of reliable tradesmen who fitted my front door and several windows. Leon is an excellent experienced tradesman who fitted our doors and windows efficiently and to a high standard. He came to the house when he said he would and on time, was a very tidy worker and easy to get along with. Fred also gave some invaluable information about the extra security provided by the product available along with the guarantees. Invoicing and deposit scheme was easy to pay. A good round team of tradesmen where nothing is too much trouble.

It was a pleasure to deal with Ecologic. Products clearly described and no sales pressure. Installation was carefully completed with many dust sheets installed. The finish was excellent. The site left totally as found with no mess left. Lovely job and they look great!

I'm glad I approached Fred at Go Ecologic for my window and door installation. From initial quote through to completion his communication was fantastic. He got back to me quickly with a fair quote and on the day our scheduled install finished he presented us with hard copies and digital versions of building control approval etc. I am told the guarantee will arrive shortly. The company has an insured deposit scheme which takes the stress out of paying some of the cost upfront which I appreciated. Our install was a bit later than originally planned but Brexit and Covid both played their part. Leon seemed a very competent installer and worked hard the 3 days they were with us, leaving our home and garden tidy at the end of each day and arriving promptly each morning. We had a slight issue with Georgian bars being missed off the order but Fred was quite apologetic about this and I have been advised they will return to change the front glazing panels in the next few weeks at no cost to ourselves. I will update the review once this has been completed but have every faith that the company will deliver on their promise having found them very professional to deal with. I am very happy with the quality of the work in general and the windows and doors (I had an entire terraced house worth updated). We have a very slight issue with small areas of sealing / silicone missing which I will address with them on their return but otherwise very happy and would not hesitate to use them again!

This is the third time I have used Ecologic Windows and Doors, having previously replaced all my windows and doors. Both Fred and Leon are incredibly professional. They both have indepth knowledge and Leon is amazing at installing even the trickiest windows and doors within an old house. I placed my trust in their expertise and have been incredibly pleased with the results. I would heartily recommend this company as they go above and beyond expectations.

I used Ecologic as they were the only company when I was ringing around for quotes, who explained 'why'. EG why some companies offer a warranty on the frame, but shorter warranty on glass and door lock/handles, why the same trade frame is less or more expensive from different companies etc and the difference between the different glass. So for the first time I felt I could make an informed decision about replacement UPVC, which is important given that UPVC replacements are not cheap and I want it to last. The lead in time was about the same as other companies at around 3 months. Communication was good and responses to emails were prompt. The patio door was fitted without issue and it seems really good quality. The Ultion keys seem noticeably far superior to any keys I have come across before. The door was replaced without fuss and I am really happy with it and with Ecologic. Would definitely recommend.

Ecologic installed 8 PVC upstairs windows. An excellent, professional company from the start. A clear, prompt and competitive quote from Fred who continued to keep me informed of the progress of my project. The work was carried out as per the quote and to the agreed schedule. Leon and Josh did an excellent job of fitting and were cheery, tidy and efficient. They were even quick to return and replace a couple of sticky hinges...after I had settled the bill. I would have no hesitation in engaging them again and highly recommend to others.

Replaced front door and side door to garage. Fred was very professional when we first met him and this continued throughout the process. Having experienced two hard sells from two other door providers, it was pleasure dealing with Fred. He is knowledgeable, tells you in a straight forward and simple manner, an communicates very well. All mess was tidied away and the doors look great. There was a supply problem with the key, but this was simply remedied without any fuss. We have just had a new PVCu rear door fitted exactly five weeks after being quoted and, considering that this small firm is extremely busy I think that's pretty good. My initial enquiry was handled efficiently and the proprietor Fred, who told me he'd worked for many years for a very large double glazing manufacturer, came round to discuss our needs quickly. He was clearly knowledgeable and confidently explained many options. This was followed by an emailed quotation. I also obtained a quotation from another local Which? Trusted Trader which was a much larger company and which also offered excellent service and products. I chose Ecologic because their price was slightly lower. I waited 3 weeks for the job to be surveyed by Leon, who also fitted the door assisted by Mark. Leon told me he'd just got back from holiday and he had a large amount of work to catch up. However, the job was done only two weeks later in couple of hours. The work was carried out quickly by experienced and skilled professionals who left the area clean and tidy and took away the old door and frame. I have no hesitation in recommending this trader.

We obtained quotations from 3 local companies including Ecologic. The company impressed us because of the initial price quoted and Fred's willingness to improve the initial specification to meet our requirements and providing us with detailed information about the guarantees offered. The work was carried out over 4 days and we were very satisfied with the installation work carried out by Leon and Mark. As promised no damage was caused to any of our internal decorations at all.

We had 2 windows replaced, the fitting only took 1/2 day they were very clean and tidy. Great communication throughout the process, they are friendly, efficient and reliable, I would highly recommend them and would use this company again.
