I had 3 units installed in Feb 2024 by Slav & one of his men. He explained everything he was going to do, then they tidied up as they went from room to room. It's 2 years now & they are brilliant. I live in a flat that had a lot of humidity, until I had this system installed. They do a marvellous job, if I have any questions or queries I just drop Slav a text or what's app & he gets back to you asap. Before having these installed, I was buying dehumidifier boxes to collect the moisture in my flat. Now I have these installed, the levels of humidity, are monitored by the system automatically. Which is brilliant, I have not had to buy any dehumidifiers since having this system installed. I would absolutely recommend this system, to anyone who is thinking about buying it. You will not be disappointed.

We had a really bad damp problem in our property for several years. Nothing seemed to work. The walls and ceilings were covered with mould. Someone then recommended Exostream, which we'd never heard of. Slav and his team were professional and clean in their work and the units were installed in one day and were barely noticeable in terms of the fan sound, even in complete silence. I deliberately have waited one year to leave the review as the problem always got much worse in the winter. The results have been outstanding. There isn't a single sign of mould, even in areas that were completely black previously. Would highly recommend Exostream. The best money we've ever spent on our property.

The Prana DMVHR installed by Slav from Ecostream has been excellent. We had an issue with the clock occasionally disappearing from the screen, which is a really useful feature. The Prana team remotely identified and quickly solved the problem, and Slav followed up to confirm the bug was fixed so a great service. As the product goes, the app is very easy to set up and intuitive to use with an impressive set of data, if thats your thing! Operation is virtually silent, and the unit blends seamlessly into the background without drawing attention. Air quality has noticeably improved, and the heat recovery works efficiently. It is expensive, but it is consistently, the only DMVHR I found, that gets very good reviews, so it's worth it in my opinion. Overall, it’s a very reliable, well-designed system that does exactly what it promises.

I contacted Eco Stream as I had a project in my cellar converting it from a clay hole into a games room. I had a quote from the conventional ducted fan systems at 4.5k. I didn’t have the room on the ceiling to do this type of installation so Slav provided me with the Prahna option. It’s been installed for over a year now and I have no damp, mould or air issues at all. It works an absolute treat. This saved me 3k on a conventional ducted clean air system. I couldn’t be happier with the products and it also works perfectly in my main bathroom where most of the traffic is. Thank you all.

I have a one-bedroom flat on the ground floor of a Victorian building. The bedroom is north facing with big bay windows and the condensation would often cause excessive mould. In 2023 I researched various options and the Prana units from Ecostream looked to be a great solution. I had one installed in the bedroom and it’s helped massively. I rent the flat out and not had any issues with mould since. It’s saved me a lot on deep cleaning, redecorating and ultimately kept my tenants happy. 3 years later it’s still working like new and it’s just been cleaned and serviced by Ecostream for a a very reasonable price. I recommended the units to my sister, who also rents out her previous property and is also in a Victorian building which had major issues with mould. She had 3 units installed in various locations and not had any issues since.

I moved to a new house in May 2025, we soon realised we had a problem with condensation due to the lack of ventilation in the property. I used WHICH to explore my options and came across Ecostream. I contacted Slav and he was very professional and informative with what I needed. He came to do a home survey and recommended that I should have 4 Prana unit’s fitted, and both bathroom fans changed to more efficient fans than we had. On agreement, work commenced as promised, Slav and his installer were very tidy and clean and professional throughout the whole process, and they finished and completed on the same day. Since having this system installed my home feels much more comfortable with no condensation and fresh air constantly being brought in via the units. I would highly recommend this company. I feel personally the units will pay for themselves over the duration of time, as the condensation issue was fairly bad.

Slav and his team installed 3 Prana’s in our 1930s terrace which was experiencing condensation and some mould build up around the windows. The product has been great and in the main solved all the issues we were experiencing. Slav and his team were highly professional and installed all 3 Prana’s in one day with minimal disruption and mess (this was in particularly impressive as all rooms were left as if no one had even been in them)! We have had a couple of times where we had to call on Slav to fix issues (mainly user error!) and he was super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Ecostream.

We've had four Prana recuperators fitted at our house, two in bathroom a year ago, one in our bedroom and one in a utility room six months later. They do a terrific job at removing the moisture, both in our bathrooms as well as in our bedroom, where we used to have condensation problems on our windows during the nights. We keep the bedroom unit on the lowest speed, and can barely hear it although it's very close to the bed's head. I wish the units' API was accessible -- like most smart devices these days -- so that they could be incorporated in our home automation. Generally the controls are a bit limited beyond the auto mode (and a detailed feature request email to Prana went unanswered), but apart from that I'm very happy with the product. With regards to Ecostream, they're responsive, effective, and conscientious. They're installing these day in, day out, and it shows. They nonetheless care about a job well done, and when I noticed that one of the installed units was making a bit more noise, they tried to adjust it and finally replaced it on the spot with a new one. I'll be installing two more units at my house shortly!

We had 8 Prana units fitted to our kitchen, reception rooms and bedrooms to overcome mould problems and because we wanted to avoid having trickle vents in new triple glazed windows. The installation process was planned with our involvement for best siting aesthetically and performance-wise. The team worked long hours to complete the installation in 3 days and were polite and helpful despite working around domestic clutter. They cleaned up continually as they went along. The functionality was carefully explained and Slav helped me set up the nice app on which one can see all the parameters (temperature, humidity etc) on each unit. We noticed an immediate improvement in air quality. This was especially noticeable after we came back from a holiday when the house smelt fresh despite having been closed up. If only all products and installers were this good....

