A truly professional service from initial survey to final installation of three decentralised MVHR Prano 160 ERP PRO mini ventilation units in a 2 bedroom flat which had problems over many years with condensation and mould. Slav and his colleague demonstrated an efficient and highly flexible approach throughout the entire process. Slav was very customer focused and explained in good clear detail the benefits of the system, its simplicity of operation and the very good design concepts used in the construction of the products. I had researched widely other similar systems but concluded that the Prano units were technically superior and better designed. I was particularly concerned about possible noise and display light levels during the night but found that the night setting was excellent for providing a trickle flow with no audible sound and the display can be either turned off or set to a minimum light level. Other features relating to the simplicity of operation allow you to set and forget the units to continuously operate without daily intervention. Within a few weeks following installation there was a noticeable improvement and after two months operation there is a very significant improvement in the air quality and no signs of condensation or mould throughout the flat. I highly recommend the Prano units and the Ecostream business culture for their excellent customer focus and service provision.

Vyacheslav and his colleague came to install 2 Prana units in my house last March. It’s a new build eco house and very well insulated so requires ventilation to control air quality. From first contacting Ecostream we found Vyacheslav very helpful and knowledgeable, all our questions were answered quickly and courteously. The installation was smooth and considerate of our non- standard build, and we were able to trust that the work was done to a high standard consistent with the building materials used. We have a prana in the bathroom as the only ventilation unit, and one in the kitchen together with a cooker extractor. They work really well keeping the air quality good, taking humidity out whilst maintaining warmth. They also eliminate smells in the house and keep the air fresh. We are considering having more units fitted in other rooms. If we have any questions, Vyacheslav is always happy to reply to messages and advise us. We are really happy with Ecostream and recommend them.

Overpriced, Ineffective, and Poor Customer Support

I purchased the EcoStream system for £1,300+ to fix a recurring damp issue in my HMO kitchen (six occupants). Sluv, the seller/manager, inspected my property and assured me his system would solve the issue. Initially, it seemed to work, but when cold weather arrived, my walls became wet, and lumps formed. Sluv advised me to adjust settings to Auto, then Auto Plus, but the issue persisted. When he visited, I showed him that my £150 floor dehumidifier instantly dried the walls, while his system failed. Instead of addressing the failure, he blamed the cold weather, my extractor fan, and the number of people in the kitchen—factors he knew from the start. I tested both units on video: when I switched off EcoStream and used the floor dehumidifier, the walls dried up; when I turned it back on, they became wet again. After I sent him the proof, he blocked me. Verdict: Do Not Buy This system is a waste of money. A £150 dehumidifier works better than this £1,300+ unit, and the seller offers excuses instead of support. Avoid EcoStream at all costs!

Upon installing the decentralised MVHR Prana 210G ERP PRO mini on July 12, 2024, our team tailored it to your property’s specifications. We have documentation showing your walls exhibited damp and mould prior to installation. We appreciate your initial satisfaction with the system, reflected in your positive review on November 20, 2024, and your inquiry about additional units in January 2025, suggesting the system met your needs. On January 4, 2025, you requested a quote for two additional units for two bedrooms, indicating your satisfaction after six months, including the cold December weather. Regarding the condensation issues reported on January 6, our team found no signs of damp during our visit. We recognise that the kitchen environment can increase moisture, particularly with six occupants using several cooking appliances, as evidenced by the video you shared showing multiple pans with boiling meals. This activity can raise humidity levels, creating conditions similar to a "Turkish sauna," which can challenge any ventilation system without a reliable kitchen hood. We offered to have independent specialists assess the system and kitchen environment, but we respect your decision to decline. We had six Prana 160 ERP PRO mini units installed in our house as part of a complete house renovation. We could not be happier with the outcome. They perform really well. There is not a drop of moisture on any windows, even when drying laundry inside. Interestingly we have found there is no need for the dehumidifier we used to use when drying clothes and clothes dry incredibly quickly even in the current cold weather with no heating on! The night setting is great - I hate background noise and I really do not notice any noise and when the display is turned down there is no light coming from it so the unit really does not disturb your sleep which was one of my concerns before installation. These units were much more economical to install as they did not require the huge amount of building work that a centralised MVHR system requires, and I am anticipating much easier and cheaper to maintain. I was glad we chose this system when I saw the mess and disruption friends installing a centralised system have just endured. Ecostream were very easy to deal with - communication was easy, they answered my MANY questions, were flexible in the dates for the diamond core drilling and then installation to fit around our project and other trades, and Slav made sure he scheduled time with us to show us how to use and clean them when they were installed. Overall, I am a very happy customer.

Slav and his team travelled all the way from Surrey to Sheffield to install 4 Prana units in one day. They did an excellent job getting all four units installed in a single day, working until the job was completed and even cleaning up after themselves! The Prana units have definitely improved the air quality in the house - the living room no longer smells fusty. I'm still waiting to see whether they have a significant impact on the humidity in the house. The house is an old Victorian terrace so it might take a while before the humidity levels reduce. In terms of communication and customer service, Slav was excellent at sending through information about the Pranas and the installation process. He shared many pictures and videos of his installations with me which really helped with deciding on going ahead with the install. An excellent company to work with!

I had three prana ventilators installed in my house. We were having problems with condensation and mould especially in one of the bedrooms. Now all the condensation and mould are gone after just few days. The quality of the air inside is amazing. The work was done to the highest standard possible(drilling into the walls was professional). The functioning of the ventilators was explained clearly.

Really happy with our Prana 160 pro mini. We had one unit installed in our finished basement after dealing with some damp issues. The installation just took a couple hours after a site visit was conducted. The unit looks good and has made a big difference to the air quality in our basement. It’s gotten rid of the musty basement smell, and our spare bedroom downstairs no longer has a damp feel to it. The automatic function is perfect at controlling the levels of humidity, and the night mode has been great when we’ve had guests stay, as it stays on the quiet side. Would highly recommend.