In 2022 we had EcoStream install Prana dMVHR units in our house and have been happy with how the units have worked. We are having EcoStream install a fourth as part of an extension. Slav has been very easy to work with and very helpful. It is great that he appears to have such a good relationship with the manufacturer as you can get quite technical questions answered as well as providing feedback. We had three units installed; one in the kitchen, one in a shower room, and one in our living room. The kitchen and shower room units are the 160 ERP Pro mini and the lounge is the 210 ERP Pro mini unit. Had a minor issue originally with the 160 units but it was resolved very quickly by Slav at EcoStream without any problems. We have noticed a meaningful difference in the humidity management in the kitchen and shower room compared to the standard fans which were installed previously. The unit in the lounge was a bit of an experiment for us as we didn't have a particular issue with air quality that we were trying to solve. However, it is noticeable that when we have meals like curry which usually have a strong lingering smell, within about 30 minutes of eating there is little to no smell remaining.

The flats, with solid walls, Crittall windows & poor air circulation, suffer from bad damp. As part of a programme to improve insulation and air quality, the decision was made to install MVHR where possible and economic. Ecostream has installed systems in 5 flats so far and they work well, quietly and efficiently. The value for money is ok from a landlord's perspective. We intend to install them in future flats, as they are renovated. Ecostream service is personal and responsive.

Ecosteam installed 6 units in my 1930's house 18 months ago primarily to deal with condensation in bedrooms and damp in a very busy laundry room. The company was easy to deal with, the product was explained well and the installation was done on a timely basis. The Prana units have done exactly what I hoped they would. I no longer have any condensation on our aluminium windows and the unit works well at removing moisture caused by drying clothes. We live in a Victorian property and as part of the renovation work we had two prana units installed, one in the new kitchen extension and one in the bathroom. We had condensation and mould issues in our old kitchen and bathroom. The building work included insulation so we were keen to ensure we didn't seal it up to avoid trapping moisture. We have no condensation and the air quality is great! We love that there's no cold draft. A truly professional service from initial survey to final installation of three decentralised MVHR Prano 160 ERP PRO mini ventilation units in a 2 bedroom flat which had problems over many years with condensation and mould. Slav and his colleague demonstrated an efficient and highly flexible approach throughout the entire process. Slav was very customer focused and explained in good clear detail the benefits of the system, its simplicity of operation and the very good design concepts used in the construction of the products. I had researched widely other similar systems but concluded that the Prano units were technically superior and better designed. I was particularly concerned about possible noise and display light levels during the night but found that the night setting was excellent for providing a trickle flow with no audible sound and the display can be either turned off or set to a minimum light level. Other features relating to the simplicity of operation allow you to set and forget the units to continuously operate without daily intervention. Within a few weeks following installation there was a noticeable improvement and after two months operation there is a very significant improvement in the air quality and no signs of condensation or mould throughout the flat. I highly recommend the Prano units and the Ecostream business culture for their excellent customer focus and service provision.

Vyacheslav and his colleague came to install 2 Prana units in my house last March. It’s a new build eco house and very well insulated so requires ventilation to control air quality. From first contacting Ecostream we found Vyacheslav very helpful and knowledgeable, all our questions were answered quickly and courteously. The installation was smooth and considerate of our non- standard build, and we were able to trust that the work was done to a high standard consistent with the building materials used. We have a prana in the bathroom as the only ventilation unit, and one in the kitchen together with a cooker extractor. They work really well keeping the air quality good, taking humidity out whilst maintaining warmth. They also eliminate smells in the house and keep the air fresh. We are considering having more units fitted in other rooms. If we have any questions, Vyacheslav is always happy to reply to messages and advise us. We are really happy with Ecostream and recommend them.

I purchased the EcoStream system for £1,300+ to fix a recurring damp issue in my HMO kitchen (six occupants). Sluv, the seller/manager, inspected my property and assured me his system would solve the issue. Initially, it seemed to work, but when cold weather arrived, my walls became wet, and lumps formed. Sluv advised me to adjust settings to Auto, then Auto Plus, but the issue persisted. When he visited, I showed him that my £150 floor dehumidifier instantly dried the walls, while his system failed. Instead of addressing the failure, he blamed the cold weather, my extractor fan, and the number of people in the kitchen—factors he knew from the start. I tested both units on video: when I switched off EcoStream and used the floor dehumidifier, the walls dried up; when I turned it back on, they became wet again. After I sent him the proof, he blocked me. Verdict: Do Not Buy This system is a waste of money. A £150 dehumidifier works better than this £1,300+ unit, and the seller offers excuses instead of support. Avoid EcoStream at all costs!

We had six Prana 160 ERP PRO mini units installed in our house as part of a complete house renovation. We could not be happier with the outcome. They perform really well. There is not a drop of moisture on any windows, even when drying laundry inside. Interestingly we have found there is no need for the dehumidifier we used to use when drying clothes and clothes dry incredibly quickly even in the current cold weather with no heating on! The night setting is great - I hate background noise and I really do not notice any noise and when the display is turned down there is no light coming from it so the unit really does not disturb your sleep which was one of my concerns before installation. These units were much more economical to install as they did not require the huge amount of building work that a centralised MVHR system requires, and I am anticipating much easier and cheaper to maintain. I was glad we chose this system when I saw the mess and disruption friends installing a centralised system have just endured. Ecostream were very easy to deal with - communication was easy, they answered my MANY questions, were flexible in the dates for the diamond core drilling and then installation to fit around our project and other trades, and Slav made sure he scheduled time with us to show us how to use and clean them when they were installed. Overall, I am a very happy customer.
